Called and they were able to schedule me end of day I called. Technician called and kept me informed on arrival time. Very professional and courteous. Asked what I was having problems and showed him light switch which controlled ceiling fan and light. Informed technician it was working fine night before and wouldn’t turn on morning. Next thing I knew he had it working again within 10 minutes! Explained what happened and issue with changing battery. Cost $214 was cost of service call.

EI was great. We had half of our house lose power. Daniel was incredibly nice and was able to come out the same day and make the necessary repairs to get our lights back on. I couldnt ask for better service.Update: The problem ended up being much larger than previously thought. Our entire meter ended up having to get replaced as it was nearly 60 years old and severely malfunctioning. Mike and Kai were able to come out the same day and replace our meter. Our whole house works now. There are no more flickering lights and the whole house is working better than it ever did

E I Electrical was recommended to us by our home inspector for a double tapped breaker and some GFCI work on our recently purchased home. Scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out and overall communication was quick and easy. They did require a $195 deposit, which was applied to our total after services were completed. We had Josiah as our tech. He came to our property, assessed our issues, and provided us an estimate — also quick and easy! He was very professional and friendly, answered all our questions and explained the work he was doing in layman terms for us. Total was $656 (deposit included) for services rendered. We were satisfied with the work completed and would recommend E I Electrical for your home improvement needs!

John Paul is the best. Period. I called E I Electrical super last minute for help figuring out the electrical work for my garbage disposal. There was thankfully a hole in John Pauls schedule to come out and see us immediately. While he was here we were talking about how I needed to get my TV mounted and it turns out E I Electrical workers can accomplish that too! So he mounted my TV in the same visit. Im so beyond grateful for all John Pauls help. He truly was such a blessing in helping out our family!

I highly recommend calling EI Electrical Inc. if you need an electrician. I called them and they were the only ones who were able to send a technician out to our home on a Saturday evening when we desperately needed the help. While JP was figuring out what our issue was, we realized he is the same person who has helped fix electrical issues at my husbands business!Later he told me that when he was called that evening, he was able to have another EI Electrical employee watch his children so he could come out to our home and help our family get our power back. To know that EI Electrical takes care of their employees and their customers with this level of aloha is truly the kind of company I want to always support in the future. I called my go-to guys, E I Electrical, who have been helping me since 2015, and RJ came out and figured out the problem. He did not give up until they identified the socket in the ceiling was what was wrong. E I Electrical never gives up!

Daniel readily answered any questions we had and provided his professional recommendations based on our units wiring, and was able to do so with the nuance you only get from someone who knows his stuff! Both worked efficiently, didnt leave until the job was done, and cleaned up after themselves.Pricing might be a little higher than some competitors but were still fair within the national average for the work being done, and any premium definitely is recouped in the quality customer service and peace of mind you get from it!

I spoke with Joseph at this business. It was the best thing I had done that day. There was an emergency electrical fault at the condominium that I live at and I was asked to find an electrician. Although Joseph was not able to help me that day and I did need it done that day he was very helpful in guiding me on what I was looking for and the best way to find it. By the way Joseph I did get someone here and within an hour we were electric running through wires again. About a week ago, our kitchen range, dryer and water heater stop working, all at the same time, so I knew it had to do with the circuit breakers. I search for replacements but could not find any at several hardware stores. I decided to have the whole panel replaced because I knew it was fairly old. When I called an electrical company for an estimate, they referred me to E I Electrical and even gave me a phone number. When I called E I Electrical, they asked for a photo of my panel box and immediately told me that the panel I had was a fire hazard and was recalled by manufacture, which went out of business. The price to replace the panel was reasonable, so I gave the the okay and made a 50% deposit. Anyway, an electrician came the next morning and began the work. This electrician was amazing. He even removed his boots, when he first came into my home, but I later told him it was okay to keep them on. He completed his job in less than four hours. I am totally satisfied with his work and would recommend this company to anyone needing any electrical work.

He quickly analyzed the issue, provided an estimate and described the process of the emergency repair. He then departed to acquire the necessary parts, returned, coordinated with HECO and proceeded to install a new service entrance panel and breakers to replace our failed panel. This effort took all day but was completed exceptionally well with well-timed coordination with HECO. This job was done efficiently and with minimal disruption. Though expensive - what isnt - Im comfortable with a professional licensed electrician and realize it costs. Peace of mind is best.

Polito inspected our entire house and he even showed us what is working and not working on the inspection. Very professional, honest, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately we had an appointment right after. But we were amazed he could even be able to fix the problems today. But we had to reschedule to next week. But he will be back to fix the outlets that are not working and to fix our electrical panel. He even took the time to explain everything and explain the cost. Phenomenal experience. They came out the following morning and worked hard to determine the problem which was unique and ended up being in my attic. Thanks to E l Electrical I finally got my AC working again.They also fixed a problem I had with a sensor on my garage which had me going through lightbulbs once a month. I had an serious electrical issue causing intermittent power losses to my home office. It was a particulalry vexing problem in that power was available and everything appeared normal when I had electricians investigate. Jeff from E I Electrical was promptly dispatched on the same day that we called and methodically investegate each potential cause resulting in the discovery of a power panel that I wasnt aware of and not near the normal hours power panel. He further investigated and discoverd a damaged switch, which was intermittently arcing damaging the entire panel bus. He was able to procure and replace the damaged panel in one day with a very clean installation. Jeffs promptness, behavior, communication skills and performance were exemplary through the entire process. He is among the most professional contractors that Ive had work on our home. Weve had several electrical contractors and Jeff / E I Electrical is the best.

Our electrician was AMAZING! When we moved in there was a weird wire that just stuck out of our fireplace. He was able to move it and install an outlet into our cabinet. The dispatcher, Joe, is excellent and friendly. The electrician who arrived was Eric. He was nice but not outgoing. When asked questions he didnt give straight answers or advice. The one negative thing is they apparently dont carry even basic supplies on their vans, so they have to have to leave and go pick them up. The part Eric purchased and installed did not solve the problem we needed repaired. I would recommend EI Electrical, but ask questions, take photos of the problem and text them and if possible purchase supplies yourself to have on hand when they arrive.

I called E I Electrical as the circuit for my kitchen counter outlets were no longer working. They were able to send Daniel out the very next day. Both Joe who I spoke with on the phone and Daniel were both very personable and professional. I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. They send detailed confirmations and reminders via text message. These were very helpful.Daniel explained why the circuit may stopped working and offered different options for the repair. The repair work was finished on the same day and Daniel left our kitchen very clean as well. Michael M. was very helpful in explaining our system and what could be potentially causing the issues. Customer service with this company is really good. Additional follow-up and diagnosis by Michael and the team revealed the root of the problem. While it took a bit of troubleshooting, the team worked hard on resolving the problem and ultimately was successful in repairing a major issue that posed a potential safety hazard in addition to not having power. Overall the team was dedicated and worked hard to resolve the problem, so I am very thankful.
