I love this company, keep their number on speed dial, when plumbing needs arise. Be it for outside faucet needs, water lines to be extended for garden irrigation or inside when toilets leak, not flush or one needs help with new installation. They are wonderful, knowledgeable, quick, professional, and their rates are reasonable.

I would like to thank and Vicki Lynn for helping me with scheduling repairs needed at my home she was exceptionally nice understanding kind and worked with me in my time of need she sent out technician “Josh” and I tell you this young man was so so professional he answered all my questions was very polite his repairs and work was OUTSTANDING if there were a place on here for ratings he and Ms Vicki both deserve a 10! Thank you both and I will definitely use your services again and recommend if anyone asks..I’m so relieved and feel much better now😊

These guys were awesome from start to finish. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and understanding, even after having to call back several times (my faults not theirs). The 2 gentleman who showed up fixed the issue quickly and ended up fixing it for half of what they quoted. If I could give yall 10 stars I would!

We had this company come to our business to repair a plumbing problem. The two gentleman showed up early and worked all day long until our closing time. Super nice individuals. There was mud, concrete, and asphalt everywhere upon finishing the job. Not only did they clean up the mess, they went the extra mile to mop the entire area where they had been working, without being asked. I would highly recommend this company.

Rooter Man has been to my house on several occasions, most recently to repair a water heater they installed last fall. The problem with the heater was a manufacturers issue, and I wasnt charged anything for the visit. The response time was within 24 hours, and the technicians were very pleasant. One was the same technician who installed the heater. Another time they came to my house to repair a clogged drain. While there, the technician looked at a faucet issue in another bathroom and charged me nothing for the repair. Other plumbing services Ive called have had unbelievable wait times and/or outrageous charges. Rooter Man is the most reliable service for any home repair Ive ever dealt with.

I had a clogged drain in one of my sinks. I had originally scheduled through Home Advisor for a Plumber, however the morning they were supposed to come out they were a no show.Not long after the scheduled time came and went I was browsing through the internet when I came across people recommending Rooter Man here in Huntsville. I looked them up then contacted the business. They were able to have someone out in the afternoon.About mid afternoon, Drake, came to my residence and was able to quickly clear the drainage. He also took time to talk to me about some future projects that well need plumbing service for.They will definitely be the ones I go to for future service.

For lack of anyone to call, since weve not had good experience with Mr. Rooter, Roto Rooter, or H.C. Blake, I went with the reviews on this company. Very friendly upon first phone call and the plumber was also very friendly and curtiuos. He replaced the two valve handles for our washing machine that were crumbling in a very short timeframe and the cost was actually affordable. They will get all our plumbing needs from here on out. Thanks so much!

Rooter Man fixed my problem quickly upon arrival. The expansion tank on the water heater developed a pin hole leak that sprayed several gallons of water overnight. They had a replacement tank on their truck. The nice technician even pulled the wet carpet away from the leak site so it would dry. 30 minutes and the job was done. I am happy with the service received. 🙂

I called on a Saturday and had someone out within 10 minutes. I had a broken cut off valve leaking heavily under the house. The guy fixed it in a couple of minutes, and it cost less than the difference it will be on my utility bill. Awesome service, thanks.
