Gave me a well-deserved scolding for not changing the filter, pointing out the cat fur and dander a fresher filter would get. Since I love the little monsters, that made.a lot of sense to me and will mean more attention..The maintenance program is an incredible investment, and I am glad.I started it a long time ago!
