We bought a new furnace and air conditioner a few years ago from Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source. Ernie was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us many options over many price ranges. He walked down the job with us and explained everything. They installed the furnace and air conditioner and redid all of our ducting. They were very fair in price. The phone calls are always answered promptly and very friendly. They show up when they are scheduled. No waiting around all day for this company. The guys did an excellent job all around and are happy to answer all of my questions. They are very detailed and cleanly with their work. We have them come do regular maintenance on our units. They are always prompt and dependable and wont break the bank. A nice touch is that this company always reaches out about your experience and really listen to feedback. We will continue to rely on and purchase from them. I highly recommend them!

After having a complete nightmare experience with a different company that quoted us almost $13,000 for a basic furnace, Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source came in clutch with 5 star service all around!! Starting with their amazing scheduler Cindy who was able to give us price ranges etc over the phone and was able to send a guy over to our home in the same day for a free consultation. The consultant Ernie was very honest and kind and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary work for our home. Ernie also saved our family from carbon monoxide leaking from the old furnace and provided us with enough space heaters to keep the house warm until they could get a new furnace installed in our home. They made us a priority to get the new furnace installed quickly. During the time it took Luis and his partner to install it, they remained very professional and were so nice and friendly with our young children. They also took the time to show/teach us about working the new thermostat etc. In the end they ended up saving us almost $8,000 which was a huge relief!! This whole team they have working for this company is top notch! They truly care about their customers and not just making a sell! Will forever be customers!

We have been using IFPS for 5 years. They are amazing. Every time we need someone to help us with heating, air, plumbing… we call them. Super knowledgeable and kind, honest, and great to work with. I think we’ve worked with most everyone (Morgan and Ernie are amazing too) but I really appreciated Matt today helping us with our furnace and him explaining what happened and giving us tips to help prolong the life of our furnace. Call them! They are awesome! Also Cindy was so kind to call us with a cancellation appt so we could get helped faster!

Ernie Cruz is the ultimate professional. He came to give us a quote and spent over an hour with us ensuring that we understood our current system and what benefits a new furnace and A/C system would provide. He answered all of our questions and gave us his whole attention. On installation day, the techs came into our home and introduced themselves. They ensured that we were updated on the progress. They were installing a new furnace, new A/C, and 2 additional supply vents. This is such a great company and we highly recommend them to anyone. Cindy in the office is just the best. She gets back to you quickly and goes above and beyond.

Mike Mora and Emilio did an exceptional job repairing another plumbers several issues and leaks on our one year old home. They came on time, and were so professional and polite. They even asked to use my sink to wash their hands. I was so delighted that they even brought in a vacuum and vacuumed my floors after the repairs were made from cutting out the Sheetrock. I had three replace a toilet in the basement and they took all of their garbage. I had them repair pipes, and even replaced the garbage disposal because the previous plumber installed it incorrectly. They made sure I knew how to use the new things they installed.This is amazing service, and have been super impressed with their work on a new construction home my wife and I are building.

IFPS installed a new water heater and a new AC unit in my house last month. They were very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. There was a minor glitch the first time we turned on the AC after installation but IFPS came and fixed the problem right away and theres been no issues since. Would 100% recommend!

AprilAire 700 Installation, we Were referred to IFPS by a friend for the installation of a inline Humidifier. We contacted Ernie, he explained the Aprilaire 700 humidifier Pros and gave me all the options of Tstats and controls, we went with his recommendations, we had the WiFi Thermostat, and exterior Thermostat installed along with the Aprilaire 700, Kenyon and Colton the service technicians were very very professional and Clean as was the work they performed on the installation. Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source recently did a lot of work at our house. They did a great job. We bought a 100 year old house that had a Frankenstein plumbing system including some original plumbing. They repiped the whole house. Incoming and outgoing. If you repipe they have to cut some holes in the walls to do it. They kept it to a minimum of cuts. Our master bedroom has a unique ceiling that we really liked but is also underneath the laundry room. They went above and beyond to repipe the laundry room without cutting the ceiling. That kind of effort is typical of them. David and Cory were our plumbers for the job and they both did phenomenal work. We also had Idaho Furnace Plumbing source do the plumbing for a basement bathroom at the same time. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend the company.
