Would give them a 10 star if I could! Water heater went out on New Years Day! Called, left a message and 15 minutes later I received a call back. Who returns calls on New Years Day!That was impressive! Stated the issue. And at 8am prompt on Jan 2nd, Charles was at my doorstep ready to install the new water heater. Super professional, quick, and patient in explaining the problem and the service to be rendered. They are simply the best in the business!

Ive had a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed along with a couple of my toilets replaced. Ive also done some piping renovation a laundry room, and replaced all my galvanized steel pipes to PEX on another property I owned (which required a permit with the City of Houston that Peters Plumbing was certified to work on). Also, I had a broken sewage pipe that was repaired and paid through my AHS warranty with Peters Plumbing. My water heater was also replaced by Peters plumbing, and they perform annual maintenance on my machine. And finally, Peters Plumbing helped me set up my rain water filtration system, a project I had been working on for a few months and needed an extra hand to tie up a couple of loose ends involving high pressure pumps and pressure regulators.Andrew helped me with answering my questions whenever I would call for an appointment. Certain projects would require an advanced notice (based on urgency), but a skilled technician would always show up to gather an estimate and work on the job. Peter and Charlie are excellent plumbers and will diagnose and usually repair the issue within the same day. For emergency repairs (broken pipes etc), Peters Plumbing send someone out to fix the problem immediately.I havent had any issues and highly recommend their services.

When they came to replace the kitchen sink disposer, they were so kind and let my 2-year-old nephew bring them his play tools. They were in and out with that job in moments, at a great price.When they came back a few weeks later to replace the water heater, they were the best price in town. Had the entire house repiped after several pipes bust in our 1980s house, by replacing the galvanized water pipe with uponor and copper pipes.Omar‘s team is so professional, explanatory knowledgeable, highly skilled and very efficient.They replaced all the pipes for my house, cut holes large enough to allow them to work but not excessive, and completed work in a few days, They cleaned up after their work!Highly recommend!

Peter and his team came out on time and assessed the issues giving us options and not trying to sell us on anything just laid out the facts. He cleaned out the pipe from the washing machine and let us know what else we might need to do if the issue comes back. He also fixed the kitchen faucet which had low water flow after the freeze. He did not do any work until he explained what he would do and the cost and we agreed to it. They were very respectful of our property and very nice to work with. It even has a link to be able to track their arrival time. Peter’s Plumbing is my “go to” plumbing company I call. They’ve been out to my home numerous times over the years to fix things when needed… hot water heater issues, leaking faucets, running toilets, replacing faucets and installing a new bathroom vanity. They even didn’t replace something for me because they told me it was an easy fix, so I appreciate their honest business practices. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’ll be calling them tomorrow for another plumbing issue… our house is “that” years old.

I knew about the issue, and there was no pressure from him to repair it right away. He even installed a temporary solution so the issue would not get worse. Great guy. I will use Peter again when we make that other repair. His price was very reasonable.

I couldnt recommend this company enough. Peter comes out to personally inspect the project and follows up after it is over. The plumber who did the repair, Robert, replaced a broken faucet for a fraction of the cost another popular company quoted. They were going to open our wall and charge a fortune, but Peter and Robert simply made a new hole and avoided extensive repairs. He did a wonderful job at patching up the old hole so that it was hardly noticeable!

I can’t say enough about Peter’s Plumbing. During the recent winter storm here in Texas I had a pipe burst in my ceiling that needed repaired. George was able to come out as soon as he could on a Saturday and I was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. Fixed the issue easily and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of before he left.I’ve used them on a couple of occasions now. These guys seriously know what they’re doing. Very thorough, reasonably priced, and won’t try and up sell you on things that are not necessary. I’d give 6 stars if I could. They’re rock stars and what they’re doing to go above and beyond to help people after the winter storm is exceptional.

Ive used them three times over the past couple of years and have always been impressed with their professionalism. This last time was due to the recent winter storm, I ended up with a damaged hot water pipe in my attic. Omar and his helper came out, assessed the damage and came back a couple of days later once they able to acquire the parts needed for the job. They replaced about 15 feet of galvanized pipe with pex and repaired an outdoor hose bib that had busted. Good job guys!

The plumbers who helped me out in a pinch! Had to call them to snake the sewer line due to a back up. They saved me the camera clip to show where the issue was in the sewer line. Also had to call them to snake the sink the other week!Had more serious repairs done on the sewer line because roots were growing in (pipe-pvc was definitely broken). Tried different kinds of root killers, but glad I went with their recommendation and just got some of the pipe replaced.Good people, does good work, gets the job done. Accommodating on schedules, on time and honest. Definitely would call again if I have any other plumbing issues.

We called Peter’s when our toilet tank stop filling with water. It was a couple of weeks after the February winter storm and plumbers were in very high demand. A plumber came out the next morning and quickly replaced the flush valve and flapper. The plumbing company we had used previously said they couldn’t come out until 2 weeks at the earliest. Peter’s is our choice for now on.
