We were in need of a professional fast….We had a couple of different situations going on in the house (they were not so pleasant, and definitely damaging surprises left by tenants that had to be Evicted from the property). I contacted Roto Rooter of Huntsville for my daughter and they were quick to respond the same day which was amazing and very much appreciated….Luke & Trevor were the two young men who worked on the problems at the house. We found both to be very polite, kind, respectful and quite understanding of the issues.Things were discussed and a solution was given in both matters. The bathroom camode clog, they were able to resolve by snaking it out a couple of times……Nothing actually came out of the pipes so we have to only assume it flushed its way through after being snaked….The second issue which was garbage disposal related was not able to be fixed.However it was by no fault of theirs. We just weren’t aware of the complete problem until they discovered it and it wasn’t anything that my daughter was prepared to have to put the money out for at the time. So she prompted to have it replaced at a later date. (The tenants had burnt up the garbage disposal and it was full of nasty 😵‍💫…They were able to release some of the standing water and crud but there was no way to drain it all or even clean it out without actually removing the whole unit for replacement….,,I actually live in another state so I felt the pricing for this company /for plumbing, was a bit high but upon checking, I guess it is in line with the State and the area…. Of course plumbing pricing is determined by the company itself, not by the employees. They shouldn’t be held accountable for it.I gave a 4 star because of the pricing not because of the employees….They were kind enough to give us a price break though due to the garbage disposal not being able to get repaired. It was the right thing to do and we didn’t have to ask for it either. They were trying to be fair.If you need a plumber, ask for Luke & Trevor, they will get the job done to your satisfaction!

I had a wonderful experience with RotoRooter here in Huntsville. Once scheduled, the dispatcher kept me apprised of the expected arrival time, even giving me the option of an earlier appointment if I so chose. Chris arrived on time, professionally attired, and ready to help us find the septic tank at our newly-purchased home. (Extra bonus: he was driving one of my favorite trucks, a Freightliner 108SD, but that is another story.) Chris quickly figured out where the cleanout was, hidden behind a crawlspace door. Then, with some quick probing with his magic metal rod, Chris found our tank. Due to the size of the tank lids and the depth of the tanks burial, on Chris recommendation we decided to bring RotoRooter back another day with an excavator. With the excavator, we will expose the lids, pump the tanks, and then install some risers so that we do not have to bring in an excavator again in five years. The best part of all of this? Chris diagnostic work was free, and the estimate for the next phase of the project came to my email within a few minutes, complete with a full description of the work (and a discount!) I highly-recommend these folks!

Shane, with Roto-Rooter, is an amazing plumbing technician! He was very knowledgable, persistent, friendly, hard working, and skillfully used the tools at his disposal to clear our main drain line of a major root clog. The clog had stopped our toilets from flushing creating a significant hardship.He explained everything upfront including the risks involved in the repair attempt. Also explaining each step of his work as he progressed. He made several checks to make sure the drain line was completely clear all the way to the septic tank. I was very pleased and thankful for Shane’s work and to Roto-Rooter for the professional service provided to us.

We called Roto Rooter for a second opinion with a septic tank issue. A previous company said we needed new field lines.Our plumber, Chris, was great from the start. He explained everything he was going to do and told me if there was an easier fix he would do his best to find it. He pumped our tank and found the issue was just a clog and an easy fix. Mr. Rooter pumped my tank 5 months ago and destroyed some lines in the process, unbeknownst to us. When we had a full tank again, Chris and team did a thorough job pumping our tank again, finding the issues the other place caused, and came out w days later to fix it properly. It was a little pricey, but Im glad that they found the root cause and corrected it without just doing the bare minimum like some folks.

Patrick did an AMAZING job! From start to finish this was an amazing experience. We booked our appointment and not 45 minutes later we had someone at our house doing an inspection! Really impressed with this company. Had a non-emergency but serious issue. Called on a Saturday morning to hopefully get on the books for the following week. Within an hour someone was at my mother’s house to investigate the problem and then within 2 hours of that meeting the service technician Lane was there. He was completely professional and detailed with his explanations and process of solving the issue. He got the backed up line fixed and showed me via his video camera where the issue was coming from and we put a plan in to fix this from becoming a long time issue. Lane was amazing and I’m thankful for him and his company. Will go out of my way to recommend.

I suspected a leak in my bathroom because my bathroom floor was very warm, and my water meter triangle was spinning with no water running. I contacted a leaked detection company and they determined that I did have a leak and that it was in the slab in the laundry room. We contacted several plumbers but nobody was available. When we contacted Roto-Rooter, they came out the same day at around 4:30 p.m. Bruce was the first to arrive, and he isolated the leak to under the kitchen sink slab, which was a different area than the leak detection company had said. His partner, Marcus, arrived shortly after. They worked so hard to repair the leak by rerouting my hot water line up through my attic and down through my living room wall to under the kitchen sink where the leak was detected, capping off the old line under the slab. They just kept working until the job was done, only taking a short break to go get more piping. They finally finished the job around 10:00 p.m.. I was so amazed and impressed by these young men who had strong work ethics and the desire to stay with a job until it was completely done, even though it was late. I so appreciate their hard work! These days, it is hard to find people that have such commitment to the job. Roto-Rooter should be proud to have these two. My bathroom floor is no longer warm, and my meter is no longer spinning. From the first phone call and subsequent meeting with Brett in the middle of the night to the installation of all of the drying equipment with Hunter and his team, Roto Rooter helped a horrible situation and did their very best to make it as positive as possible. Brett took great care of me, keeping me up to speed on everything going on and Hunter made sure that his techs took excellent care of my home. All of the techs were professional and courteous and I especially appreciated meeting and talking with Garrett. Brett and Hunter met with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything that they had done and everything they had seen and recorded was conveyed to the insurance company to ensure that my policy takes care of everything just as expected. I was devastated when I found water running across my kitchen floor but they quickly took care of everything, including Brett bringing me a bottle of water when he responded since I had been moving things that were wet to try and save them. This entire team was extremely professional, courteous, compassionate, accommodating and above all earned my trust. Marcus came in and diagnosed the problem immediately with a small amount of background as to how the problem started. Within 5min he was set up and fixing a clogged sink drain that weve dealt with for 3 days. He was extremely thorough in verifying that the problem was resolved, made no mess for me to come in behind and clean up, and was professional in explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. 10/10 best plumber Ive had. Weve had horrible results with Hiller and Blake Brothers so we are going to be bringing in Roto-Rooter for all future plumbing issues.

Everyone I spoke with in the main office was very helpful and polite. Matt came out and pumped our septic tank and cleared a clog. We also had Shane out to clear a blockage caused by a toy truck. When I knew I had a drainage issue that was beyond my capacity to remedy, my first thought was to call Roto Rooter. Scheduling was easy. I was informed the technician would arrive within a two hour window, if was 3:30p.m. when I called, and that I would be called thirty minutes before they arrived. Roto Rooter called me at 4:50 and said the tech was en route, arrival at 5:30. I was surprised that they actually would show up after 5pm, but they did as they said.Marcus, the technician that arrived was the most polite young man I’ve met in awhile. He tried a few things to get the line clear, none of it worked. At 8pm he made a few calls to his management, I wasn’t a happy camper (pun intended, but I really was gonna have to go in the woods, if you know what I mean) but his supervisor, Adrian suggested that Marcus try auguring the main line through the septic tank, and that the supervisor was on his way to help. At 8:35p.m., Adrian showed up with a shovel.My line was clear and plumbing working satisfactory by 10pm.If you need a plumber, I highly recommend the team at Roto Rooter. They are the professionals in every capacity. I learned that they do not like to leave if the problem is not fixed.That’s hard to find nowadays. It was already late and dark and the yard was wet from recent heavy rain, but the two gentlemen got to work without delay and make quick work of finding our completely buried septic tank, dug up the access, pumped everything out, covered the access and refilled the hole. I am amazed by the high level of customer service the entire crew provided. I had a major leak in an upstairs unit. Within 10 minutes of my initial call a representative was at my house to conduct an assessment, walk me through the process, send pictures to my insurance adjuster, and coordinate with a follow-on team of Roto-Rooter plumbers and water remediation specialists. Each team provided an extremely high level of service and went above and beyond. The remediation team was so knowledgeable and did their best to preserve what they could and work within my insurance boundaries. Finally, the front door was broken due to a need for emergency professionals to enter the premises and a new deadbolt needed to be installed. I purchased a new lock fully expecting to install it myself, while the guys continued to work. But they stopped what they were doing, installed the new dead bolt and worked to get it aligned to the weird dimensions of my door. I’m not a big online review poster because I don’t like that Google uses your full profile, but I felt it was worth it for this company. Robert, Shane, and Chris were amazing. Shane cleaned out my sewer line and discovered that there were several places that needed repair. They scheduled another time to bring their excavator and crew to do it. However, there was two weeks of soaking rain that Roto-Rooter kept in touch with me and kept rescheduling the appointment. I appreciated that soo much. When the weather finally improved they came out and dismantled my fence with care to let the excavator in. They did the repairs that they could and advised me to contact the city on the repair they couldnt. Robert was highly skilled, not only as a plumber, but with the excavator as well. Since I was advised by a neighbor that the houses in my subdivision didnt have a PRV (Pressure Release Valve) that I should get one. Robert quickly put in one after the crew ascertained that my house indeed didnt have one. They said they are good to have to keep your pipes from bursting if the city decides to mess with the water pressure. They reinstalled the fence to the condition it was before and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

The online scheduling process was very easy and resulted in a phone call not long afterward, to complete the setup process and orient me to how the service would go. The service did in fact go exactly like the rep told me it would - the technicians arrived at the early end of my appointment window, looked at my drain, reviewed the fix, named a price, and they were out of there within 30 minutes with my drain running freely. They cleaned up the small mess they made and explained the six-month guarantee. I would definitely use this company again and couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience.

The professionals at Roto Rooter have been amazing during the process of fixing our water issues. Patrick figured out why hot water was coming out of our cold water taps in our new (to us) house, and in the process of repairing that issue, he discovered a leak and water damage we wouldn’t have found until it was much worse. Patrick only explained to us all our options, and worked with us on our bill for his time, parts, and labor, he also contacted Stephen on the water remediation team, and they were out that evening. They have worked with our home insurance company, met the adjuster at our home, checked the equipment on time and every day, and explained every step of the process. They always call before arriving. Every person on their team has been unfailingly polite and professional. I highly recommend them. The people we have worked with are Patrick, Stephen, Hunter, Bob, and one other very polite young man who came with Bob today and whose name I cannot remember. It’s been a long week with both plumbing and AC repairs, but the Roto Rooter guys made it so much easier for us. Cannot recommend the gentlemen we worked with highly enough!

I had hired another company to come unclog our drain and after $300 they said they had fixed it. The next day the sink was backing up again and so I called and was told it was not under warranty and that we would have to pay full price again one day later to have them come back out.Roto rooter was very responsive, Chris the technician, told me upfront what it would cost and that they warranty there work for 6 months after. It didnt take him long to fix the problem and he cleaned other lines for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

Been using this company you a few years now. It all starts with the initial call for help. I love the fact they come the same day. I love when you call they provide you with a timeline. For arriving. Then they have the tech call 30 min beforehand. Our technician Chris called me 30 min prior to arrival which gave me time to move things from underneath the sink. I called at 10:30 at night, they had somebody here first thing at 8:00 in the morning and kept me advised the whole way. The servicemen that that showed up were phenomenal, Ricky and Tristan worked tireless all day to solve a drain problem that all the way to the outside wi the a broken main drain line due to roots and were able to fix that too along with installing a much needed outdoor clean out. Best servicemen I have ever had come to my home, ask for these guys if you can get them in the Huntsville area, thanks to both of you so much.

After seeing 2 plumbers about water backing up into the tubs and showers and the repairs not working…… Finally Trent with Roto Rooter was able to diagnose the real problem by using a video camera which found a broken pipe near the septic tank. After researching reviews on plumbers, I understand why Roto Rooter has a 4.7-5 rating. I had work done on a clogged pipe, located in the front yard. The pipe had 15 inches of roots blocking drainage. The guys that showed up were respectful, well-mannered, on time, answered all of my questions, and deserve the high rating. They showed me the roots that were pulled out and they worked to help alleviate possible future problems. The ladies that I spoke to in the office were sweet and responsive to my scheduling questions as well. Its tough for me to leave work and they adjusted the work schedule to my needs. I expect alot from service providers that come to my house, and expect hard work. I was not disappointed. My experience with this company was very good. And the price for all of the work that had to be done was reasonable, as I did a cost comparison with other vendors. John, and Chad were the workmen. They had a few new guys with them who were being trained and mentored. All were capable, very respectful and dependable. I will be using this company for future plumbing issue resolution. 😊 Thanks guys!!
