Eb Sarnessar was terrific during my re-pipe at Niguel Beach Terrace at Strands Beach in Dana Point, CA. Not only did Eb arrive in person to introduce himself, he was in constant telephone contact with me regarding the re-pipe schedule. He and his crew were professional, clean and completed the job on time. Thank you Eb!

This is an incredible company. They are doing a huge renovation project for our condo on Pensacola, and they have been the epitome of kind professionals on every level!!!! They gave us advance notice of all the work, options for the work, are friendly and nice! They are honest and total experts! My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!

Sage water replaced all the pipes in our twin tower condominium in Honolulu. All the men were courteous, competent and responsive. My home was just a little disruptive to live during this huge project. The project manager, Eb Sarnessar, went way way above normal business practices to assure all the owners and renters experienced as little discomfort as possible. He gave his personal cell and home number to all of us. In many ways, he took care of all the owner’s issues himself. This is very unusual. This is a A1 plus company with great employees. My building, Yacht Harbor Towers, we were lucky to have Eb and his crew for this very expensive project!

Sagewater started plumbing project in our building. Our unit is the first one started. They really did great job, neat, on time and I am very pleased. First with project manager Joseph Pak, who is a great leader, communicate well with residents, patient, very informative and updated us as soon as needed, along with his team members, London( carpenter), Nick ( plumber), and Chris (Drywall). They all friendly and a good team working together. I am very impressed by their team. Good job and thanks.

I was expecting a major upheaval in my life during the pipe project but after my assessment with Eb, Sagewater’s project manager, I was assured he would do his best to minimize the disruption and to protect my home. He was so right! I found the disruption nothing more than a minor inconvenience for the short few days.Eb managed his team of carpenters, plumbers, painters and cleaning crew like a choreographed dance. The place was left clean each day and when I found issues needing attention, Eb responded in a timely and professional manner.Thank you Sagewater for Eb!

From the very first day, Eb the Manager has been sincere, kind and concern about my doubts, worries towards the upcoming renovation project, he and his crew keeps the time schedule and excellent service towards the daily job rountine, they fix the area in details step by step, they even met the deadline much promptly, one tiny mini scratch, as soon as one text or call being made, Eb or Jennifer would be knocking at your door!! We are sooo very blessed to have Sagewater taking good care of us!!

Had the pleasure of working with SageWater this year during a plumbing retrofit. This company did an amazing job in our unit so we were really satisfied with the end product. However, I must say that I was personally impressed with the Project Managers and their crew. These guys were extremely friendly, accommodating, professional and courteous to home owners. They were super helpful and approachable, actively listened to concerns, and acted fast to find solutions when issues arise. For that reason, I would highly recommend their services if youre looking for a company that would treat you like family. Thank you SageWater for taking such good care of us, I must admit that having our walls ripped apart was somewhat a nightmare, but your effort, dedication, and friendly faces made the experience sooo much better & worth while. Now we got brand new pipes with an increase in home value! So thank you :)

Replacing pipes in an aging highrise building is a vital but daunting task, and a stressful experience for tenants to live through. Thank heavens for Eb Sarnessar and his Sagewater crew! Their skill, professionalism and unfailing kindness made it all tolerable. Amazingly well-organized, their teams came and left on time, accomplished their designated tasks and cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly every day that it was possible for us to remain in our unit the whole time. In fact, when they finished, our place looked even better than when they had started. And the pipes work too!I can’t imagine anyone nicer or more accommodating than Sagewater. About 6 months ago, the pipes in my condo, Ward Lanai, were replaced by SageWater. Joe Pak, Corey, and all the crew were great, very professional, careful, and pleasant to have around. I was very pleased with the result. Then last week a plumbing problem arose in the bathroom they had worked on. Joe offered to come over to be sure that it was not caused by the work that SageWater had previously done. Joe and his plumbing assistant came to inspect my current problem. Even though they were not responsible for it, they diagnosed the problem, helped me with the first part of the job, and advised me as to the next steps I could take on my own. Thanks to these skilled and caring craftsmen, my plumbing is now fixed, and even though they had no obligation to help me, they took pity on me, went way beyond the call of duty, and did not charge me anything. That level of customer service is very rare. I am incredibly grateful. Mahalo nui.

Sagewater has the contract for repiping Yacht Harbor Towers at present the Ewa tower.They recently completed both phases in our condo. This is a huge undertaking but I am so impressed with the professionalism of the employees.. plumbers/ carpenters/ painters and the respect they have for each other. Eb Sarnessar is the project manager and whenever I’ve had a question I quickly text him and within minutes he would respond.Chris and Luciano ( they are assistant PM’s) so efficient ... checking at day’s end that we have running water and there are no leaks and also that our door is locked . At day’s end our unit was left tidy... of course there is dust but that is to be expected.We were notified at least a month in advance re daily water cut offs .I want to emphasize that Sagewater works with you and try to make the inconvenience to your daily life while they work in your condo as easy as possible. They are a fun ( many times they would be singing as they worked ) and efficient group. A big MAHALO!

From management to workers, they were very professional about their job, but just as important, very considerate, respectful, and compassionate to my needs and concerns. And quality of work was also outstanding. From start to finish, I was very satisfied with their work.

Sagewater did an excellent job on a major sewer pipe replacement project at the Ward Lanai condo! Construction started in late November 2019 and was completed in early February 2020. They kept owners/residents well informed of the project schedule and scope through signs posted in the building, mailers, and website. They conducted a group town hall meeting prior to construction as well as individual unit meetings pre- and post- construction.Residents were able to live in their units since water was restored each day after work hours and the demolition areas were temporarily patched up. Residents were also given the choice of how the crews would have access to their units (providing keys in a lockbox or being present to let the crews in).I chose to stay in my unit during the construction work. The work was major - walls and ceiling were cut open, pipes were replaced, toilets were temporarily removed/replaced. Work was noisy at times and bathrooms were unavailable for many hours each day. But the crews were very professional. They sectioned off the construction zones and cleaned up after each day. There was a portable toilet outside the building for crews and residents to use. At the end of construction, a professional cleaner was sent in to do a final cleaning of each unit.Project Managers Joe Pak and Cory Tani were great!. They checked in each day to make sure the construction was progressing as planned and to address any issues/concerns.The crews left my bathrooms in better condition than before construction! Would highly recommend Sagewater!

It was a pleasure working with Joseph Pak, project manager for the Punahou Garden’s repipe project. With the knowledge that I was a liaison to the owner, he patiently explained every phase of the project. Joe always maintained a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with me by phone, text or email. He answered questions promptly and had excellent follow through with plans. Joe also went over and beyond with his suggestions and recommendations to reduce out of pocket costs to the owner. Thank you Joe…you did a GREAT job!
