When I called Robert he sent Jose out and Jose came out and took care of the leak we had and our water was back on before noon. We were fortunate to find Robert after having three other plumbers diagnose a sewer gas smell in our master bathroom that had been lingering for months since we purchased our home. All the others had different opinions that would have cost us hundreds to thousands of dollars and would have been wrong. We went with Robert because he was able to logically explain and show us what the issue was after a detailed diagnosis. In addition because of his background in renovations, we were confident the repair would be done right. He quoted a fair price and even discounted further because the repair took less days than quoted. His crew was professional, fast and courteous. Most importantly, the sewer gas smell is gone! And no it wasn’t something obvious that most plumbers would assume. Thank you Robert for your knowledge and persistence to resolve this issue for us once and for all!
