    I wanted to replace my old shower and tub to a new shower. I was told this would take one day to install. Very curious, I said OK. Kerry R. showed up. To my amazement I watched as he removed the old shower. I took pictures as he removed the old tub and started to put in the new shower. When everything was completed, I was amazed with the time it took one person to get it all done. My wife is so happy she cant stay out of shower. I would recommend MaxHome anytime to anyone who want to upgrade their bathroom.

    Whereas I had been contemplating this makeover for a while, when I came across the MaxHome booth at a Home & Garden expo, I decided it was time to pull the trigger. I’d like to express my gratitude to the installer, Kerry R for his excellent work and attention to detail! Days before the project, I was somewhat stressing out on what structural damage might be found underneath during the removal of the old tub and shower. Fortunately none was found. My new walk-in looks great and feels just like one of the fancy hotel showers. Im happy with the finished product. Also a thanks to Mr. McClary.

    So I must say I was more than impressed with MaxHomes service from beginning to finish for both my bathrooms that needed tubs replaced with standing showers.Started off with Susan who came and explained everything about different types of materials and techniques and services they have.We had both bathrooms converted.Must also give a shout out to Kerry the one who installed everything in ONE DAY!!!Yes ONE DAY!!He was super kind and answered all my questions as I had loads and not once was he irritated with me.I highly recommend Kerry and Susan for helping me step by step, I am so so very happy with them both.Thank you Kerry and Susan for making it easy for me.Must add very important that Kerry tore down the tub and installed the shower and cleaned up EVERYTHING that I didn’t even know he had done all that work!!!!We happy I chose Max Home !!!

The demo and installation was all completed in one day and it looks beautiful. I contacted MaxHome just to get some information and see what it would cost and what the product was.     I just so happened to see a commercial on TV advertising the Jacuzzi brand bathroom renovations that MaxHome offers, so I decided to scan the QR code and schedule a free in-home estimate for the next week.To my surprise, one of the regional managers, the amazing Tony Leviner, was scheduled to be in the area and offered to do an assessment of my bathroom needs. It was almost as if he knew all of my pain points just from looking at my current shower’s sad state.Not only did he help me pick out a unique design that matched my home’s decor style, he also ensured me that their trademarked anti microbial material for their showers would be a life changer in that I will no longer have to struggle with pesky mildew in my shower again!The materials selection process, installation, and ongoing follow-up to see if I’m happy with my finished product is truly what sets MaxHome apart from the rest! Exactly what I would want any home renovation project experience to consist of…true southern hospitality!In addition to Tony, a few I would also like to give a shout out to a few other team members: Monifacio and Mitch who came out to do my installation in little to no time, and another manager by the name of Jesse who conducted a quality check!When I step into my shower now, I feel like I’ve entered into a spa and have the hardest time getting out hahaha.If you’re wondering whether or not to pull the trigger and embark on a bathroom refresh, I say take the leap of faith and go for it!!     I was very impressed with the communication, time keeping and the work done. The young man (Monifacio C )who installed the shower was polite, efficient and kept me informed all the way. Left no mess at all either inside or out. Most importantly the shower looks and works great, would never believed it could have been done in a day if I hadnt seen it. Would recommend to anyone thinking of a bath/shower conversion.

    Installation of my tub conversion to a shower was just completed. I am very happy with the material used the look and the professionalism of the installer. I honestly did not think the work could get done in one day since the tub area was taken down to the studs with plumbing modifications being done as well.     Juan and Monifacio the installers with MaxHome came to my Mothers house to install her walkin tub. They were very respectful and friendly. They worked hard and steady the whole time they were here. They had to take part of a wall apart to get the old tub out and put the new tub in. They did a wonderful job of putting it back the way it was!! My mom was very impressed!! And pleased. It took them 7 hours to complete the job. They hardly took a break. They also did a very good job of installing the walk in tub. They cleaned everything up and took the old tub and disposed of it for us.!!! I would highly recommend these two gentlemen for installs They do very good work. Thank you MaxHome this will make my moms life so much better!!

I truly appreciate a salesperson who isn’t pushy and is committed to making sure your needs are met.     If you are looking for a walk-in shower purchase look no further! On Monday 8/12/24 Alex with MaxHome came out for our free consultation and by Friday 8/16/24 we had our brand new walk-in shower installed in one day by installation specialist Mitch who was a very professional and knowledgeable person. Mitch made us feel very comfortable and kept us informed through out the entire process. The whole experience was extremely professional and enjoyable from beginning to end. Money well spent. We highly recommend the walk-in shower purchase from MaxHome.

    Alex was very knowledgeable about the windows and have in my home now. He explained how the new windows function and how it will keep my house cooler.     We had MAXHOME install a tub to shower conversion. Our installer, Monitacio C. did a great job with the install. It took approximately 8 to 9 hours to demo and install new. I did not birddog the job, although I did ask a bunch of questions during the install. Moni answered all my questions and was not bothered by me at all. He explained all our controls, maintenance on the surfaces, when we could start using. 24 Hour wait period. With all the small differences there could be in a 5 x 32 from house to house the truck was equipped with all the right parts to make the transitions seamless for our particular install. Great job to MAXHOME and Moni. Shout out to our salesperson Josh Davis. Thank you

    Rex is not just an amazing person, explains in detail, takes his time and overall is an amazing experience! I never thought I would be so excited about getting a tub/shower installation.     We really enjoyed the in home design, the options and personalization that Andrew provided. He was attentive and explored two projects before we selected the master bath upgrade with a custom size that fit the custom shape. It looks like a zen sand garden and we love the functionality of all the fixtures and the super nice hanging seat and grab shelf. Decorative and function, sleek and lovely. Simple, with Costco discounts, saved me weeks of legwork with all the contractors. Now we just have to save the date for the install.

    Our installer was Juan, he done and excellent job after driving 2hrs to get to our place. He worked from the time he got here and was very kind and professional. We were very impressed on the work he done in the time he was here. Removing a jacuzzi tub and replacing with a shower all done within 12 - 14 hrs in South East Tx.     We had Justin LeBlanc come to our house to do a consultation just because it was free and we were curious. He had us SOLD! He showed up all the colors and textures and features and even a great sideshow! The company has a lifetime warranty and everything installs in 1 day. We were hooked. He was so great and professional answering all of my silly questions and made us feel confident! We were given a 8-12 week period but to our amazement, we had our installation appointment in 3 weeks! Mind. Blown. Our installer, Chuck Crawford, was so professional and did the job of removing our old tub and shower and installing the new in 7 hours! I dont think he even took a break! He made sure to ask me where I wanted our seat and shelves before he started. He have me great ideas for our shower handle so it wouldnt take up too much room. He was so nice and left no trace of being here. He laid down mats all the way to the bathroom so he wouldnt track anything. He cleaned up and even blew off the driveway! He was amazing and so experienced! We had a minor hiccup with financing but Max Homes finance guy, Justin, had it all taken care of WAY beyond expectation. I can not say enough about this company. The monthly bills are so affordable and we will recommend this company to anyone who wants a bathroom remodel. Were so thankful for Max Home.

    We had a MaxHome shower for 11 years. It had a lifetime warranty, so when we got a crack in the pan, we called their service number. They sent someone out and reviewed the shower and assured us it would be taken care of. They did not have the same pattern from 11 years ago so they did a full reinstall of our shower. Eric and Savannah came to do the work and did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned everything up afterwards. The shower looks great! MaxHome is a great company with great staff and outstanding service!

    Excellent Service and extremelly professional. Andrew Mcclary was beyond 5 stars, courtieus, answered all my questions and explained how work would be completed, MaxHomes partnership with Home Depot also let me save money while recieving quality materials and Andrew was able to help me make the most of the incentives being offered. I will be calling him personally for any future services I need from MaxHome.Post-work:Nemo and Monifacio showed up on time and got straight to work 8am. They walked me over the scope of work to be clear on what work was to be done. Within 3 hours or so, old tub and walls are gone, and prep work for the new walls and tubs begin. MaxHome also sent over their production manager to inspect work being done and to answer any questions or concerns for me. I didnt have any questions as Nemo and Monifacio had already answered any questions that I asked. By 4pm, they were done, walked me through the job one more time explaining how the new tub handles worked and making sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. MaxHome left that restroom clean, as if the tub and walls had been there all along. 10/10 recommend for above grade quality material and professional service.

    We had an amazing team for our shower remodel with Max Home! From Drew Thakkar as a design consultant, Mindy Haralson to help with the details, and finally James as our installer. Drew was so wonderful, he went above and beyond to ensure that we not only had what we wanted, but also what we needed. Mindy was so good at going over the details for our vouchers and made sure we didnt have any questions. James was the cherry on top. He worked so hard and finished our tub shower in one day, despite encountering a few problems with our existing tub/shower. We now have a beautiful tub/shower and Im so happy. Thanks so much to our entire team! We will be back for our second bathroom when its time!     Home remodeling is always a harrowing, anxiety-filled process, but working with Andrew McClary of MaxHome for a shower remodel was as positive as the process gets.     We spoke with two different installers and chose MaxHome because of their acceptance by Costco and their employee rating on GlassDoor. Andrew McLary was the salesperson. No hard sale - and I appreciated that. The bid was the higher of the two but the professionalism and warranty gave us the confidence to go with MaxHome. The installation went fast and I have to commend our installer. He was so neat! Cleaned up after himself the entire time. I wish I could remember his name. Big guy with lots of tattoos and a great attitude. All in all, the people at MaxHome made the experience five stars.

Mr. Scott was a one man crew who arrived promptly in the morning and, by early afternoon, I had a brand new, beautiful, modern shower that I never thought I’d be able to call mine! Throughout the process, Mr. Scott graciously provided progress reports of his work and offered sneak peaks of the gorgeous shower that was to come.     Our new shower install is absolutely gorgeous! From start to finish, the communication with Max Homes could not have been better. Our installer, Monifacio C., was outstanding! If every contractor was like Monifacio, there would never be any complaints regarding contractors. We would give him a 10 star rating! Our only concern has been that the new shower pan is slippery for us when soap, shampoo, etc. is mixed in with the draining water. We have ordered a slip proof mat for the pan and that should take care of it. This is an excellent company with professionals who will take every necessary step to deliver a high quality, beautiful product.

    Even in spite of winter weather here in Houston, the company scheduled our installation as quickly as possible.     Max Home replaced a very old, cracked bathtub with a very nice stand alone shower system. The tub had been taped up to prevent leaks for almost a year before I had enough. It was getting worse and the health risks were something I couldnt risk.The materials actually came in ahead of schedule so the scheduling manager tried a few times to get the job done weeks ahead of schedule but I had too much going on at work to be able to be home. To me that meant a lot. On our original install date James arrived on time and ready to go. He was VERY careful to cover his path through the house into the bathroom and didnt damage a thing during the install. James also reworked the drain plumbing since the houses original drain was too small to begin with. The installation went very well. Max Home promised a one day install and they werent kidding. From 9am to right at 5:30pm and James was done. I cannot say enough good things about James either. He was very conscientious about the install and took the time to ask me questions about how I wanted things arranged, the height of the fixtures, and where I wanted the grab handles. He genuinely cared about the finished product. That is something I appreciate in craftsmen. The fit and finish is show quality and looks as if it belongs in a high-dollar custom built home. I would recommend Max Home for anyone needing to upgrade their bathroom and youll be very lucky if James is your installer.

    Our experience with MaxHome was wonderful! We had a shower installed to replace the tub/shower combo. The company was very quick in calling to set up an appointment (for the following day) after completing the questionnaire online. In fact, they were expedient throughout the entire process. The following day we received a call notifying us that they could install the very next day. Francisco (installer) called when leaving Houston as we are 2 hours away. That gave us his eta.     Me & my wife recently purchased an older home with one bathroom & only a shower. We really desired a bathtub since we both periodically want to take a bath versus a shower. We pondered how we would accomplish this without the fear of finding someone or a company to do it. One day while working another project & shopping at Home Depot a gentleman was helping us find what we needed. He then asked us if we were in the market for any work to be done in our home. We said, why yes we are. He introduced us to Max Home for a bathroom rework installing a new shower/tub. A salesman visited our home & walked us thru the process. He set up the job, financing, & submitted our requests. It only took a little over a month for them to come out & complete the job. Now we have a new tub to our liking.Great job goes out to Eric & his trainee who came out, removed the existing shower, & installed the new tub. Eric even had to go get a new tub from the warehouse when he noticed the one he brought was damaged. The job still was completed in one day. They did outstanding work. I watched the whole thing from start to finish & was very pleased.

    WOW!! Words cannot express how professional and great the prices Max Home gave me. Cormelia from Max Home was AWESOME! She took her time to listen to us, but not just listen she paid attention to everything we said and honestly I felt like I have known her my entire life. Im a very, very frugal person and I understand that we had to have the bathtub completely redone but I didnt want to spend an arm and a leg to do it, and folks you will not have to spend an arm and leg. The products Max Home offers are worth every penny. They have a product that resists mold, and mildew, and wait for it... no stains. Believe me, if you need your bathroom redone please talk to these folks first you will not regret it. I will also be calling Max Home back when we are ready to install new windows.

    Donna Brawley was the Sales Representative who came out to discuss options for our bathtub remodel. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made some very good suggestions on utilizing the space in the bathroom and getting the tub/shower that meets our needs. She explained the process and timeline for installation. She was also very knowledgeable on the materials used and how the installers will install the material. We really appreciated her excellent help and guidance through this and look forward to our new tub/shower!

    Its been a long time since weve run into someone who does any kind of remodel job right. From the minute the sales guy arrived to the completion of the job, this is how you should run a business. We had a 30 year old bathroom tub/shower remodeled to a beautiful, marble looking shower only with quality fixtures included. I dont mind spending money when the product and professionalism of a company is like this. The owner even personally calls to thank you after the sale and to see if youre satisfied after. When they first arrived and unloaded materials, we noticed our surface flooring appeared smaller than what we purchased, but they quickly switched it out without skipping a beat. Jesus A., our installer, and another guy, were very personable and professional and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I strongly recommend this type of remodel, its beautiful, high quality and easy to clean. The only downside about this whole process, was they didnt cover or tell us about all the dust that collects on your furniture and surface areas near the remodeled area, so cover your furniture and electronics. Other than that, i highly recommend Max Homes for a great job and terrific customer service. We absolutely love our new shower.

    We had a great experience with our new wall surround installation.The scheduling, sales, and installations departments were veryprofessional. Santos, the installer, called first and was on time. Hedid an excellent job on the installation, and cleaned up wellafterwards. Chris Knapp, the Sales Manager, took care of ourorder and followed up after the installation to make sure we weresatisfied with everything.     Darren Layne did an awesome job! He was very thorough and insightful. His experience really put me at ease knowing that he wasn’t trying to scare me into anything. It’s really hard to find trustworthy people to do work in your home so when you do, hire them! I am absolutely excited about having them complete this job and more excited to refer them so others can have the same peace of mind. I was honestly shocked at the overall cost of a bathroom remodel.     We learned about the MaxHome/Jucuzzi relationship at CostCo. We have been doing a lot of projects and many as DIY. The idea of getting something turnkey and fast was appealing. Dennis was on time and professional and detailed in his presentation. In the end we didn’t end up buying the product as it was more than we wanted to spend. That said if you’re not someone that will take a project on yourself, then this could be a good option to evaluate.

    Not only where the windows a great quality the sales person was very professional. The sales person (Josh Kenck) took the time to make sure I understood the difference between the 10 year versus the lifetime window warranty. The sales person was able to ensure that purchase was within my budget and remained a great product with great value. The installation team was on time, professional, and responsive to my needs regarding a phase installation process to minimize insects entering and conditioned air leaving the home.

    Our installer was very professional, he was here on time and worked all day until the job was finished. We had our tub removed and put in a shower for safety reasons for my husband.     We had a tub to shower conversion ordered. Two days later Daniel Marin with the help of a co-worker showed up with all the correct materials and installed our new shower. Both Max Home employees were very professional. They were protective masks while doing their work. We had some other estimates from competitors but Max Home was the best value for us. Definitely would use them again.

She took her time to first ask me what I was looking for in my bathroom. Then went into detail to talk about the company and their products as well as their values. That meant a lot to me. Some companies just want to sell you their product and move on. Since I have a California combo, which by the way I did not know that was the proper name for the style of bathroom I have.
