I didnt have to wait forever they were here in no time and did an Awesome job repairing a busted water pipe from the meter outside coming into the house. Was very thorough about every question my wife had about other plumbing issues we have going on inside the house. And the price of the job was reasonable and affordable. They called ahead of time with plenty of heads up to be home in time. Jager was super nice and friendly. He explained the costs of the different services if needed and cleared out our shower drain with the least expensive option in 15 minutes. Cleaned up the shower floor before leaving. These guys are prompt, courteous and are less expensive than the other guys that may show up on your Google search first. Give North Alabama a shot.

I had an old toilet with a bad seal leaking along the base and when I took it apart discovered the flange underneath was broken. Since I didnt have the tools to cut out the old flange, I called NAPC and Jaeger came out and replaced it. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great quality job. He also let me know that the replacement toilet I bought had the wrong rough-in measurement, so I needed to reschedule the new toilet install.The following week Josh from NAPC came out and did the install, tested thoroughly to ensure the new seal was not leaking, and did a very neat clean job of caulking along the base.Service all-around was friendly, efficient, and reasonably-priced. I have used North Alabama Plumbing on several occasions. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced, and always do quality work. Id like to add-- they came recommended by a friend, I then used them on multiple occasions, and now I am recommending them. They also did a great job at my girlfriends place with a hot water heater install.For emergencies, they can typically get to you quickly. Their dispatch (whos a very nice lady named Shelby) is very responsive and communicates effectively with their technicians out in the field, and she can work some magic on response time. Josh is a friendly, professional technician as well. Hes been out to my place a couple of times and always does quality work.They have an effecive system in place. Use them and give them your info once, as long as you call from the same number, they already have your info and know where to go.For any plumbing needs, North Alabama Plumbing is always my first call.

Weve been chasing leaks for years due to faulty Pex. Finally had a leak in the slab. I decided to be done with the leaks and had North Alabama Plumbing do an entire replumb. Josh and Jeager were great! They arrived on time and explained everything to be done. They also updated me each step of the way (it was a large job). They did everything and more. Definitely recommend without question. The sheet rock they cut out were clean cuts to be easily replaced. Again, definitely recommend North Alabama Plumbing especially Josh and Jaeger!

Had an issue with water pressure coming into the home being too high. Called NAP and they sent out Josh who was on time and did a great job replacing the water pressure regulator. It was in the ground and not easy to get at but he pushed right through. He explained everything he was doing and didnt mind me hovering around. He even fixed a little nagging issue with one of my sinks faucets while he was there. I was very happy with the service and will use them again!

I have nothing but good things to say about this local company. The owner really led from the front and was hands on, helped his workers out and also took time to explain the process throughout. I had to have my house completely replumbed due to faulty water lines (PEX B - NIBCO). Work was done well, they cleaned up and all for a fair price. Highly recommend them!

Our irrigation specialist found a leak in our main water line and recommended we find a plumber to address it. We’re new to HSV so we went to our neighborhood social media group for recommendations. North Alabama Plumbing had multiple recommendations and was much more responsive that the other company I called. Josh came out a few days later and got us squared away. He was professional, pleasant, efficient, and definitely takes pride in doing the job well. Bonus, he didn’t just tolerate my million questions (I’m a curious new homeowner), but seemed to enjoy explaining what he was doing. I would recommend him/North Alabama Plumbing in a heartbeat.

Recently, I purchased a new refrigerator and the installation team did not properly turn off/cap the old water line to my refrigerator, leading to my kitchen flooding. North Alabama Plumbing Company was able to dispatch someone to fix the problem within 20 minutes, and they were in and out within an hour and a half. I was thoroughly impressed at how quickly they were able to get here and assist me (late on a Friday afternoon, no less!). The price was also very reasonable and all of my options and costs were explained to me before any work was done. I will definitely be calling North Alabama Plumbing Company the next time that I need a plumber!

I chose this company based on the reviews and they have never disappointed me. I have now used their services twice and each time the technician did an excellent job correcting the problem. On two separate occasions they have fixed a bothced shower install that my brother inlaw attempted and installed a brand new hot water heater. Each time everyone working at the company (including Shelby who handled the scheduling/payemnt process) went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I know I will always choose them first should I need anymore repairs.

Two outside hose bibs and a master bath filler and sprayer replaced. Josh was very professional, thorough and had a good attention to detail. He double checked and verified everything before giving any definitive estimate. The prices were reasonable considering the work involved. I always judge these things on what would I charge if I had to do the work and North Alabama Plumbing came in right on the nose. My only concern is that where drywall is required to be removed they do not replace it and it is up to the customer. Although annoying it is certainly understandable as to why they do not provide this service. All in all 4.8 out of 5 and will use again.

We needed a Plummer to de-install and re-install our faucet so our new countertop could be installed. Bryan came over and assessed the small project. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Jay and Josh did the de-install and then the re-install the next day. It was great that they could accommodate our timeline. I had a terrible ending to Christmas Day when it was found by a family member that my garage was being flooded by a broken pipe in the garage. We frantically picked up cardboard boxes trying to save everything from getting wet. Thankfully I have great neighbors and we wound up having a sort of Shop-Vac party getting everything into safety. I left a message with North AL Plumbing (used them a bit ago for the first time and was very impressed) that evening and asked that they contact me asap the next morning...and he did. Bryan was great to work with. He went right to the problem area and found the culprit...a pvc pipe that had been rigged with pex line when my home was being remodeled. The pvc pipe froze, broke and came apart from the pex line causing the big leak in my garage. Ill be very careful who I get to do any remodeling in the future. Someone will be going behind them to be sure they are working to code and not taking any shortcuts. A big thank you to Bryan, for taking care of everything and being so patient in answering questions from someone who knows zilch about plumbing! If I could give more than 5 stars to North Alabama Plumbing, I would do it in a heartbeat!

They had a two man crew, Zach and Kurt, who were very professional and knowledgeable. They were originally scheduled for a toilet rebuild and reset following a complete bathroom remodel.They came completely prepared and worked very quickly.They were very attentive not to track anything in the house during the entirety of their visit. They also went above and beyond cleaning up things that were left behind by the previous crew. Although I felt that wasn’t their responsibility, they still took care of it.They were very thorough when it came to addressing all of my questions and concerns.They had me check the finished project and verify my satisfaction upon completion.Although they were not originally scheduled to address the issue of my pipes making noises, I still asked just to get his professional opinion. After having asked a few other companies with their responses being very generic and somewhere along the lines of, “It’s your pipes rattling.” I was able to actually get a solution to this problem. Zach suggested that it might be the PRV valve and offered to check the water pressure. Soon after this discussion began, he had a final diagnosis and also had the parts and labor priced as well as warranty information available.He made a quick run to the parts house and had the problem completely resolved in the same afternoon. He came in to verify that the noise had been eliminated after the valve replacement and again make sure that we were happy with the services. We were not without water for any extended period of time.All in all, I would strongly recommend this crew and this company to anyone with any degree of plumbing needs.

First of all, the Water Dept. had replaced the outside water meter and cover and I suspect were the culprits of the water leak near the meter,...low and behold the leak was on customer side of the meter! therefore, they would NOT repair!!...I called Northern Alabama Plumbing at roughly 9:30am, Jay and Bryan arrived at 11am, had to dig down to the leak (next to the meter), go to the parts store and Jay had the project completed expertly with focused attention to every detail by 3pm, including the fact that he removed the grass sod patch before digging to replace the dug hole area with the grass sod patch! ,,,the pressure regulator was also found to be unprotected, rusty and old and not regulating pressure to the home, so it was replaced as well, which, in a way was a blessing in disguise to get both items fixed before winter and our vacation trip away for a few weeks!
