Alex and his crew were amazing. My condo was built in 1978 and the galvanized piping was leaking. I contacted several companies, but Alex was the only one who provided a comprehensive assessment of all the repairs/re-piping that needed to be done. He started work immediately and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He was punctual, professional, organized, and efficient. He even responded during the weekend when my neighbor encountered an unexpected issue between our water lines. He also referred me to a wonderful gentleman for sheetrock and painting once the re-piping was done. I am so appreciative that I was referred to Alex (by another established and highly rated plumbing company who was unable to perform the work). HIGHLY recommend! Ill definitely contact Alex again for plumbing issues in the future.

Alex and Darrell were amazing. Alex was super responsive and dispatched Darrell on a same day service. I even asked for an additional disposal install on top of my original service and Darrell was able to accommodate without issue. First Aid Plumbing was incredible and a total godsend for our homes issue with its pipes. Darrel, Alex, and Regino put in long hours to solve our difficult issue, and all 3 were courteous all the way through. The price was right, and I even managed to learn a few things about the work they were doing thanks to them being patient with my questions and explaining their procedures to me. They came out as soon as I called about a leak I had outside. They fixed the leaked and are very reasonable. The young man even show me how to turn off water from main in the front yard and a tool to get at Home Depot to made it easy for me. Would highly recommend this company.

I was in desperate need of my fresh water supply. Due to a fast moving water leak beneath the outside cutoff valve, the valve had been shut off. First Aid Plumbing Specialist responded right away. They arrived soon after my call. They investigated the situation and immediately delivered a quote. The quote was reasonable and the repair was just what was needed to stop the leak. Thanks to First Aid Plumbing Specialist, I was back on track that very same day.

I rarely get to write a review of a business that is this good. We had a leak in our water supply line between the water meter and our house. I called First Aid Plumbing at 1:00 pm and told them my problem. Alex introduced himself and said that there would be someone here in less than an hour.The plumber arrived in about half an hour and looked at my problem. Basically, the whole underground PVC pipe from the meter to my house was failing. A large pine tree, now over 40 years old, had roots that were destroying the water line. He gave me what I considered a very reasonable price (less than I expected!) to replace the line with modern PEX.6 hours later, the job was finished. The trench that was required was neatly covered and the sod replaced on it.Further, the crew was great. I watched some of their work and they carefully explained everything that they were doing.I have had other plumbers do repairs here. Before they finished their work, I was thinking just get it done and get out of here. I didnt at all feel that way with First Aid. They were GREAT!All of my future plumbing work will be with First Aid Plumbing. I give them my highest recommendation!

I called First Aid Plumbing to inspect an issue I found with water coming back up through the toilet when a load of laundry is run through my washer.Alex responded to me promptly, set an appointment and followed up in the time we agreed on.The inspection of the problem went well, and he explained what we might expect to see during the inspection, as well as what the work required might be.Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication during the inspection followup; however, despite this being a situation that might have easily turned sour, Alex maintained a high level of professionalism and understanding.We were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily due to Alex and First Aid Plumbing’s genuine desire to maintain good customer relationships; this goes a long way in giving one a sense of trust in the job they perform.

We had used First Aid Plumbing when we first moved into our home a couple years ago. We had Alex and his team remove 2 old water heaters and install a tankless water heater (which we love!). He also installed a new toilet for us. They did an excellent job and knew we would use them again to repipe our home because we had the original, galvanized pipes. Well, that day came when they found a leak.They immediately started that same afternoon and were here for about two days total. Im so impressed with the work they did. Everything is new and works great, including all the valves and main valve. I appreciate the respect and integrity Alex has for his customers and wouldnt use anyone else. Thank you First Aid Plumbing for always working hard and giving our family clean water with those new pipes. :)

I have used Alexs services multiple times and at multiple properties. I have never had a bad experience. Even the cuts he and his crew makes into the wall are even and square. He shows up at the promised time. His crew doesnt leave a giant mess after they finish too. Plumbing is expensive and his pricing is in my estimation is fair.

Alex at First Aid Plumbing is an excellent plumber. He was able to help us replacing our sewer line and other plumbing issues. I’ve had several plumbers worked on that same sewer line before and they all caused more problems.Until Alex came and took care of it. He’s knowledgeable, on time and courteous. His price was 1/3 to half of what other companies charged me. And it came with quality work. He was able to finish the work as promisedI manage properties and I’ve used 10+ plumbing companies big and small. None of them came close to First Aid Plumbing. I’m so glad I’ve found this company. This review is for services that were completed on 10/07/2022. First Aid Plumbing fell in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing, which seemed competitive to a person that is no expert on plumbing and plumbing prices. I received some quotes that were lower and some that were exponentially higher. Ive learned that a lower price is not necessarily better. I respect Alexs transparency, even when it was difficult for me to be fully knowledgeable and transparent about the issue at hand. The work actually ended up being deeper in some sections than anticipated (as prefaced by Alex) and I was not charged extra for the additional digging and work for related repairs. Out of all the quotes and discussions I had regarding cause(s) of the breakage in the sewer line, Alex was the most transparent and showed me the issue on the camera and physically (when the pipe was unearthed). Another outlet was built out for potential future sewer line cleanouts. I dont know if anything can be done to position this access point towards the back of the yard (versus a higher traffic area) but this is the only change I would have wished for from the service. It looked like teacher (Alex) and apprentice (Rogino) worked well and respectfully together and that makes for a winning team that ultimately supports and respects customers similarly. It also makes for fast and efficient service. Thank you for mending our sewer line and preventing the fourth back-up in the house in less than three months. Now we can just focus on living in the house instead of bleaching it out every two weeks to a month. Lastly, from a legal and administrative standpoint, thank you for providing traceable information via public records (i.e secretary of state and MLP# and how to look it up). Appreciate some of the honest perspectives and things to look for on warranties.

My ceiling started leaking at night when I was hosting some friends. I got First Aids Plumbing number from a person there and gave them a call, expecting to wait a few days for a fix. They answered the phone immediately and I had someone over the next day. When they were here, they even used their free time to help with other issues that had started to accumulate in my house. They were timely, responsive, and went above and beyond at each step. I dont plan on using another plumber as this kind of service builds loyalty.

One of them wouldnt shut off anymore and it was so old I couldnt remove the old one without fear of making things worse. He did it with ease and was quick. Easiest review Ive ever done cuz Alex of First Aid Plumbing is the greatest plumber Ive ever met. Hes error-free, flawless, kinda like a Super Plumber, assembled from the parts of lesser plumbers!Im not kidding folks. Hes freaking perfect. Meticulous, professional, on time, reasonable rates, good at communication - Alex is the only plumber I use. Hes done major work for me (Complete sewer line replacement), minor work (fixing a broken hose bib) and emergency work (broken toilet day before I was hosting Thanksgiving) and every job is perfect.Hes that good. Youd be an idiot to use anyone else.
