    I have made the mistake of hiring the wrong people to do the right jobs, being naive in decisions and research when it comes to plumbing. Handymen are not plumbers; sprinklers and landscapers are not plumbers, and thats where I went wrong. When I called, I was greeted with kindness and understanding as I rambled on.Today Will and Weston showed up as scheduled; they took their time to explain what the problem was and how it could be fixed. They were both courteous, professional, and respectable and explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They did an amazing job, and everything is now working as it should, and the cost was fair with no hard selling. I would absolutely recommend Idaho Falls Plumbing, and you can thank me later as you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone 🙏

    I had fantastic service guys here in two days. They didnt just fix the surface issue, they took the time to find the actual problem and they fixed that.     We had such a great experience with these guys!! I will be recommending them to all friends and anyone else!! We had another company no show us, which was very frustrating! But these guys were quick to answer my questions and get out for a quote! They were prompt on the appointment time and able to help us with everything we needed done!We had a list of things we wanted done, from new valves to sink hook ups and water softener install. They came and looked everything over, gave us a fair quote and were able to do everything on the spot! They were so good to walk me through everything and very thorough on making sure everything was installed correctly!! Very knowledgeable and professional! 10/10

    My parents had a faucet break in their bathroom, we talked to several people and the team and The Idaho Falls Plumbing Company was amazing. They were quick to get out and give an estimate and then quick to get out and fix the issue so my parents had use of their shower again. They were not overpriced and the service was top notch.     Home inspection said low water pressure in house may be caused by rusting pipes that may need to be replaced throughout the entire house. I called IF plumbing company for an estimate and in 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem which saved us thousands of dollars in what could have been a full house of pipe replacement costs! They did the right thing and told me how to fix the problem myself and how to fix it should it happen again. I highly recommend them.

    We went through IF Plumbing Co for a water heater replacement, water softener install, and to repair a leaking outdoor faucet. They were easy to get a hold of, and prompt (same day) in sending out someone to do a bid on the work. Jason noticed a few things that were not asked for on the bid and gave a price for that work without trying to push it on us. We didnt end up adding that extra, but it was nice to know approximately how much to budget for in the future.Scheduling the actual work was faster than we anticipated, with the plumbers being able to come the following week (we were expecting a month wait). They were very professional and prompt, and took the time to do the work correctly, rather than just quickly. They also took the time to show us how to maintain the new water softener. The install took a little longer than I was expecting, but Id rather have them take longer and do a good job, then rush and botch something up, which seemed to be the case here. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the aerator of the bathroom faucet to restore water pressure.Overall I would happily use their services again in the future.

    These guys did a phenomenal job! I had been without water for three days and could figure out the problem so I could turn the water back on. Jason came and had it figured out within thirty minutes. He and Cash and Matthew and Gabriel had me taken care of in no time.     They answered when no one else would. Realized my water heater was out and leaking at 6:30a and it was replaced by 2:00p. On the phone, Jamie couldn’t have been nicer and easier to work with. The guys she sent to the house were terrific. Also, plumbing is expensive! This group gave me a great rate.

    Our sewer line was collapsing in on itself and had tree roots growing into it (Orangeburg pipe, likely original to the house). The Idaho Falls Plumbing Company came with a personal recommendation from our neighbor and they lived up to it. They gave us a reasonable quote, got the work done quickly, and communicated well with us throughout the process. Over a year later the new pipe is still working well. The only thing we would change is that we wouldnt have listened when they said to leave the dirt where they had it when they finished the job -- it did sink back in just like they said, but it was uneven. We would have evened it out a bit more while maintaining a small slope to compensate for the resettling, and it likely would have looked a bit smoother as it resettled. But the actual plumbing work they did was excellent.

    Idaho Falls plumbing provided a quick response to a difficult plumbing issue. Brandon and Kayden were both very kind, professional, and provided thorough trouble shooting. They were able to figure out the issue was related to the main water line even after the water company said everything was good. The plumbers were able to get me the help I needed so that the water company corrected their error. Great service! Would highly recommend!

    I needed someone to cap off the gas line to my dryer because I was changing to electric, and needed it done that day. I saw Rick pull up in hiscompany truck at Home Depot and asked him if he could do the job with such short notice. He graciously agreed, and came to my house immediately. Rick was very professional, knowedgeable, friendly, and extra helpful. he went out of his way to show me where my water shut off was.     Ive used Idaho Falls Plumbing Company a couple of times in the last few weeks, first for a water heater and water softener install and more recently to reposition some water and drain lines for a total renovation that were doing on our master bathroom. In all cases, theyve been a great company to deal with. Jason in particular has been awesome at communicating, something weve found lacking with some other contractors in the region. When there was something a little tricky to go over, Chad (the owner) came out himself to review what needed to be done. All in all Im totally satisfied and they are now my go-to plumbers if I need anything done. (Props to Weston and Rick, too!)

    Idaho Falls Plumbing did an awesome job in my home! They added piping for a water line to the fridge, and it was done in a very timely manner. They came out to do a bid on it and were able to get it done all in the same day.     Chad Morgan is seriously the best guy to work with. He is super fair on pricing and will always treat you right, my family has used him for years and always delivers excellent service, and quickly takes care of you. He finished our bathroom and everything was exceptional quality on all parts and workmanship. Always gives you the best suggestion without just trying to up sell you. I wont use anyone else for my plumbing needs! Chads workers are also very nice and polite and even clean up any mess they have from boxes or parts.

    When concerns about our sump pump arose, we called them. They quickly came, assessed the problem, and scheduled an appointment for 2 days later to replace it (because it was not an emergency situation). The day of our appointment we received a call from Will to verify the time he and his coworker would arrive. They worked efficiently and professionally. When they were finishing they spotted a connection in the area that was not previously correctly done. They volunteered to fix that at no charge, even though they had to go get the fitting at the supply house and come back to complete it. Nice work, guys!

    They just completed a job on my home - tankless water heater, water softener, ejector pump and pump alarm. Im extremely satisfied with their quality and speed of work. They were also 25% less expensive than least expensive bid, for the same products installed. My ONLY complaint is that they could be better on scheduling communication. They were late on the first install day because they were getting supplies, but I had to call in twice to find out. For the second day I was told Id be notified before they arrive, and they just showed up. That being said, I still highly recommend them!

    Excavated and replaced main water line - also took care of some things advanced home services did not (included in excavation costs) added a “washer box” in the wall by washer and dryer, added an expansion tank to hot water heater and removed an arbitrary drain pipe.I called them on a Tuesday- they came out the next day to assess and quote me. Came on Thursday to do the job, but had too big of an excavator for between houses. Came back Friday and completed the job! Owner came and walked through the job and offered to have Jason come back Monday to add the expansion tank and remove drain hose. Jason is awesome! He took care of the whole process with me- kept me calm and in a good mood while some major work was happening.

    I can’t say enough good things about Chad and Nate from Idaho Falls Plumbing. We needed a new drain placed in our roof desperately. It was leaking so badly and we needed it replaced immediately because we were getting a new roof membrane installed in two days. Called Chad at Idaho Falls Plumbing and he set Nate there the next morning. Nate got it replaced in record time and then took some pictures for the roofers who were coming the next day and sent them to me. He was cheerful and professional. And our roofers were impressed with the quality of the drain replacement. I will call Idaho Falls Plumbing in a heartbeat the next time I need a plumber.
