My hot water heater went out two years ago and I had a shoulder replacement although I could put a new one in myself with my shoulder being an issue I called Rescue Plumbers. They did clean work and these guys did a great job including the tankless water heater they put in it works beautiful. It’s been in my house two years and does a great job. I would highly recommend these guys as they’re very professional.

Backstory of our issue is needed to explain the gratitude I have for this company. We had 2 leaks in our home that were misdiagnosed by professionals, that would have costs us thousands to repair. Rescue plumbers came and diagnosed the problem almost immediately and fixed the issue the following day with thousands of dollars saved. Integrity is very and to find, especially when companies are trained to take advantage of their customers inexperience. I want to thank Rescue Plumbers for helping us and actually resolving the issue. I recommend this company as a first choice not a last resort to get the job done efficiently.

Michelle was amazing on the phone with great customer service!! I called late Saturday and she said she could have someone there first thing Monday morning. I scheduled the appointment for Friday because I couldn’t be home due to work and actually stayed home Monday and she was able to reschedule and send a service technician over the same day!! Joesph came over and was very helpful and easy to work with. We agreed on what needed to be done and he got it done. He cleaned everything up and told us about the warranty and then headed out!! Amazing service!! Thank you!!

They sent Joe to come help us with the leak in our kitchen. It would only happen when we used the washer. They responded quickly, came same day, and fixed it. Joe was really honest about what he was doing and did a good job about telling us what he was doing and why. We will definitely be calling him again if we have any more problems. Great service and very courteous.

I emailed them for a quote, Joe came out to my house within the hour. I had a leaking copper pipe, he fixed it in under an hour, also he replaced the water regulator. All in all, fast service, Joe was reliable and honest. The price wasn’t too bad, I had to get these things fixed so I was willing to pay what it took. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

On Saturday September 20, 2018 I called Rescue Plumbers Inc. The Great!!! experience started with the receptionist and continued with the technician Joe. When he arrived at my home on time, he was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate, which I immediately agreed to(weekday price!☺ on a weekend) as we all know plumbing companies are notorious to double😭 there fees on the weekend. HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 24.7 PLUMBING IN HESPERIA, LEFT MY SHOWER WORSE THEY WHAT IT WAS, THE GUYS WERE USING YOUTUBE FOR HELP, YELLED AT AND ASSAULTED IN OUR HOME BY A COMPANY HIRED TO DO A JOB THAT CLEARLY THEY CAN NOT HANDLE. CALLED RESCUE PLUMBERS, JOE CAME OUT FIXED THE JOB CORRECTLY IN A REASONABLE TIME. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON PLUMBERS BEFORE JUST CALLING ANYONE.SINCERELY, A REAL CUSTOMER, NOT A FAMILY MEMBER.

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbers, the representative that answers the phone is very friendly, & professional. She understood what I needed and got someone out to us in a timely manner. Joe showed up at the scheduled time, he is also very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain what is needed. Very considerate on pricing and he works quickly and did not leave a mess. When he arrived, he remembered that we actually used him to install a new toilet that Lowes recommended.And Theyre a Local company, which I really appreciate too 😁
