If I can give 10 star review I would because Derek did an amazing job installing my water heater. very professional broke everything down no hidden fees no upgrade offers,straight forward, gave me a price thrue the phone, Came installed it, added new lines brought it up to code and was a really genuine guy .his company name really means what he represents fair way. Definitely will call him again.

Derek came out on time, replaced our water heater, brought everything up to code, cleaned up after he was finished and has a great work ethic. Mr. Derek is very knowledgable & professional, has great work ethic, and communicates everything regarding expenses & procedures. His fees are fair, unlike other local plumbers. Since I discovered Fairway Plumbing, I have only called him for all my plumbing needs. He has repaired a leaking pipe on my water heater, provided his insight on why a vent had acquired a bit of moisture & he let me know what to do to prevent that. He also repaired a toilet flange that was never done properly to begin with when the home was initially built, and installed the new toilet. Mr. Derek personally handles all calls, inquiries, & everything that entails within the job site. I highly recommend Fairway!

Thank God for Derek. Not only did he go behind a let’s say handyman who called himself a plumber and fix everything that was wrong with my kitchen sink and dishwasher he was kind, fair and communicated everything to me. I would give him 10 stars if I could. My kitchen looks awesome, he literally ripped everything out and put in back in correctly I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. Derek is very professional and got my toilet flushing perfectly. I had hard water deposits blocking my toilet jets, no other plumbing company was aware of this when I inquired with other companies. Derek has decades of experience and saved me from having to buy a new toilet. Will always call him for all my plumbing needs.

The toilet in our master bathroom has been leaking for over a year ever since we had tile installed. We tried to fix it ourselves, but the leak was still there. Then we hired a local handyman form the paper and when he was done the leak was even worse than before. We have not bee able to use the bathroom in our bedroom for close to a month. Then we found Derek at Fairway Plumbing. When I called, I knew that he was different. He answered the phone himself and explained the process and quote to me and then set an appointment for the same day. He showed up right on time, resolved the problem very quickly and then reminded me that we have a 1 year warranty on the work. Derek is one of the most professional contractors that I have ever had in my home.

The main water line to my home (built in 1981) was leaking. I dug down to where the copper pipe had been teed to service the lawn sprinklers. It was spewing at the tee. Im pretty good with pvc but sweating copper isnt in my skill set.I called Derek around 7pm that (Friday) night and he was out the next morning early before I had to go to work. He showed me how the original job had been done improperly and thus the leak. No idea how long it had been leaking, it was about two feet down.Derek did a neat and clean repair (almost standing on his head to get down to the tee) that has proven to be a proper job. I had to leave for work before he finished and I came home to a clean job site. I couldnt ask for more.
