It was my first time building a Dental office, if you are scared or concerned Trevor is the guy to go to. They will take care of everything! Ramon helped me with my design and captured my vision very good. Daniel was more than great as a superintendent, great communication and work ethic. I can not recommend them enough for your buildout! Everything was on time and no surprise changes during the project. Looking forward to do another one!

Lets be honest, construction rarely goes perfectly. Something will definitely go wrong BUT when you have a team as seasoned as the Custom Practice crew working with you, theres no need to panic. Building my first dental practice, I reached out to Trevor to discuss my design and vision. Trevor patiently answered all of my questions and offered honest feedback-he even took half a day to tour offices with me to show me some of their work. Once construction started, my project manager, Justin Waterman kept me informed with weekly progress emails but also went above and beyond to ensure I was on schedule with inspections and my finish date. Any bumps in the road were quickly addressed by Trevor, Alan or Justin and Im so grateful for all the hard-work they put into making my dream come true. I can not recommend or thank this group enough!!!

My wife and I just opened a new practice and can’t say enough good things about working with Custom Practices. Everyone directly employed at CP was a pleasure to work with, especially Justin Waterman. They always answer their phones, emails, or text messages either right away or in a very timely manner. Then there was our job site superintendent, Justin Waterman. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave weekly updates without questions or prompting on our end, answered his phone (even on the weekends), and delivered on all his promises promptly. For example, when it came time to scheduling the fire marshal we were told 10 days and we just couldn’t wait that long. He got on the phone with the marshal and got him scheduled within a FEW days. It it hadn’t been for Justin we’d have never been able to open the business on time and would be in hot water with our landlord. So, a big thanks to everyone at Custom Practices, especially Justin!!

Daniel was our superintendent and we are so grateful since he was very hands on. He answered all questions and made the build out experience of our dental office as smooth as can be. He really pays attention to detail and cares about good quality work. I recommended Custom Practices to all our dental friends who are building out or expanding!

We had a very positive experience with Trevor and his team. They provided a high quality work and stayed on track with both budget and time. Our construction work progressed smoothly and finished right on time. Clint was our site supervisor and did a fantastic job. Overall very satisfied with the service and the value they provide. Will certainly work with them again in future. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Hiring Trevor Fawcett to build my Optometry office over 2yrs ago was the best decision I made during the build out process. He’s extremely professional, honest and hard working.
