Tell Projects did a great job with our bathroom remodels. They look fantastic and we love them both. Five stars due to Ellie’s constant communication, friendliness, guidance in selections and details. She answered all questions and was never bothered by our many calls and texts! Five stars also due to the tile crew! They did an amazing job! The only thing I’d suggest considering is moving the tiles shower drain to a side wall. It’s hard on the feet, but looks beautiful. We had some communication issues between languages, but Ellie was always there to help! We are very happy with the final product!

I am ecstatic to have found Tell Projects and had a chance to work with them for a full home remodel after damage from the hurricane. They are responsive, timely and detail oriented. If they Tell you that they are going to do it, they do what they say-- no excuses. Management followed up with me to ensure that we were happy many times during the project.I highly recommend them to anyone needing an honest, trustworthy, efficient and affordable contractor. Their crews show up every day and these guys work hard to make you happy. Their prices were reasonable, their work is exceptional and their leadership was available to me before, during and after the project was completed.I cannot say enough good things about this company. The team was prompt, quick and communicative during the bid process. Once I decided to start, they were easy to work with. Came in, got the job done in one day and cleaned up afterwards. The two person team was very nice and made sure I was aligned with everything along the way!

My wife and I decided to remodel both bathrooms in our house. They needed a fresh look and a complete update. Having seen the quality of work done by Tell Projects, I knew that I wanted them to do the work. I had Zach come by my house with his truck (the mobile showroom) and show my wife the many samples of flooring, tile, cabinets, and hardware. She was so impressed with Zach and the quality of his products that she agreed with me that Tell Projects was the company we wanted to do the work for us.Tell Projects gave us a 10-14 day estimate to finish the work. The workers were courteous and respectful of both our home and the three cats we have in the house. Like any remodeling project there were a couple of things that we added to the project. Both times Zach came by to inspect the issue and let us know how much the additional work would cost. They finished both rooms in 16 days due to the additional work we requested.The whole process was a very positive experience. None of the nightmare stories that you hear about remodeling. Both Zach and Ellie kept in constant contact with my wife and I. They answered our questions and made suggestions for every decision that had to be made from the tile, to the flooring, to the number of shower heads we needed. We used Tell Projects in 2020 to replace the above ground plumbing in our entire house and repair and paint the sheetrock. They did great work. We hired them again in 2021 when we needed to replace our tankless water heater after the winter storm. Most recently they came out within hours of my call when my bathtub faucet broke while the water was running! They are not the cheapest in town, but they do high quality work and are efficient and responsive.

Tell Projects has been my go to remodeling company since 2019 through this year. Ive contracted out 4 distinct jobs to them and they are by far the best remodeling company, particularly around customer service, integrity, and workmanship product. Theyve essentially remodeled my entire primary house due to a leaking pipe issue from a prior plumbing company that resulted in significant remodeling project. They are a one stop shop that can literally build an entire house up from the ground. In addition, our latest project was to setup our landscaping for our Airbnb and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Tell Projects for any future remodeling projects. And shout out to Zach! Hes been out main point of contact and lead project manager that has coordinated and executed all 4 of our projects.

I own a home built in the 70s that came with a two-step down sunken living room and one-step up stage in part of the master bedroom. I brought Tell Projects in to get me on one level. Zach was assigned to our project and I really enjoyed working with him. I wanted to make sure we took enough time to cure the concrete poured in the rooms before putting in the wood floor and he didnt push to try and get things done before I was ready to move forward. The team did a lot of really nice work and always did a good job of cleaning up before heading out for the day. The wood floor install was amazing, as was the finish trim work. I also appreciated the offer to send someone back a few weeks after we were done if I found a few things, which I did, and they were all handled timely with great quality. I would definitely bring them back if I needed anything else done.

New to Texas. Need to remodel a kitchen in a house we just purchased. Had to start from scratch with contractors.This was our situation when we moved to Texas last year and needed to remodel our kitchen. Our scope of work included a complete kitchen “gut”, removal of a divider wall & a brick accent wall, installation of new cabinets, new appliances, match existing of existing hardwood floors, install new crown molding and painting.We tried to interview several contractors and walk through the work with them. We called 6 and only 3 called back. Each of those 3 contractors showed up, but Zach with Tell was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and well prepared. We walked through what we wanted, and Zach was attentive to what we wanted and helpful in adding suggestions that would save money but still add value to our project. After the walkthrough we went for a “tour” of their mobile showroom so that we could see first-hand the quality of their work. Very impressive.Once we decided to work with Tell their office staff went to work helping us design our new kitchen. Adrianna was a huge help! Again, the staff at Tell proved themselves to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. After the design was finalized the crew went to work.We could go into great detail about the crew at Tell and all of the work they did on our home, but I will simply say that ALL of the team that work on our home was professional and considerate with our family (we lived in the house during the remodel). Three things standout that highlight our experience with Tell.On the first day the team from Tell showed up on time and ready to work! After we walked through the job together the team did one of the greatest things I had ever seen. They took a copy of our agreement that outlined the work to be completed and taped it to the wall, so everyone was on the same page. Awesome!Clean! The team from Tell is CLEAN! Everyday before they left our house, they cleaned up their work area. They never missed a day of cleaning. It was impressive. Again, we lived in the house during the remodel and the Tell team was very considerate of us and made sure to leave their work areas clean to minimize the disruption to out house.Lastly, the Tell Team communicates. Zach was our PM and he always made sure to communicate with us so that we knew what was going on, when a new process was going to start (demo, electrical, cabinets, paint, etc.) in advance so that we knew what to expect. Also, when a change in scope came up Zach was upfront about the reasons for the change and what the cost would be before they started to work. The high level of communication from all the Tell Team made our remodeling experience a very “worry free” journey.We highly recommend Tell Projects. Our experience was fantastic, and we look forward to working with them on future projects. I had my entire master bath demoed and remodeled. From the beginning, I was treated with respect and my questions were answered in a timely manner. I felt like I could trust them with the work and they exceeded my expectations. Special shout out to Alicia in purchasing ( who met with me twice in person and constantly answered my questions via email), Luis (my project manager), Benjamin (who did an excellent job on the tile), Albert (countertops), Achilles (glass), and there were so many more outstanding employees who made my dream bath come true. Ellie is the one of owners who constantly ensured my needs were met and I was satisfied with the work done. Any issues that did arise were managed in a professional manner. Various employees shared they believe the customer comes first and they are taught to treat each home as their own. From Day 1, my home was protected from any debris and damage. Each work day they cleaned accordingly. If you are doing a remodel, bear in mind there are a lot of moving parts! Be prepared with your material and have someone who can easily be at home. They finished the work within the time frame given which was a win in my book as well.Thank you Tell Projects for the amazing job done. I look forward to my next remodel to my second bathroom.

One of our daughters bathroom had a tile grout issue that caused water to leak into the wall. We were worried about water damage and mold. We contacted a few different contractors, but Zach from Tell was the most responsive. He came to take a look at the job very quickly after I contacted him. As we discussed the job, it became clear that Zach was very customer-focused and communicated very well what he planned to do. While he was there, we also took a look at all the bathrooms and kitchens to identify any other tiles issues they could address. Zach also showed me their mobile showroom, which also highlighted what other work they do.The other contractors we considered fell short either in speed of bidding the job or their bid was less comprehensive. So we chose to go with Tell and they could start the next week. They let me know they would start Wednesday. I was responsible for choosing and purchasing the tile, and they would pick it up from Floor and Decor. That worked out somewhat well, except the store didnt have the order ready quickly enough, so Id suggest you order with plenty of time for the store to collect it or have it moved to a more convenient store.After demolishing the existing tile, the good news is that there was little water damage and no real replacement was necessary on the wood framing. Given that, the crew got to work quickly on putting the tub back in and tiling the floor and surround with the new tile. We had solid large tile picked along with an accent tile stripe. Zach and Benjamin (crew boss) did a good job of working together to get the design we had in mind correctly laid out.When I got home, I was very impressed with their tile job and pretty happy. They even finished a day earlier than expected. There were a few cosmetic issues that we asked to get fixed, and they did a good job of addressing them quickly to our satisfaction. Everyone in the crew was very professional and I felt they really cared about our satisfaction. Id definitely consider them for any bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We had Tell Projects do numerous remodeling jobs at our home. They included new granite in the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and the laundry room. They removed 2 bath tubs and made the space into beautiful new tiled showers with frameless glass. They also installed 4 new sinks and faucets, a new gas cooktop, exhaust fan, dishwasher, laundry room vanity, and crown molding in 3 rooms. All the work was completed in 7 days with outstanding results.Tell Projects has different professionals that do each job. The granite fabricator, tile installers, plumber, electrician, carpenters, glass men, and painters are all different individuals. The granite man, Alber, and the tile installers are artists in the work they do.From the quoting process with Zach to the constant follow up with Ellie who is the greatest in the main office, all of your concerns or questions are handled. If there is something you are not happy with they come back and take care of it. The price was good and the work and clean up was outstanding. I would recommend Tell Projects to anyone who wants work done in their home or business.

My wife and I had a leak in the shower pan which had leaked into the closet as well as the adjoining cabinets. The damage and expense was a a shock so we spoke with several contractors, our insurance company (which was not covered) and looked at estimates. By accident the last estimate was from Zach at Tell Projects. I liked them from start to the finish, Zach made my wife and I feel very comfortable, communicated regularly and was very patient. He would explain everything in detail and with respect. As the job progressed there were a couple of unexpected repairs and Zach took care of them immediately and without complaint. Finally at the end of the repair Zach and Tell-Projects stood by their estimate and didnt charge us a penny more than quoted! I highly recommend Tell-Projects and will be using them in the future. Tell Projects came to give me an estimate and they were exactly what I have been looking for. I needed a small rehab for a rental property and was tired of hiring clowns who dont know what they are doing. Tell Projects to the rescue. We wound up completely remodeling the property kitchen, two bathrooms, carpentry, flooring and more. They are insured and licensed and are so great in communicating! The price was very reasonable for the work they did! The best part was they finished everything in 6 days! If I didnt see it with my own eyes I wouldnt believe it! I have found my contractor of choice and highly recommend them to investors and home owners!

We had previously used Tell Projects to complete a bathroom remodeling job that was started but never finished by another company. Tell Projects did a great job on our bathroom, so we hired them for a subsequent remodeling job. Our daughter and son-in-law loved the bathroom remodel, so they insisted we hire Tell Projects for a kitchen remodel in their recently purchased first home. Once we established a budget, the kids picked out appliances, lights, paint, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and a beautiful backsplash that brought the whole kitchen together. Tell projects expertly removed a wall to open up the kitchen to the living area, rewired electrical, repiped the whole house, painted, and installed the flooring, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. We all could not be happier with the results - a beautiful new kitchen!

Tell-Projects Kitchen Renovation - FeedbackThe theme of this feedback would be a Tale of Two Contractors or The Good (Tell-Projects), The Bad (Previous Contractor), and The Ugly (factors). We embarked on what would we hoped would be a fun, or at least rewarding, kitchen remodeling project April 2018. From various bids, “Previous Contractor” and Tell-Projects were the most competitive. However, the winner “Previous Contractor”, had a closer showroom for visits and sample viewing.The Bad -- “Previous Contractor”The “Previous Contractor” started demolition the last week of April 2018. Although otherwise assured by “Previous Contractor” designer/owner, the project manager never actually showed up to our job site. Beginning May, electrical/wiring work was started but not completed. Same for drywall installation and texturing. Then, cabinet products were delivered and the cabinet installer worked a few days, only to be taken off our job to service another “Previous Contractor” customer. Never to return.Granted, smaller contractors require diverting some resources to other projects, but temporarily. However, the only trade work in June resulted from an electrician to install a highly-sought outlet. Suspicion, and a hunch, prompted a visit to “Previous Contractor” office on June 30. The result was a jolting, but not surprising, discovery. The “Previous Contractor” operation was locked out by the strip center landlord for lack rent payment back on April 30. The timing adversely affected our project. Obtaining legal consequently ended any further contractual dealing with “Previous Contractor”.After much deliberation, we turned back to Tell-Projects. Despite having passed on them previously, any concern about any residual offense proved unfounded. Zach found the floor-cabinetry foundations, installed by “Previous Contractor”, lacking in many ways. So, the Tell crew set them aside to install the flooring first. A level foundation would effectively anchor the floor cabinets and ensure substantial support for a heavy quartz countertop. Otherwise, over time, the cabinetry would have sunk or collapsed from improper construction by “Previous Contractor”.Several trades came into build the rest of the kitchen in prompt order. The countertop specialist and assistant showed noteworthy artistry in the way he was able match the seams of the quartz countertop with the same quartz backsplash. There were some dings and defects that also had to be addressed. But ultimately, Albert provided the right - almost magical - touch in finishing some potentially troublesome nicks on the countertop surface.Next, the electrical trade crew displayed impressive acumen in correcting the unwieldy mess left by the previous electrical contractor. Observing their troubleshooting reminded me of scientists researching complex problems and reasoning workable solutions for them. They were able to implement the necessary breakers and fabricate plugs to make the new oven/range work. These same electricians were able to adequately finish the under-cabinet lighting and plugs/light switches.My spouse appreciated the Tell-Project carpenters’ cabinetry and trim work, despite missing some materials from the previous job. Their deft improvisational skills might have made for a better cabinetry presentation than what the missing original materials might have provided.The Ugly .....That the “Previous Contractor” contractor quality control was laughable was evidenced by all items the Tell-Projects had to correct to finish the kitchen project. This was typified by the aforementioned lack of proper anchoring for the floor cabinets and the challenging Rubicks cube of wiring left for the electricians to decipher. Tell-Project resurrected a kitchen project to completion.

I recently noticed my friends house had some gorgeous renovations done. I thought I had walked into someone elses house. They retiled 2000 Sqft of the house with a gorgeous white tile, and as an accent wall they tiled the entire fire place. They turned an outside play area into a dining room and their kids scoot around the house all day screaming there is so much room for activities! They later told me that they redesigned and tiled the kids bathrooms, painted the entire house, tiled the garage and turned it into an office by adding air con system and window....well you get the idea! I was shocked to find out that they did this all in one week! They really worked around the clock to turn this familys needs and dreams into a reality. I cant wait to use them on my own house, especially after finding out that the owner is flexible with prices based on my budget.

Tell Projects is a company I will always recommend. I had another contractor come out my house and start on my home. I was told from this other contractor that he was going to get all the permits for my home. He also told me it would take 3 months to put my home back. I researched Tell Projects and was highly satisfied with what I saw. Their office is very welcoming and know what they are talking about. I decided to give it a shot and let them come out and give me an estimate. I received my estimate the following morning and decided to close. It showed me not only were they responsible but also responsive unlike most contractors out there. Once we got started they pulled all the permits immediately and finished my home in 3 weeks! I was more than just thankful I appreciated everyone and all of team Tell Projects to give me my home back in more than just a home its something I will look at everyday with no regrets! They were thorough, communicative, trustworthy, and very friendly throughout the entire process. We had a baby due around the end of the project and they pushed to get our home ready so that we could safely bring the baby back home. Beginning in the design phase, they ask a lot of questions, and want to talk a lot about what youre looking for so they can get it right. And we can safely say that they did an outstanding job. Originally Tell-projects came into re-do my kitchen backsplash. They saw that my kitchen was falling apart being it is a kitchen from 1988. I saw pictures of past projects they have done and Zack couldnt be nicer! He told me Rebecca, I have over 15 years of experience, our pictures speak for themselves, you can trust me. And although I was hesitant, I did. Tell projects refaced all of my kitchen cabinet and rebuilt my entire pantry with new shelving they cut and made on site. They made the pantry door made look brand new. They sanded and painted and stained and installed and repaired and tried to save me as much money as they could along the way. I have to stay that I was very skeptical but they did an excellent job! The workers treated my house like it was there own home and were so respectful of me and my kids. They always made sure to come after my kids left for school as to not bother breakfast time. They got me an incredible price for gorgeous white granite and installed all new door handles The backsplash is gorgeous white subway tile with a mosaic above my stove top. My kitchen looks brand new and it was just a simple update that took 4 days. Best part was the price, it was excellent for the amount of work that they did!!! My friends wont stop talking about my kitchen and I am a very happy customer, so is my husband ;) Thanks Zach and the crew!!! I cant wait until my next project with you guys, get ready, I know I am!!! I will definitely recommenced them!
