    I had an issue w/ a leaking tub and they fixed one issue but when they left my shower head wasnt working and I didnt have that issue before. It was a hiccup w/ communication to get them to come fix the shower head but they immediately apologized for that miscommunication, fixed my shower head, and refunded my money. Im all about getting my issues resolved but Im BIG on great customer service and they displayed just that. I highly recommend.

    Michael and Telia did an awesome job on getting my disposal changed out and fixed. I’m limited in what I can do, but they make it seem so easy. This was my second call to them to fix something in my house, and the price was reasonable. I very much support companies who support veterans. Great job!

They dont work for commission so theyre not trying to trap you for higher prices.Sewer main break wound up being much more costly and time intensive than they ever couldve known but they kept the price fair. Workers were friendly and polite and they cleaned up after themselves.You can use different plumbers, but you would be wrong.Rocket City has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family. I use them for all plumbing services now.

    Would recommend 100%. I’ve used Rocket City Plumbing twice. They were prompt in scheduling, had same day service for a minor issue, had next day service for a major issue which required substantial work. They stayed at my house late on a Friday night in very low temperatures to finish the job. I had another company come out with my first issue and called Rocket City Plumbing for a second opinion due to cost quote, etc. Pricing was much more reasonable and I am glad I got a second opinion. Very satisfied with this company and their team.

    I noticed a water leak from my spigot on a late evening. I gave Rocket City Plumbing a call after hours and a tech was at my home the following morning. Very helpful and clean. We had to cute drywall the tech informed me on everything prior to proceeding and helped move furniture around, cleaned mess up and moved it back before I could come help. Very pleased with this service!

    Outstanding business and crew! Telia was our first point of contact. She scheduled and organized our project flawlessly. Michael and Nathan arrived on time to evaluate and quote options for repair of our backed up sewer line.     Rocket City Plumbing was very responsive during the freezing temp period. They saw my number on their phone and immediately called back. They were able to schedule a visit within 2 days after I called when Huntsville was dealing with busted water pipes from the freezing temps. They have a email and text system so that you are kept up to date.They have diagnosed the problem and will return to fix the pipes.

    Rocket City Plumbing replaced all of the water supply lines in my house which was built in 2010. I had NIBCO DURA PEX which was defective and caused a very expensive leak. The process involves cutting access holes in the drywall to get to the fixtures. They were careful and judicious with the cuts. The house has five bathrooms but the work was completed quickly considering the amount of work required. The workers were nice and they corrected previous plumbers mistakes. Rocket City Plumbing is now my go to plumber.

    Mike Moynihan and the crew at Rocket City Plumbing are ROCK STARS!! I came home at 8 pm to find that at some point during the day my water heater had given up the ghost and leaked everywhere. Nothing like that first squishy step onto soggy carpet, right? I called the plumber I have used for years...no response (and still havent gotten a call back the next morning). I left a message with RCP and got a call back within minutes. In less than an hour Mike arrived with a new water heater, and less than an hour after that it was installed and humming along beautifully. Mind you, my water heater is in a small closet and in no way easy to get to. But Mike made it look easy! He didnt even blink!     Our pipes were frozen due to extremely cold weather. Once the temperatures increased above freezing the water returned to a trickle and no hot water. The guys came to my house same day that I called. They were nice, polite, and friendly. They were able to find the issue and fix it promptly. Thankfully there was nothing major wrong and I had hot and cold water restored with excellent water pressure! Great experience! So thankful to Rocket City Plumbing !

    I called several plumbers before selecting Rocket City Plumbing, LLC for a complimentary quote to install washing machine hoses that the appliance store said could not be done without a blow torch to remove my old hoses. Last call of the day for workers who dont go home until all calls have been honored takes on a different look. What a great way to start a day - seeing the depth of customer concern on a local rising business!     I called Rocket City Plumbing when I saw my water heater was leaking pretty severely and I talked to Dylan about my situation. He asked me for a couple of pieces of information about my existing water heater and he said they would take care of it. I didnt have to do anything but let them in the door. They brought the right replacement water heater, the accessories, they removed my old water heater. The guys were friendly, they came in and did their work, and I had hot water before they left. Very pleased and very affordable. Will use them again for my plumbing needs.

    Rocket City Plumbing is the standard by which all plumbing companies should strive to be. I received a call today at 3:17pm from the water company telling me I had a leak and my meter was showing 35+ gallons of water leaking per hour. I immediately called RCP and the receptionist said she could have someone out the same afternoon. I received a text 25 minutes later stating that the technician would arrive between 4-6pm. Thirteen minutes later I received a text saying Scott was en route. The text included a photo of the technician which was unnecessary but appreciated touch. He arrived at 4pm and began working on what turned out to be 3 leaks in our yard. They worked until 8:15pm to get the job done. The price charged was extremely reasonable compared to other plumbing services we have used in the past, especially considering it was an emergency call late in the afternoon. I cannot recommend Rocket City Plumbing enough. Thank you for the attention to detail and professionalism. We will never use another company.
