They are big enough where they have the experience and knowledge to get what you need done, while still being personal, affordable, and having good communication. Such a refreshing and incredible experience! Lorenzo went above and beyond today helping our family through a water heater emergency. Not once did I feel pressured for a decision as Lorenzo went over every option with integrity and transparency while answering every single one of our questions. We’ve had Holeshot to our home multiple times and I’ve always been happy with their service. I was recommended to them by a friend when we first moved to the area and I’ve used them for all my plumbing needs since. They put in the tub/shower, and toilet in an unfinished bathroom in our basement. They have helped us fix the valve to our sprinkler water and most recently they added an expansion tank to our water heater. Rod (the owner) is very knowledgeable/helpful giving us bids for projects. Every one of the employees I’ve had out to the house have been courteous, kind, and helpful. I have recommended Holeshot to multiple friends and will continue to do so. Great company.

If you have a Navien water heater, you need to call Holeshot plumbing! A different service company we called had no idea what was really wrong with it and told us we had to replace it. The service man from Holeshot Plumbing promptly fixed it and explained what was causing the problem. It really pays to get a service man who is trained in your particular appliance.

We woke up this morning to water flooding our kitchen floor, and upon inspection the water had flooded to the basement as well, which will be an insurance claim for restoration. Called Holeshot and they promptly sent TJ out who diagnosed a hole in the dishwasher supply line. He fixed it promptly and professionally, and when asked to install a new kitchen faucet I had just purchased, he did that too. He also checked that our main shutoff valve in the basement was functional. Im very happy I called Holeshot and will be sure to use them again if a need arises. I had to repair the main water line that goes from the street into my house. I was very happy to get an estimate from Holeshot Plumbing. They explained everything and their prices are very affordable. Their customer service is also Excellent. If I had I question, I would call or text and they would answer my questions right away. They also worked with me with the final payment because my house insurance was supposed to pay it. I cannot say enough good things about the services from Holeshot! We discovered a leak inside a wall on Tuesday; George and Jaden came out to do an estimate on Wednesday, and by Thursday the job was done. George was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything they were going to do. He came up with a solution that was waaaay less expensive than I thought it was going to be. He was positive and really professional all the way through. I have lived in IF for ten years, and this was far and away the best experience I have had with any home repair company. I will be a customer for life!

We had mystery water coming up through our basement slab and suspected the sewer service leaving the house. We called around to multiple plumbers and Holeshot had someone come by just hours after our call to take a look. The sewer service line had separated just outside our foundation wall. This was Thursday afternoon, we had to leave the house until they could get an excavator there Monday to dig the line up (two-day minimum wait due to Call Before You Dig laws). Repaired quickly the next Monday/Tuesday. We were very impressed with how communicative they were the whole time. Answering our texts and calls even over the weekend as we tried to navigate having our sewer out for multiple days.

On time. On budget. Friendly. Good office support personnel. Holeshot was the plumbing subcontractor for my home. Their warranty service has been on time and got the job done right. I also contracted with them to plumb a water softener, a water filter, plumb a wash basin sink in our laundry room. They came, on time, to do a bid. They came on time to start and finish. The jobs were small but there was no hesitation. The plumbing work in my basement and walls was clean and neat. Their subcontractor to replace the dry wall in my laundry room was first rate. It was a perfect match to the knock-down style finish left by the previous dry waller. The finished work cost was consistent with the bid. I would recommend Holeshot and use them again.

I have used Holeshot a few times now, most recently needing my Kohler toilet fill valve replaced. The first time they did a great job, however my toilet bowl was not filling like it was but the new fill valve and toilet were fully operational. I contacted Kohler to see what would cause the low water level in the bowl when the tank seemed to have plenty of water. Long story short is newer Kohler toilets are really finicky and require their own fill valve, which Ive never hear of at all. Kohler sent me a new one under warranty and George came out to replace it free of charge and everything works fine. I hated to take up more of these guys time but I am truly greatful for everyone at Holeshot. I am not good with anything plumbing wise and generally break more than I fix. These guys are awesome and I consider them real heros

Our water heater failed on Saturday. We spent the weekend sopping up the carpet and emptying the remaining water. We shopped a big box store near us for a new, installed water heater. They told us that we could expect a month. We called Holeshot at 7 am on Monday. By 9 am, TJ had a new water heater in place. When we asked about extending the warranty, he said he could add that package and his apprentice secured the additional features. We had a 30-year-old water softener and asked TJ to look at it. He said the resin was way past effective. We asked about replacing it and TJ said he could do it on Wednesday! [Meanwhile, we had hot water for awesome showers!] It is 11:30 am Wednesday, and TJ and his apprentice just left after installing a beautiful new softener. TJ the softener room spotless and checked on the water heater before leaving. Then, he checked the other bathrooms for good water flow. Awesome professionalism! If you want EXCEPTIONAL service, quality products, and professional treatment call Holeshot Plumbing and ask for TJ!

The cost was a fraction of what another company, (Advanced Home Services) quoted. When I say fraction; AHS was going to be upwards of $3,865. Holeshot charged; $289.00, to do the same job.You cannot put a price on integrity. Holeshot has that and so much more! Holeshot should be your first call for any plumbing, septic, etc.....issues.Thank goodness for George!

Saturday morning my wife and I woke up to a lovely watery mess in our house, a result of a leaking connector on our Hot Water Heater. I called Holeshot and Derek was out at our place in no time flat (literally less than 30 minutes). He found the leak and replaced everything in a matter of minutes all the while being VERY cordial and extremely nice. Hands down best service in town. Even more so the competition in IF wanted literally well over $600 to come out and just take a look at the leak. I will be using Holeshot from now on for all of my plumbing needs.
