AAA Sewer Service was recommended by a co-worker. I called them and knew immediately I would be working with professionals who were experts in their line of work. Mike assisted me in getting the service date set up. He asked specific questions about my home and the situation. That alone was reassuring that I was talking to people who know their trade. Kade came to service my clogged drain. He explained the concerns he had due to the age of my home and did so in terms I could understand. He even drew a picture for me to show me what his concerns were. Another co-worker had asked me to let her know how things went with AAA Sewer Service. I left their phone number on her desk and told her to call them! They are that good. In fact, Id say they are TERRIFIC. You will be calling experts to come help you and when they come, they are friendly, thoughtful and fun to work with!

5 stars all the way! Old sewer line at least 72 years old, made of Orangeburg. Needless to say a new line was desperately needed. Requested a quote and was scheduled. Total time under 12 hours. Respectful, hardworking guys made this stressful moment in time go away. I highly recommend their service. Granted no one wants to even think of cost however regaining my sanity was money well spent! (4 previous sewage backups in a little over a year)Shout out to owner Mike, guys who all took part, Cadon, Seth, Cameron, Eric!Seth you’re one of a kind and didn’t stop till the back breaking job was done! Mike and Eric and this whole company is top notch. Eric did the service call on a Saturday with a potential replacement of a water main, he went through the whole system and gave me advice. Got it up and running, I know he probably couldve sold me services that werent necessary, but he was very honest. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IF THERE WERE 10 stars available, they wouldve gotten that. They are amazing and very ethical.

These guys are awesome to work with. We got the feeling from the very beginning that they actually cared about helping us solve our problem. They ended up coming a day earlier than expected, found the problem, and fixed everything within 2 hours. Hopefully we do not have any sewage issues in the future, but if we do, I would not even consider calling anyone else.From someone that is in the In-home contracting/service industry. I pay close attention to these appointment and tend to not leave reviews unless they are very good or very very bad.Kadon was amazing; extremely knowledgeable, personable and respectful of our home. He took his time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He is the type of employee that it would take atleast 3 other employees for a company to replace his full skill set. I really can not say enough good things about him or our experience with everyone in their company. They are the real deal, you will not be disappointed. Called on a Monday, said they couldnt get someone out until Wednesday. Which worked. I didnt care how long it would take as long as I knew it would get done. Now mind you I let the lady on the phone know I hadnt been able to flush since Saturday. Well guess what I got a call back saying they moved my appointment up to Tuesday. I was sooo excited! Yahoo a day earlier ! I am now giggling with excitement. Ok you can only imagine the smell coming into my house by now.... UGH, GROSS! Well guess what .. I got another call saying they would be here Monday, which is the day I called. One of the BEST companys to work with. Love you guys! Thank you so much for all you do! Your whole team rocks!!

Our kitchen sink plugged on new years eve. It was a doozy! We ran a snake and plunged. It did nothing. Kaden came out a few days later. We live a ways from Idaho falls. He figured out the problem and had us unplugged in no time. He took the time to explain the problem and taught us a few things we didnt know. I would highly recommend their friendly professional services.

If you want FIVE star service AAA Sewer Service is who you call. We had our sewer line replaced. Mike, Eric, and Seth worked so efficiently and were very friendly. They got it done in two days. The sites they dug up were restored perfectly. Johanna (not sure of spelling) that works in the office was excellent at setting up our appointment and keeping us informed. Highly recommend!!!!

These guys are the BEST!!!!! If you want the job done right the first time they are the ones. Showed up on the right date ahead of time. Called ahead to let me know they were coming. Very friendly helpful and professional. If you use anyone else you will get exactly what you pay for half a job. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Then yesterday I had a professional come and he couldn’t figure it out after 2 1/2 hours. Today AAA came and solved it and was out literally within 45 minutes. It’s clear that they know their stuff. AWESOME!! Had a backed up plumbing issue around 9 at night 5 days before we were closing on the sale of our home. (Of course). Sewage coming up in the tub in 2 bathrooms. Really gnarly. In between holding back vomit from the smell, I got ahold of AAA sewer and within the hour Kadon and Vin (I think that was their names) were out. Very friendly and professional. Got the job taken care of with minimal mess and had us up and running in less than an hour. SO GRATEFUL they were prompt and professional! Highly highly recommend!!!

We have had a few issues with our sump pump and in the basement foundation where water kept leaking through and flooding our basement rooms. We had someone come out that the restoration company recommended. It was a DISASTER!!! AAA came and stopped the mess we were getting into and took care of everything! Since then (2 years ago) I havent had a drop of water in my basement or any backed up pipes. I 100% recommend them.

These guys are life savers. The fit me into their schedule on a Friday night when my two downstairs toilets wouldn’t flush right Friday morning...They did their work and discovered my two year-old flushed a toothbrush down the toilet and was clogging my septic pump. :(They also discovered that I was lucky...I was probably a day away from my basement flooding as a result of toothbrush flooding if they didn’t come out and do what they did.Needless to say, I will be using these guys for anything moving forward. They were stellar.

I called for Septic pumping and inspection pre-sale of my home in dead of winter. Mike was very friendly, sent his guy out the next day to locate the lid since I had no idea of the location. Crew marked the spot and when I dug it up the mark was right on for the lid handle. I called and reported the lid was exposed and Mike set crew to pump and inspect the very next day. Every encounter was just as promised and very friendly every time. I will recommend them every chance I get.
