Service guy was prompt and very knowledgeable, realistic that it was more of an appliance issue rather than a plumber issue. Still, he did re-anchor my dishwasher and recommend a reputable appliance business. Highly professional and did not charge for the call. I was a repeat customer and grateful for his competence and candor as to the possible problem. Highly recommend him. I’m so sorry I cannot recall his name. It was a hectic morning, but his professionalism made my day. Rare in these times!

Made a call at around 9:30am to ask for a technician on December 27 and Jeff was at our house by noon. We thought we might have a leak behind our shower and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and likely saved us thousands in unnecessary repairs on top. I asked how much we owed him for the visit and he said it was free of charge since there were no repairs needed. Can’t tell you how impressed I was with Jeff and Scott Plumbing as a whole for 1) their extremely responsive customer service and 2) their professionalism by waiving any charges for the visit. We will exclusively use Scott Plumbing for any/all future plumbing service needs.

Ive used Scott Plumbing twice, and each time they did a great job, for reasonable price. Thats important, but where they excel is customer service. I was impressed with their communication and promptness. I liked that on the day of the appointment, I got a text message with a photo of the plumber that was coming and a link to track him as he came to the house. The plumber arrived early within the timeframe I was given. The work was completed quickly and there was no mess in the yard after he dug out the broken pressure regulator. I highly recommend Scott Plumbing.

Scott’s was exceptional! The Initial conversation to schedule service was professional, responsive and accommodating to my availability. They scheduled a technician for the very next day and arrived on time as promised (which seems rare these days others). Clay was the technician who performed the repair and he was absolutely great in all ways. He was professional and communicative for everything he was planning to do to ensure there were no surprises. He explained everything along the way and the repair turned out to be less than quoted (again, rare these days!) Clay was also very considerate to leave the front yard in as good as shape as possible after the digging that had to be done. He left it almost as if it was before the repair. I have found a plumbing company that I will use for all my needs from now on. Trust the many 5 star reviews they have, they are well earned!

I was notified by MC Water Dept that i had a very unusual high water bill and I possibly had a water leak. I called Scott Plumbing and they said that Bobby would be out in a hour. He was here in 39 minutes. I told him my issue and he got to work locating my problem. After looking around he did find the main valve going to my house under some shrubbery. That was where my leak was located. He explained the situation and got to work. He and his assistant were very professional. And did a great job.

Scott Plumbing replaced my sink and faucet. I had been sitting on this sink for 5 years. My sink and disposal were both broken. Brandon got the disposal working in a few minutes. I have had countless other people come out about the sink. All refused to replace it saying I had to replace the countertop at the same time. Brandon thought that was as crazy as I did. He had to work to get the old one out as it was improperly installed and heavily epoxyed. We found our permanent plumber in Madison.

Finally a good plumber. I was able to get a hold of the receptionist (Kendall) who was very knowledgeable. They (Jeff and Gabe) showed up within 24 hrs of calling. They even courtesy called to say they were running about 45 minutes late. They listened to what I thought the issue was with the toilet and they were able to level the toilet, put a new wax seal in, and tighten it down. They didnt leave a mess, explained the 90 day warranty, and were courteous throughout the job.

The last one, a pull-out hand sprayer, he did not have on the truck because there are so many types and finishes. He recommended I get the part from a hardware store and said, while he could come back and do it, I could easily install it myself. Which I did.He cleaned up after his repairs (did I mention he put on shoe covers at the front door ?). All in all, a good service call. I will use Scott in the future!

Jeff was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. I called again first thing the next morning, because I work and need to make arrangements to be here when the technician comes, and they still were not able to give me an estimated time other than sometime today.Then I called Scott Plumbing. The first thing I noticed was the demeanor of the person answering the phone. Not only was she friendly and professional, she was very knowledgeable. From the types of questions she was asking, I could tell she was troubleshooting and diagnosing. She also made me feel like she and the company genuinely care about their customers. This is in stark contrast to the first company, which seemed to use call center reps who simply take calls and capture contact info. In that interaction, I felt like a number in a long line of other numbers…But with the Scott Plumbing representative, she listened to me, asked diagnostic questions and within 30 – 40 minutes a technician was at my door. WOW! That’s Service.Brandon (the technician) was also friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I called about a garbage disposal issue at my parents house. The friendly and helpful woman who answered my call told me the next available appointment would be first thing Saturday morning. Scott Plumbing texted me several reminders before Saturday. I received a text Saturday morning to let me know Jay was on his way and included a picture of Jay to make sure I knew what the technician looked like. Jay arrived promptly. He got to work quickly while chatting. In very little time, he removed the malfunctioning garbage disposal and placed it in a bucket to catch any water. The new disposal went in quickly, too. Once Jay verified that the new disposal worked, he made sure everything was clean. That was actually easy because he took great care to be neat throughout the process. The final cost of the project was consistent with the original estimate. The worksite was cleaned up as much as possible--unfortunately, the project required significant digging in the front yard so it looks like it was dug up. In summary, given the amount of work required, the cost was reasonable, the work was done on time and the worksite was cleaned up. When I need the services of a plumber, Ill call Scott Plumbing again.

My son gladly told showed him where where the bathroom was since he is the primary user. He said they were good for sanitary purposes but they didnt break down in the toilet or sewer as advertised. Told him that was good to know. After telling him I had been using a plunger to try to unstop the toilet he told me plungers were good for unstopping tubes & sinks but you needed an auger (toilet snake) to unstop toilets. He explained how they worked. Once he started talking I found out he talked about as much as I do. I guess he was trying to be professional.

I was nervous at first, but I loved that they text you with a name and a picture of who is coming to your home. Blake with Scotts Plumbing was extremely professional, came a day early, explained everything and gave a complete breakdown. Will definitely continue to use Angi List for more services. I did not check whether or not I used the business, waiting on my husband.

Months after work was done, I discovered an issue. It happens. I called in the problem and within hours Kasey, a skilled plumber was working on it. The issue was properly diagnosed and quickly fixed with no additional charge.Not every job goes perfectly, thats life. But a business proves its worth to me when they respond to unexpected problems the way Scott Plumbing did for me.

Outstanding same day response and repair. I called Scott Plumbing to come in and replace the pipes, install new cut-off valves, and install a new garbage disposal. Technician was in the area and available for an immediate service call. Scott Plumbing was really good about explaining the estimate and based it off what I needed. David Perry was very professional and left the job site clean after testing all the repairs. He made sure I knew what was done and any warranties associated with the replacements. I will be using Scott Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Had them come out to replace a leaky faucet on the outside of the house. They were able to come out ahead of schedule, the same day, and fix it that day. Did a quality repair. Very expensive ($400+) but that’s the price of skilled labor these days. I recommend them.
