My experience with Dan was good , even when I changed my appointment several times he managed to come right away. He did a leak detection and unclogged our drain. Exactly where he said the pipe was broken , when my plumber came to open the trench we found out Dan was absolutely right. Hands down, the best plumbers in Hesperia. My bathrooms were all flooded and I was beside myself w no clue what to do. So I called a few plumbers, but these guys were the most patient, fastest, the most professional, and the fairest when it came to price. They came over and in no time got the situation handled like champs. They even ran a camera through the pipes to make sure nothing fishy’s going on. The most painless plumbing experience ever. I highly recommend them.

I was really dreading fixing my hot water leak. We knew it was under the slab of cement just not exactly sure where. Plus I didnt want anyone taking advantage of my situation and be charged thousands, since we were already limited on funds for this expense that we had put off for a while because of $$ being tight. I called a couple of places. 24/7 Plumbing was charging $199 for leak detection and if we had them fix it, they would put it towards the price the receptionist quoted $1,500. Which I thought was fairly priced. The receptionist was very patient with all my questions. The tech showed up within the time frame given. The tech and equipment located the leak. Wow, that little hole in the pipe causing all that stress for me and my family. We decided to not patch the slab till the next day( more for my peace of mind). I wanted to be sure my hallway closet wasnt overflowing with water the next day( like it had been). Keith was very understanding, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The time came to pay once the job had been completed. Exactly $1,500. Thank you. This company is honest keeps you informed of everything going on during the process.

Ive used 24/7 Plumbing twice in the last year - both times Danny came out and took care of us. He installed faucets and hooked up the plumbing in new sinks that we had installed in our bathrooms and kitchen. His work is excellent, and he gives a one year warranty on it. Hes always easy to work with and his prices are reasonable. The only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is that he didnt show up when promised. He said he would be at our home between 12pm and 1:30pm, and didnt show up until after 4pm. But I will say the quality of his work and price are worth the wait. I will definitely hire him again.

I called today for an emergency at the home I had gotten for my mom and Aunt in Apple Valley. The main water line between the house and the city water valve had burst and was spraying water up into the yard and flooding it. Dan came out on time and even called when he was on the way from a job he had just finished which was wonderful. He showed up and immediately looked at the hole in the ground and told me exactly what he was going to do and gave me updates throughout the entire process. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. He stayed until after dark to get the job done perfectly. I bought a house 4 months ago. Two weeks after moving in we had a problem with one of our bathrooms. There was an incredible awful stench that came and went from a localized area. We were framing out. The stench came and went from time to time and returned 2 days ago. Previously I called a plumber to come out and check what was going on. They came and (without looking really) decided to quote me for a smoke test and told me that it would be an x amount of dollars. Also they said they’d be tearing down drywall. I called a 2nd plumber and had him change the toilet ring. Nothing got solved. I called the company and Dan came out the same day. He came out and went in the attic, checked all the bathrooms, used his machine to see if there were gases. Opened up the outside access to the sewer, found that it needed a flush, and the next day scheduled a flush to clean the nasty pipes. Seems the previous owners didn’t do any of this since the house was built (2007). Lots of sludge build up in 13 years. We got the problem resolved and I’m incredibly happy with the service this company provided us and the quick response time. Dan was honest and straightforward. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

Dan at 24/7 plumbing was absolutely amazing! We had an emergency plumbing issue at our home where a pressure regulator failed causing us to have no water. I spoke to Dan late Tuesday morning and he was able to come out same-day, diagnose the issue correctly, locate the new pressure regulator we needed and replaced it all in a matter of a couple hours. What a lifesaver! Dan had to dig out our old regulator, replace it and he put everything back just as neatly and clean as he found it. Thank you 24/7 Plumbing, Danny came out 1:00 am I heard a loud noise then water cane flooding out my bathroom. Danny was here within 30 min and had it fixed in under 20 minutes. They Charge me very reasonable for the hour they came out it thank you again

New to writing reviews. But I had to go out of my way to write one for 24/7 Plumbing in Hesperia. Theres a lot of hesitation when working with companies out of state. But, with every problem solved and in a timely fashion, Ill definitely be doing business with 24/7 Plumbing and Valentina in Hesperia again.
