Exclusive HVAC service was excellent! Patrick the owner was very helpful and his Tech Phillip was excellent. Patrick took the call late in the day and was going to come over personally if his tech could not make it. Turned out his Tech Phillip was available to come over and he got right down to business. Once he found out what the problem was he had to run and go get the part and install it in the blower. Its was raining and dark and he gets back and gets it done. Quality Price and Service. 5 stars

Would like to say thank you very much to Exclusive HVAC.. was very happy with their service. “Philip” was the technician that came to help us he was on time very professional very knowledgeable. I was very happy that the $90 for the service call was actually applied to our bill to where the other companies that I called would keep the $90 and then charge you whatever your bill was on top of that so five stars to Exclusive HVAC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You Philip👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

If I could give a 10+ star review of Exclusive HVAC I would.We were dying in this heat and it was Patrick and Phillip to the rescue! Patrick scheduled my repair right away. Phillip was on time and called when he was on the way. Fast and friendly service that got our house back to being cool right away. Honestly, you dont need to look any further for a good, quality HVAC company with excellent communication. Should we ever be in this situation again, we know exactly who to call. On a hot day, i had to call for service.they came same day, assessed the problem and gave me options, includingsuggested financing. I chose to replace 35 years old central system. They worked all evening to find me a new system and were out the next day to get it installed. New equipment is much more efficient and serves bigger area...Exclusive chose well for me. My new cooler is running half the time the old one did and house is cooler even though I raised the temp on thermostat.Notified me of service appointments with windows they met.

I had contacted this company first but I wasnt able to get an appointment until the following day. So I found a free coupon online for another company to come out that same day. They came out and gave me a full analysis of my unit. My unit is older? No my unit is OLD!!!32yrs. The first company recommended me getting a whole new unit and since I was replacing the air conditioner that I should also replace the heater at the same time. The next day I called Exclusive home services again and Patrick J. was able to come out within a couple of hours. He called me twice regarding his ETA. He greated me by my name. He looked at my whole system. I also showed him the specs from the previous company. He recommended putting leak repair in and put a couple pounds of freon. He stayed for about an hour to make sure things were running properly. My system is up and running like its brand new. I would totally recommend Patrick J at Exclusive Home Services for any HVAC repair. I completely trust him and I will be doing maintenance on my unit annually or biannually for the heater also. I dont want to end up spending 10 to 12,000 on a new unit. Thanks Patrick.

The fan on our AC went out the day before our first triple-digit temp of the year! We called and Patrick was able to make the necessary repair (replacement of the capacitor) within a few hours. His professionalism was a credit to him and Exclusive HVAC. He was able to fit us in right at the end of the night so we didnt even have to go one night warm. The price for repair was very competitive. Would call again for AC repair needs.

Our heater went out early in the morning, but we didnt realize it until the afternoon when we noticed it kept running but wasnt getting any warmer. We called this company at around 4 in the afternoon and Patrick said hed be here between 5&7 that evening. Gave him my info and received a call just before 5 letting me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part with him to fix it. This company does charge a fee to diagnose the problem, but it goes towards the total (if you decide to go with them). I called another place that has free diagnosis, but they didnt answer their phone, I left a message and they never called back. So paying the fee was totally worth it, since we didnt want to freeze at night. Will use this company again for our HVAC & plumbing needs.

My furnace was in its death throws trying to run the AC in this 100+ degree weather. I started calling around and everyone was booked out for days. I called Exclusive and they said Wednesday, but if something opened up they would call me back, I thought yeah right. Maybe ten minutes later I get a call back saying they could come tomorrow between 1 and 4pm, I said great. Saturday comes and I get a call asking if they can be there around 12? Hell yeah you can come early. So Sal shows up, super friendly, super professional, and super knowledgeable. Diagnoses the problem right away, wastes no time fixing the issue and he his out the door so we can carry on with our day. Needless to say they have definitely gained a new customer.

Highly recommend this company! Called spoke to Patrick my air just stopped working on the first day of a big heat wave over 100 outside. He got someone out here the next day. Phillip was our technician he was very professional and knowledgeable. The part we needed had to be ordered but with the heat they took the next step and drove and got the part so Phillip could fix the next day. Phillip came back fixed it everythings working great.
