These guys are true professionals! My locksmith, Jeremy, was able to come to my home earlier than the dispatcher estimated. He was able to make new keys for my vehicle, despite me having no keys for him to copy from. The process took about an hour, which is not bad considering he had to make a key from scratch! He provided excellent, prompt service, and the keys work!! You can trust them to provide professional service with a true aloha spirit. I can not recommend them enough!

Theyre really fast. Its too bad that immediate service on demand is so expensive, lol. I think it could be a smidge cheaper for the desperate. But the alternative, staying locked out, is unthinkable, so Im glad they are there. Im motivated to find a solution to my chronic absentmindedness and thats probably a good thing. If they were cheaper perhaps theyd be enabling my thoughtlessness...anyway, they get there quickly and open car in 30 seconds.

Awesome team! My husband and I were on our way to the movies and locked ourselves out of our apartment along with our car keys 😭. We called at 5PM They got to our place exactly 45 min as they said. Got the door unlocked by 5:55pm. We paid and headed out to a 6:30PM showing.Excellent service! Highly recommend.Jeremy was great in getting the job done quickly on site.

Extremely professional, great price, and done quickly! I set up an appointment to have my 2010 Equinox Key Fob recut (laser cut on a blank fob I bought), and they stuck to the time and were very courteous. Attempted to first have it done at Batteries Plus Bulbs (they advertise key replacement/cutting), but they stated they wouldnt do it because I didnt purchase the blank key fob from them and also that they wouldnt order a fob because my a Chevy dealer had to reprogram the fob once it was cut (wasnt the case, I did it myself).

Friendly, reliable super service. Had a transponder key cut and programmed for 2005 Jeep Liberty for $183.25 - and they gave me a spare hard key that just opens the door in case I lock my keys in the car. Thats service!!

Tonight i locked myself out of my apartment again. I have this business saved as a contact in my phone because they are awesome, fast, and affordable. The owner Bruny is awesome and really takes care, if all her workers are on jobs, she will find an associate locksmith that is available to help you out. Shawn is awesome and my fav tech because the wait time is usually 20 mins unless he is working on a job already, then the wait time can vary but he is awesome and worth it. Shawn just let me into my apartment, he was here maybe 5 mins and bam, Im back inside... love these folks!

Sean (I hope I spelled it correctly) was an absolutly amazingly awesomr guy, with the best customer service EVER!!! We called him after locking our keys in our car and he was almost to us when we were able to get in. We called him to cancel and he was NOT upset at all and had the best attitude about the whole situation!!! I wouldnt think about calling anyone else for our locksmith needs.

I had my beach bag with my only set of apartment keys in it stolen. They changed my locks for a very affordable rate and showed up right when they said they were going to in addition to giving me four new sets of keys. The woman in the office and they guy who came out (I believe his name was Ryan) where both very kind!

Locked myself out of my car on base and Zack came to the rescue! I was nervous about getting on base but he met me outside the gate and I was able to sponsor him and get us both to my car. He told jokes the whole time and was very nice and friendly while keeping me updated with what he was working on with my keys. It was pretty quick and a bit cheaper than I had expected so I was very happy with my choice in locksmith! Thanks Zack!!

I recently purchased a used 2005 Honda Accord when I moved to Oahu. The key that the previous owner had was on its last legs (case was cracking, made starting the car precarious). The dealers I called wanted ~$200 to make a replacement key. This is a laser cut key that has notches on both sides, so Walmart/Home Depot/Lowes werent an option. I called a few locksmiths and some of them didnt even know what type of key I needed. I called Affordable Lock and key and the person I spoke with knew exactly what I needed. He told me what time to come in and I went to the their location on South Beretania. When I arrived they quickly started working a replacement key for me. It took about 30 minutes and when I brought it out to the car it worked perfectly. To top it all off, they charged less than I was quoted over the phone. $50 for the whole replacement key, cutting included. I will certainly come back here for any locksmithing needs I have in the future.

Needed a VW Beetle key cut, no one on the big island would do it.. These guys cut two keys for $35 each(we provided the blanks), this is a complicated laser cut key with the milled channel. They have a CNC machine that reads the key and then cuts it.We could not test the keys because the car was back on the big island. When we got home one worked great! The other key had a slight defect where one channel was not cut deep enough, it may not have been in the vice properly, they have to be cut on both sides.I called them on Oahu and they offered to recut the channel deeper if I mailed it there and back. Got it back and now both keys work great. This problem would have been easy to find if you had a car nearby, but in the end it all worked out. The dealer wanted to charge $150+ just for one key, they would not cut my key blanks. I called 3 other places on Oahu too and no one else would cut my key blank.Would recommend.
