    The technicians were great! Same day service. They fixed my washer and dryer water outlet valve box and replaced the levers. They even screwed the drywall back in that they cut out to repair. A+ service and I expect them both to get the 5 dollar incentive for this review.

    Around the Clock Plumbing was prompt (actually they were 1/2 hour earlier than they thought) and they completed the job same day, which included having to dig up part of my septic tank (no fun job there in 20 degree weather.) All this at a very reasonable price. A special thanks goes out to our tech, Jeff. He was knowledgeable,professional and friendly. Thank you Jeff! I hope I never need you again. (Lol)Would Recommend!

    Respectful plumbers. Experienced, knowledgeable and caring. This crew wanted the job to be successful, and my job was challenging. Another plumbing company had come out and they failed.     I noticed I had an area in a flower bed close to the house that was wet when it shouldnā€™t be, as we hadnā€™t had any rain for awhile. I discovered a white, capped PVC pipe that I suspected was the sewer clean out access point. After researching plumbing companies in the area, I decided to call Around the Clock Plumbing due to their good rating/review volume on Google, and after reading that they were responsive and decently priced. Jeff came out later the same day to attempt to resolve the issue, but it was discovered there was a larger issue at hand and the area was going to need to be excavated to repair the piping. The next day, Jeff and his supervisor Chris came out with the excavator, dug out around the pipe, and discovered there was a leak in the water line where the PVC water pipe from the road was coupled to the copper water piping that ran under the house. They replaced the coupling, installed a new water shutoff valve, and replaced the 45 degree sewer clean out access pipe with a 2-way sweep pipe for better access in the future. After the repairs were complete, the excavated soil was put back, the sidewalk washed off, and they checked the meter once the water was turned back on to the house to ensure the meter wasnā€™t continuing to spin without a faucet being on in the house. Jeff and Chris did a good job explaining the problem as they went, repairing the problem, and cleaning up after and making sure the problem was fixed. Hopefully I donā€™t have any more plumbing challenges and donā€™t have to call them again in the near future, but I would recommend them to anyone that does!

    Im very pleased with the service from Around The Clock. It started with a washing machine that wouldnt drain.ATC sent out a couple of guys who tried to open the line and couldnt clear the roots. They didnt charge for the visit since they didnt solve the issue. I went through the perk test and permitting steps and called ATC for an estimate. Chris arrived, looked at the property and the permit and declared that it couldnt possibly be right. Sure enough the health department had made an error and had to re issue a permit. Chris saved me thousands of dollars! The authorization procedure was done electronically and I was on the schedule. Work was done exactly when promised. This is the second time Ive used this company and I highly recommend their services!

    I am very satisfied with Ken from Around the Clock Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring- he repaired my 9 year old hot water heater which has been intermittently losing hot water- he suspected it was the heating elements, and sure enough, one of them was even bent at an odd L-shaped angle! Ken was able to replace them with no problem. I definitely recommend Around the Clock Plumbing!By the way, turnaround time from my initial call and Ken showing up was extremely fast- I called the companyā€™s scheduler around 11:30 am, and Ken arrived at 1 pm! Iā€™m very pleased!!!

    We called Around The Clock Plumbing about 9AM on a SATURDAY, shortly after ascertaining we really DID have a water leak, and we were warned that all their emergency plumbers were already scheduled for the day. So we were tickled to see Darius about 4 pm, with his tools in hand ready to work. He and my husband listened through pantry, stairwell, and closet walls to target the source of the leak. My husband cleared the top of the pantry while Darius got his saw and climbed ladder to cut a drywall hole above the very top pantry shelf, pinpointing the leak location EXACTLY! That kind of knowledge comes with a wealth of experience, and it certainly paid off for us! Darius readily knew what was needed to fix the pin-hole leak in the copper pipe and he had it done quickly. They tested with water back on and all faucets/toilets performed perfectly! AND - despite having to crawl under our house in the dirt/mud to find the leak - there was not a single dirty spot on our white porcelain tile or wood floors. We could not have asked for better service! Darius was wonderful.When I asked if this could happen again (as our house is not new), and knowing it is rare for a straight piece of copper pipe to spring a leak like this, he shared that it can be caused by hard water. He said we might install a house water softening system, but no one could ever be sure it would prevent future leaks.

    Marrele handled the unclogging of my toilet quickly and efficiently. He also gave me a suggestion for where to buy a part for a problem I was having with my faucet as well as a future tip for plunging the toilet.     Great experience. Technician quickly confirmed garbage disposal needed replacement and explained the features we should look for in a replacement. While he removed the old one we got a replacement from Home Depot that met his recommendations.. When the replacement arrived he installed it quickly. Wonderful service.

    I contacted Around the Clock to obtain a quote for the installation of a new septic system. Although I had received lower quotes from other companies, I ultimately decided to proceed with Around the Clock due to their prompt response in providing the quote.However, after accepting the quote and scheduling the job, I encountered several issues. As I was working amidst ongoing new construction, I had to reschedule the appointment a few times. The young lady who handled the scheduling was pleasant and accommodating.The primary concern arose from one of the gentlemen working on the job. Following the completion of the job on a Friday, I contacted the company on the following Monday to discuss the problems I had encountered. The young lady I spoke with was apologetic and promptly relayed the issues to the owner.The owner promptly contacted me to address the issues I had raised. He was courteous and apologetic, demonstrating a genuine concern for resolving the situation. While my initial inclination was to rate the service as 1 star, the owners prompt attention and sincere efforts to rectify the situation have significantly improved my perception of the company.

    My gas hot water heater is located in the attic and the hot water copper exit pipe developed a small crack and had filled my drain pan. My plumber Chris fixed this quite easily. I also had him replace my thermocouple on my old Rheem water heater too. And finally while I had him out here, I had him replace the pressure reducing valve connected to the houses inlet water supply. Chris was very professional, answered all my questions, was very nice, did good work and wasnt in a rush to leave, and charged a very reasonable price. Very satisfied overall.

    Jordan was knowledgeable and had good advice. He checked to be sure the hot water heater was working properly and turned the temperature up a bit. He told me to wait an hour before turning on the hot water to check it. I did and that was all that was needed. He told me what it would cost to replace the thermostat and heating elements but said he didnā€™t think it was needed. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to determine if increasing the temperature worked.

    I have always had a great experience with this company. They are always responsive, professional and up front with pricing. Dawson pumped my septic tank recently, he uncovered another minor issue and resolved it with no extra charge. He discovered another larger issue that could cause problems for my system in the future and took the time to educate me on the problem, give guidance on how to resolve, and provided a point of contact who handles said issue. Plumbing issues are never any fun, but this company has been reliable and provided consistent customer service any time I have reached out. I would recommend them to anyone.

He had to call in some help to assist as he had been trying different remedies to fix the problem. Not sure of if the name of his coworker but he and Darius worked it out & got it working.
