Manny is very responsive and great to work with. We got hit hard with 3 broken pipes and a ruptured water heater from last weeks weather event. Manny was quick to arrive and cap off the broken pipes. As usual, we found more as we went along - like the shower valve that held pressure when it was off, but spewed when turned on. He worked until 10:30 PM last night to get us Hot Water so we could shower in our own home. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Manny and his service is the best, hands down, plumber I’ve worked with. Now, My husband and I haven’t been homeowners for long, but we’ve already had to call manny 3 times! And each time he’s prompt, efficient, affordable and does great work. When a fix he made sprung a leak again, he came right back and used a different fixture. When we had an issue this Friday evening with a hot water faucet that would not turn off, he got here quick and quickly resolved the issue for a fair price. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs!

I called them after my kitchen sink would continually clog up over the years and requested that they bring a camera out to see what’s going on. Manny came out the next day and found the problem. He gave me a fair quote, on the spot, for how much it would cost to tunnel under my house and repair the broken pipe. His men were there the next day, on time, and worked very fast and professionally to get the job done. By the end of the day the kitchen sink was working!Manny even went out of his way to help me repair a leaking condensation pipe from my AC system that had began dripping water through my ceiling while he was there! He didn’t ask for compensation but I insisted.Manny is a standup guy and I strongly recommend him and his service!

Manny has come out to my house 3 times for different plumbing issues over the last 2 years. My house is 1955 so there will be failures. He has always come out right away and taken care of the problem. Monday morning, 2/1/21, the handle broke to the kitchen faucet. I called Manny and he came out within an hour. When repairing the faucet, fortunately he discovered a leak behind the drywall and replaced the rusty leaking pipe and repaired it too!

Writing this review on behalf of my dad who isnt the most computer savvy. But he was so impressed with this guys work he asked me to find out how he could leave a compliment. From my dad.......Manny does A+ work. We hired him to custom fit and install several gas hoses for a restaurant. After several days of searching for someone who could do it correctly and at a reasonable price, Manny came out and got the job done right the first time. He also took the time to explain our options, pros and cons and associated prices. We will definitely use him again. Great customer service, reasonable price and top-notch work.

I called Manny Sunday afternoon and set up an appointment at 9am Monday, 10/29/18 for both and exterior and an interior leaky pipe. He came on time. He tightened up the exterior leak with fixed it instantly and changed a valve under a bathroom sink to fix the second leak. It is 10 am now and all is done with a reasonable price. I a very happy!

After having a water main burst at my home on a Saturday night, I tried 5 different emergency plumbing services and could get no one to come out over the weekend. I finally found Manny at Royal Flush late on a Sunday afternoon. He was at my home in an hour, worked in the dark, and had the repair done that evening, at a fair price. He even insisted on checking all of my faucets to make sure there was no debris, before he left. Manny defines what service should mean. I cant rate him highly enough. Ill never call anyone else. I entrusted Manny with a large job, replacing two hot water heaters located in my attic with new tankless gas hot water heaters. This required major work to redo the piping and even minor roof work to accommodate the large vent. It also required a knowledge of how to configure the tankless systems to communicate with each other and optimize their firing so that they alternate on low usage, but both fire on heavy demand. Manny’s technician Dale was very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous throughout the job. The work was complete as scheduled and on time. I am very pleased and would recommend Manny for any size job.

I highly recommend this company. After the flood my house was being worked on by a contractor that left mid job, after taking our money. The plumbing in the house was not finished. I called manny (he was recommended by a friend). The guy came looked at everything, checked everything, explained to me in detail what my option were and the cost. Once I approved it, he started working immediatly. When he was done, he explained hie one of the problems he thought he woukd need to fix, was not an issue. The result, I hot a bill that was less then the estinate. Now, this is what I call honesty, professinalism and very friendly service.
