    Well done Doug! I had an amazing experience at this Container Store. I ordered two discontinued items (on sale!) for pick up at the store, but unfortunately only one item was available. Doug went above and beyond to secure me the item by reaching out and coordinating with the Cherry Hill store in New Jersey. I can’t thank him enough. Wonderful customer service and so pleasant to talk to - thank you for all you do, Doug!

    Absolutely fell in love with this store! I have never been inside of the store but I decided to go in and take a gander. And, Boy O Boy was I a happy camper. Anything and everything you can imagine for organization. Kitchen, closets, garage... you name it they had it. Amazing store. I am checking out the custom built closets in a few weeks. Fingers crossed it works out.

    We had an Avera closet from The Container Store installed and absolutely love it. I had been hesitant about doing this for a number of years, but finally pulled the trigger after discussing with Charlotte at the Champions location. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Charlotte came to our house to see the closet in person (virtual visit was also an option), truly got to know us, our space, and our priorities… and designed an INCREDIBLE closet for us. Great combination of functionality, aesthetic (gorgeous), and cost. Charlotte worked with us diligently through the whole process, and then the installer Evan did an impeccable job with the actual install.. attention to detail throughout, with a great work ethic.All in all, we are thrilled with our closet. And the people made all the difference. Thank you Charotte and Evan for your hard work and caring attitude. We would not have done this without you!(I wish I had a “before” picture to show the transformation.. it feels soooo much different/better every time we walk in)

    This store has anything you need to make your life more organized and as you would expect has it in a well laid out format by divisions of your home. The staff is well known in the retail industry to be one of the best because of the company incentives and management style. There are also lots of unique gift ideas near the checkout for those in your life who you cant ever think of any gift ideas for.

    The Container Store is probably every organized person’s favorite store lmao. I love it too! There’s so many ways to store and organize your home. And the employees are very friendly and helpful!

    OMG!! Doug is freaking awesome!! A very helpful spirit!! This is the type of customer service experience one expects when they are spending there hard earned money!! THANK YOU DOUG!!! I’ll definitely be back to this location only!!!! Christi (management) was also helpful in solution finding for my problem. The store was closing (which I did on purpose) but they handled themselves very well.

    Great customer service! Went out of their way at closing time to assist without being pushy at all. Even grabbed a flat cart so we could stack the product and see hope the configuration would look. They really knew their stuff. Really good time to shop for storage solutions and discounts :). Until March 30-ish with insider membership !

    The staff at this store has been very helpful. I went in to buy some shelving parts to change up a closet and ended up redoing most of my room with their elfa shelving system. The employees were very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help out when they could. Highly recommended.

    Its good to know the service level is consistent across the board. I also love the idea of the new express checkout option.For those who want to be green (i.e. not get a paper receipt), you can quickly checkout and have a receipt emailed to you. Oh the joys of technology.

    I always have a positive experience at the Champions store. Product placement & displays throughout the store are nicely done. I really like how sales team members are always on hand to answer questions, help you locate merchandise, and always there to greet you with a smile as you walk through the door. Overall, a great place to shop!

    The Container Store is a guilty pleasure for me. I like my small storage spaces to be organized. No other store in town offers such a wide selection of options. I always find something the right size that even looks nice.

    First time going to this store. I was really just looking for some drawer organizers and they had a good selection at various prices. Also wandered through the kitchen/pantry aisles. Got some interesting ideas, but didnt buy anything.I would recommend this place if you need products or ideas for storage, clothing and laundry or the kitchen.

    I drove 40 something miles to come to this particular store and when I got here, the sales manager was tearing the travel section apart and the small bottles that are travel worthy on an airplane we’re all put in the back and we’re no longer out on the shelf when I asked the sales manager where they were he said that they were putting their travel section up again on Monday and asked me what I was looking for. I told him the small bottles gave him approximate size told him why I needed them he said well let me go See what I can find from the back and see if that’s what you’re looking for.Great job on customer service and this is why he’s the sales manager because even though he was in the midst of tearing the section apart he took the time that it took to help a customer get what they needed, and this is why they earned five stars great job again thank you

    I sometimes do Instacart as a side hustle. Today I had an order for The Container Store on 1960. As soon as I walked in an associate asked if I needed help. I showed him an item I was looking for. He helped me find it and when he noticed that I was with Instacart he offered to help me with my entire order. He offered a rolling shelf cart and even pushed it for me. He helped me all the way to checkout. The checkout associate was just as helpful. He offered to help me carry everything to my truck. From start to finish my experience was phenomenal. Thanks so much for helping me complete my order so quickly! You guys rock!

    Lots of organizational things. I absolutely love the closet designs they offer. Very nice. Very high end looks. High end look with high end middle class budget pricing. I Will probably be updating my closet with these guys. Worth the look to look :)

    I have been going to The Container Store pretty much since Ive owned my home (32 years now). They have provided products that I have used when my children were toddlers through high school, and now I shop there as an empty nester. I have transitioned the kids Elfa solutions to my closets (the real estate agent says organized closets are a huge plus in the market now) and to garage organization. I also love their cleaning solutions, gift wrap, and laundry supplies. What can I say? Im sold!

    This store is so neat. It has every kind of box or container you can think of that you need for anything. I love the organization of the store, it is laid out nicely. The prices are a little on the high side but most things are worth it. They even have makeover closet selections inside & someone to answer all your questions strictly on the closets. They can tell you all about it & set you up if you are interested.

    The staff is amazing and so so helpful! Sarah is awesome! She makes sure that you get exactly what you’re wanting and looking for. She genuinely cares about the space you are organizing, or creating and building, and tells you what you may or may not need. She even kept my 4 year old happy throughout the entire process which was so sweet! We built our elfa closet with her last week, and just came back to build my craft room tonight! A huge THANK YOU to SARAH (and all of the awesome staff) at The Container Store Champions! It has always been such an easy, fun, and stress free experience and we will be back very shortly for our next home project! Yay!

    This has easier access to and from the store than that of the one in the Woodlands and it seems their selection and store is bigger, or at the very least is better laid out. Customer service was very friendly and very helpful. I have returned to purchase more because they up sold me on the great sales and reminding me of coupons I have that were about to expire!!

    Great store for its specific purpose: Storage options. Obviously its range is a little more than this, and you can get things like wrapping paper and some furniture, etc, as well. But generally youre looking at all things bags, boxes, shelving, etc. Probably a little on the high side for pricing but not always, and you can sign up for emails and get deals that way.

    So much stuff! Great like store. They have more than just containers, which is what I initially thought.thru have a handful of useful home items. I only have it 4 starts because it seems a little pricierthan other places forsimilar items. They carry useful household items as well as do custom closets. Friendly staff.

    Bret or Brent (not exactly sure of his name) went above and beyond at this store and should be commended. I called frantically looking for 500 organza bags and before my employee ever got there he had called all the other locations to get a true count on how many they actually had in stock since it may not be what the computer says. I own a customer service based business and all companies should have one as helpful as him Tuesday 12/12 at 11:30am

    I love this place. Its clean and all of the staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. They will spend a lot of time helping you figure out your organizational needs WITHOUT trying to sell you everything. If you want to, you can bring your closet measurements in and they will help you draw up a plan then print it out.
