There is a reason they have been in business this long. I asked about some issues with my business unit this morning. The unit is old and Hutchens has never serviced it before. There were 2 guys out here by lunch looking at it. They were professional and efficient. I expect to see a quote in the next day or two. I hope it all works out and I will use them for this and all my future AC/HVAC/Plumbing needs. Good job gentlemen!UPDATE! The unit is repaired and I am extremely happy. The price is fair and the service was amazing. I had another company repair the unit about 2 months ago and it lasted 3 days. These gentlemen were very thorough. They documented everything with photos and live video. I cannot recommend them enough.

My brother and I own a vacation home in Huntsville. Our Air went out over the summer and what a nightmare! We called several companies prior to finding The Hutchens Company. The first company that came out was unprofessional and very expensive.We then found the Hutchens Company and man what difference. They were very professional, on time, offered to fix the problem right away however we ended up replacing the equipment. They started the install the same day and our new unit was operating mid the next morning.Thanks Hutchens Company, you guys are the best!
