    I am so impressed and grateful to 1 Tom Plumbing. Their quick 2 hour response to a plumbing issue that turned out to be a sewage pipe failure on a new house. Joseph was such a professional and was very conscientious and thorough in finding out and explaining to me what was the problem and what needed to be done to do the repairs. It was very comforting to see he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. That certainly relieved the stress level. I will not use anyone but 1 Tom Plumbing for any future plumbing issues, thatā€™s for certain.

    Started off by calling Travis who was amazing. He quickly got me on the phone with a plumber and they headed to my house.     Hayden was excellent and detailed. A true professional in his field. I felt valued as a customer with 1 Tom Plumber. I had a previous plumber look at my situation and all they did was set me back weeks and try to up sell me products without trying to fix the true problem. When I called 1 Tom Plumber even the front office lady was amazing. She heard my issues and frustration and quickly went into action in assigning a plumber and fixing the problem. This is an exceptional company with High Integrity! From start to end my experience restored my faith in that there is still honest businesses out there. I highly recommend them and they will be the Company I will call upon for all my plumbing needs. Fair prices and above all true compassionate professionals.     Very satisfied. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. We called 1Tom Plumbing after hours due to a backed up shower and tub. We are on septic so the concern was high. Austin kept us informed on his work load and when he would be on the way. All things very important in a pluming emergency! He came back the next day and did a thorough check to make sure everything was draining properly. Receptionist was also very friendly and professional!

    This company is clean cut, communicative, professional and fair on price. They tell you the work plan and advise as the job proceeds. If you have leak or stoppage, you want these guys to do the work- You would be comfortable with them if your wife or daughter was at home alone or comfortable if nobody was at home. Pros.

    I had problems with my water pressure into my home. Collin, assessed the issue, gave me a quote, and quickly returned with the materials to complete the job. My water is working great šŸ‘šŸ˜ƒ.     Travis and Hayden did an amazing job of installing our salt-based water softener system and reverse osmosis system. They were very professional, on-time, friendly and carried a positive attitude throughout our interaction. I must also mention that their pricing was very reasonable as compared to some of the other guys. I donā€™t normally go out and do reviews but I thought these guys very much deserved to be recognized.

    Without a doubt, the BEST Plumbing organization in Huntsville!!! I called with an issue and within days, I have a resolution at a fair price and superior service. Austin was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He called be before arriving and explained to me, in detail, of the issue and how he corrected it. I will never use another plumbing outfit other than 1-Tom-Plumber, and I will always ask for Austin, to see if he can be there personally.     5 stars for this company! We just bought a new build and they provided ā€œemergencyā€ numbers for plumbers for us to call in times of need. Well none of them answered. We called 1-Tom-Plumber and they immediately sent Jacob out and he got the job done. He was great! I definitely recommend this company and their services. And they are now listed in my phone for plumbing emergencies!

    They did a great job! Had issues with the toilets running and Austin knew just what to do. He was very polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up after himself when he was done working. If we need a plumber again in the future 1 Tom is who we will call!

    This is the second time within the last several months that I have used 1-Tom Plumber for plumbing repairs. Austin explained in detail what he and his colleague would be doing in first analyzing the condition of the flanges, and then what would entail (costs and time involved) in the repairs of two of our toilets. They were able to complete both jobs in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend Austin and 1-Tom Plumber for all of your plumbing needs!

    Jacob came out to help me with a clogged sink drain. There had been a lot of grease buildup over the years but he was able to hydro jet it away. Sink drains great now. Jacob was super friendly and professional. Best experience Iā€™ve had with any plumber ever. Canā€™t recommend him enough.

    Incredibly satisfied. Called at around 5pm on a Sunday. Austin came out and took care of everything. Extremely patient, skilled, and reasonably priced. We have had a fair number of contractors work on our house - we have also been lucky and most have been great. Austin & 1 tom plumber went well above and beyond - will not be calling anyone else for plumbing issues. Cannot recommend enough!

    1-Tom-Plumber did a great job start to finish! Bobbi, the Operations Manager, was very professional and efficient. The plumber was early to the job. He also really thought thru the issue and was able to fix it without cutting into the Sheetrock! His proactive customer focused mindset kept us from having to repair and paint the wall! I highly recommend them!*** Update: Visit#2 11.01.24 Had a leak on the main line after HSV City did pressure testing and blew *multiple* lines on Green Mountain (think class action lawsuit). Antoine reviewed the situation and came up w alternatives for a long term fix. Also did a temporary repair to stop the leak before permanent solution could be completed. Also, Travis and Bobbi are very professional when troubleshooting the problem and getting it scheduled. Plumbing issues can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and painless.

    1 Tom Plummer really came through after our water pressure regulator broke. The part that died (installed by a different company) was only a year and a half old. Austin came out and assessed the situation and worked on getting us another part that would offer us a two year warranty. Before the part was able to come in, we had a water filter burst in our kitchen because the pressure was too high. We called and they immediately sent Austin out. He quickly replaced the part and made sure we were all good! We really do appreciate all the hard work they did to make a bad situation from another plumber better and to get us up and running again. They also are very upfront with their fees, which most plumbing companies hide and I appreciated that. I highly recommend!

    When you open the door of your basement to a leak, call 1- Tom Plumber. To my delight they were available and on-site within 2 hours. Austin was the technician, and he was great.     Plumber (Colin I believe was his name) that came to our house was knowledgeable and honest about the situation. Listened to my feedback and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on our course of action. We ended up replacing the problem hose bib and the job did not take terribly long all things considered. Colin took care to clean up after himself and leave the place better than he found it. It was not cheap but quality often is not and I am pleased with the work that was done.

    When Bobbie answered the phone with kindness evident in her voice, I was relieved. Then, she was able to schedule me for the next day! She genuinely emphasized with my situation, which was a small bright spot in our debacle.Austin called the morning of the appointment to give me an ETA, and called back with an update when there was a delay at the supply store. I asked him to pick up a pop-up cover so I could replace the one I mowed over, and he happily agreed.Because the damage Austin was fixing was caused by another companys negligence and refusal to fix, I was already a little peeved. Adding to my frustration was the other plumbers estimate thats TWICE 1 Tom Plumbings.Between Bobbies kindness, Austins humour and open faith, and the price I had Austin fix it right then.     Nick did a good job with replacing the kitchen faucet, it was leaking and we couldnā€™t do it ourselves. We bought a new set of faucet, they recommended brand Delta, and it was actually not expensive at all. The installation started at 3.15 and finished at 4 pm. The result was good, itā€™s brand new and no more leaking kitchen faucet.

    The company I work for hired out this service for an urgent plumbing need. I worked with the plumber Austin. He was great from the beginning. He explained everything to me and even provided me with worse case scenarios that could possibly occur. He came across to me as someone who is trustworthy and here to do a great service for hire rather than someone who is out to make money off of you with questionable service.He updated me every major step of the way prior to moving forward with services.     For a person like myself with an incredibly terrible history of excruciating bad luck with toilets, I appreciate Austin so much for taking that call this evening thinking this would be an easy enough fix. My keys fell in the toilet when I flushed and that flush sucked my keys down before I even had a second to react. They went down like Iā€™d buttered them all up first. My first thoughts were trying to figure out how I was going to drive anywhere. Then I realized it was bigger than that. My house key, my spare keys, my work keys were also all on the same key ring. But wait, I have four boys and now the only toilet we had was now unusable. šŸ˜‚Austin was magic! He did everything he could to help. And it finally paid off. He was able to retrieve my keys!!! This man needs a raise. If he runs for POTUS, Iā€™m voting for him.

    After battling ongoing issues since purchasing our home twelve years ago, we finally decided to give up and do the correct thing and have all of the plumbing under the house replaced. Seaton came out for an estimate and explained everything that would be needed. On the agreed date (and on time!), he returned with Nick and the two of them completed the job. They were polite, professional, and very quick at their work. They took away the old piping and we have had no leaks or issues thus far, and we have a one year warranty should something come up. I had forgotten to get a receipt when the gentlemen were here, so I called the office and was promptly emailed a copy of the invoice for our records. We could not be more pleased by the customer service weve received from both the installers and office personnel! Thank you so much for your help!

    Austin did a great job capping off on old waterline that we were no longer using. He kept in touch about the status of out appt and actually came back to fix the problem after accessing what was involved (had a tree down from a storm and he had to wait for the tree removal company to get it out of yhe way where he needed to dig). He was on time almost to the minute, both times he came out. Would highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber to my friends and family, and will definitely call them first, the next time I am in need of a plumber.

    We have had the best experience with 1Tom and specifically Seaton.We had a very unusual situation. There was a leak from our shower but we couldnt access it. We had recently had mill work installed and it was covering the area that would access the pipes to the shower. We had a couple of local plumbers come out to investigate. The first quoted us in the $2000. The second told us it was a grout problem (which it was not).Then Seaton came, he knew almost immediately what it was. He told us exactly what to do to get the area prepped for his evaluation. We removed the wood boards and saw the puncture in the pipes. I called and they put me on Seatons schedule for the very next day.When he arrived- he was so calm and said he will be done in about 15-20 minutes. Sure enough, he had everything replaced walked us through what we would need to do next and was out the door.This fix was done for $400. Unbelievable! It couldnt have been a better experience. We learned a lot and now we have a favorite plumber in Huntsville.Update-Since my last review, we have used 1-Tom at our rental property twice. Once for a toilet that was constantly running that no one could hear. That fix took them 30 minutes to fix and was a third of the cost I had expected. Second time for a busted pipeline under the house. They came out within 45 minutes, which saved us a great deal of stress.I just can not recommend them highly enough. Best plumbers in Huntsville.

    Seaton came out today and replaced some old cast iron drain lines from our kitchen sick. Still wasnt able to get the clog but cut us a great deal and will be back out Friday to finish the job. Super grateful for their honesty and how up front they are with everything. My wife and I are currently in the hospital having our second child, and Seaton has done great in communicating the issues and possible solutions over the phone. Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber!

    Seaton did a few repairs around our house, including fixing outside hose bibs, the diverted in the master shower and a big leak in our water shut off box. He was very professional and made quick work of everything, explaining everything that he was doing. He also quoted a price before doing the work, so nothing was a surprise when it was time to pay, unlike some other companies weve worked with in the past! Had a cracked pipe for a faucet in a detached garage and immediately told us what would be needed to repair the leak, which wouldā€™ve been costly.     Travis & Nick had to rip out all the plumbing that an unscrupulous, unlicensed person did to our tub to walk in shower conversion. This included jackhammering the slab (again), and digging the trench deeper so the drain pitched the correct way (it was incorrectly set to drain back towards the drain. šŸ˜”). Additionally, they had to rework all the rest of the connections and install the correct valve. They both were very professional and super fun to have in our home. They went the extra mile to make sure we photographed all the incorrect installations from the previous dirtbag for our court case.     Short version: Saturday at noon pipe burst, same Saturday afternoon pipe fixed before dinner. Excellent & quality service, competitive rates, best Ive seen in years. Highly recommend if you want a job done right the first time.Long version: Saturday at noon I discovered a pipe burst in the crawl space of my house. The home is well built from the 1980s and has copper water pipes. Ive had some experience in fixing copper lines but the break was in a very awkward spot between two runners with a number of other complications. It was just out of my comfort zone for doing it myself. A friend had a major water break at his house recently, and had used 1 Tom and had a very good experience and they were fist on the list. I had priced out other plumbing issues before and was expecting to be both without water for a few days and a sizable amount of my emergency fund. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by the dispatch they would have Seaton out to me within the hour. After reviewing the problem He quoted the price (more on that later), I approved, and began work He fixed the break expertly with a solution I was not aware of as an option (copper pex transitions for anyone interested) that navigated all of the complexity of the spot. The job was done in under an hour from arriving, which was probably made longer by Seaton answering all of the questions I posed. Now that it was done I was preparing myself for the bill. While he had quoted the job after seeing the issue, I have often had experiences with other plumbing companies of unforseen issues during work especially on Saturday after hours work. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was exactly what was quoted, which was well under a third of what Ive paid other plumbing companies to do 10 years ago for similar work (that was why I learned to fit pipes originally). All told an excellent job done at a competitive rate for the area. If you are dealing with the chaos caused by a plumbing issue Id say there is no other place Id go to reestablish order. Ive definitely found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future, and would recommend you to them for the same.
