    I had an emergency with a toilet. I had called a previous plumber and they had no openings for the same day. I called John’s plumbing and Rooter and within 30 minutes they were at my door ready for service! Levi was very courteous he knew what he was doing and fixed our problem within minutes!     I am thrilled to write a glowing review for Johns Plumbing, a company that truly embodies integrity, professionalism, and exceptional competency in their field.We initially contacted Johns Plumbing to assess and quote improvements for a poorly installed water heater by another plumbing company. The previous installation was so shoddy that it required a return visit due to safety concerns; the gas company shut off the water heater because it posed a serious risk to our family. Johns Plumbing immediately stood out by their thorough inspection and clear, detailed quote process. They provided us with a sense of relief and confidence that our plumbing issues would be resolved properly this time.Additionally, we were hugely impressed by their swift resolution of a long-standing issue that had plagued us for quite some time. In less than two minutes, they identified the problem and presented a solution. Consequently, we hired them on the spot to improve the previous company’s poor installation and to fix the longstanding problem. This level of honesty and customer care is rare and highly commendable.While Johns Plumbing may not have been the cheapest option available, they were certainly not the most expensive company. Their pricing was fair and justified by the superior quality of their workmanship. In hindsight, we would have been better off if John’s plumbing would have installed the water heater instead of the first and cheaper plumber.The decision to hire Johns Plumbing to rectify the previous plumbers mistakes was undoubtedly the right one.     Wonderful company and employees. We had Nick out first to find our issue and he was great , very friendly explains everything so you can understand and then LJ came out to fix the issue he is very professional, clean and friendly as well. John, LJ and Nick all went above and beyond . I would use them again and recommend to anyone . Prices are fair , they are very conscientious of any mess they make , they clean up after themselves and they are quick and on time

    Okay.. to start i called so many local companys in my area and felt them getting impatient with me on the phone. I called johns plumbing and got ahold of the owner himself and he talked me threw my issue and why it was an issue then sent somone out who came our very shortly after. (Nick) came out and was beyond friendly and beyond helpful, he fixed my issue and was very reasonable on the price. Thank you guys so much for the professionalism!!!!!

    Levi came out and helped me out with some hard plumbing on my tankless water heater. Also did a de-scale on the unit. Hot water is back with no issues. Great price, friendly and professional. Third time I’ve called them and I will again when I have plumbing issues.
