I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink with extensive cabinet damage. I called Diamond Head Plumbing, they sent a plumber to find the leak and assess the damage. After he did that, the owner came to discuss with me the repairs needed and order a sink, faucet, and disposal right away. Then plumbers came to install, and a designer came to help me with the configuration of new cabinetry to replace the badly damaged one. All of the people who work for Diamond Head Plumbing were respectful in the way the spoke to me, and respectful in their behavior in my home. They were prompt in their arrival, did the job and cleaned up afterward. I dealt with the owner, the estimator, the plumbers/installers, and designers and all were great. Im glad I called Diamond Head Plumbing.

I requested estimates for a bathroom sink replacement from several companies but decided to go with Diamond Head Plumbing, not because they provided the lowest estimate but more so because they were the most professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the estimate that was emailed to me, so a couple of technicians were sent to my residence to do an inspection. The office sent me a follow-up estimate that was higher than the first; however, it was consistent with what I discussed with the technicians who did the inspection. On the appointed day, technician Chris Robinson arrived on time wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing. Chris did an excellent job and took the time to explain what he did. The payment process was also quick and easy. I can’t see Diamond Head from my home, but I called Diamond Head Plumbing anyway and am glad I did!

I love Diamond Head Plumbing. I have a rental unit in Honolulu where our tenant had toilet leaking problem. I donʻt have a lot of knowledge for repairs. One of the staff explained so well on the phone. I remember talking to Cooper. He is superb! The work was done well and the repair did not take long, meaning we paid as we had expected during the initial phone conversation. I have few upcoming plumbing projects and will not hesitate to call this company again. Feel free to let me know if I can be a reference for future customers. .kiana

Highly Recommend.Clean, Prompt, Professional, Fair pricing, nice people.Leaking faucet required replacement, non-reparable. Warren was the tech that showed up, looked at problem and explained best options considering our sinks design, and best way to save money on the repair. I purchased a faucet set that I liked at H.Depot and Warren returned to do the install a few days later. There were a few unforeseen issues that he trouble shot in a timely manner and completed the job quickly.On top of being a very nice guy, Warren is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional!When the job was finished he left the premises spotless as if he had never been there. ~~~Thank you Warren!

We had a leak in our automatic sprinkler system. Chris was able to locate it, dig up the effected area and repair the problem. They were on time and went right to work. I was refereed to them by a friend after telling them I had tried to get someone to come find and fix the problem and not have them either call back or show up. Diamond head Plumbing answered the phone so I was able to speak with them and they set up the appointment. They sent a text telling me that Chris was on his way and he showed up on time. Hopefully I will not be needing any further repairs but I would use them again if I did.

Excellent service. The plumber, Chris Kennedy, was here the day after I called. He started with the basics and did a nice job figuring out the issue. Three or four other repair/inspectors type people had could tell me the reason my Jacuzzi tub was not working. Chris figured out the power source was defective. Annoyed with myself for not figuring it out but the price was fair since it took Chris time to figure it out.

We called DiamondHead Plumbing at 10:00 this morning and by 11:00 plumber arrived at our home. DHP Deb answered phone within a few rings and set up appointment. Deb is very professional, friendly and pleasant. Nick is the plumber and he is knowledgeable, professional, respectful and pleasant. Nick fixed our plumbing issue and patiently answered our questions. Thank you DHP for being in business and doing a great job.

My sons bathroom was leaking in to my garage. Diamond Head Plumbing was able to come the next day. WARREN WAS THE NICE PROFESSIONAL THAT CAME. He fixed it and asked anything else you need help with? so I had him do a few things in my bathroom. (replace the drains). He never charged his time for going back to the shop to pick up the toilet. Got invoice in the mail and is was less then I expected. Hats off to DHP.Lyndon

Called the shop at closing; the staff told me theyd keep the store open while I drove in from Manoa. They kept the store open for about 30 minutes, set me up with what I needed, and put me on my way. Great service.
