I was lucky to find Terry through a friend in town . He ended up installing a new gas furnace for me. He didn’t on time as promised at a great price and left the place better than he found it. About a year later the thermostat failed late a night in freezing temperatures. He and David came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and saved my pipes from freezing. He is a stand up guy who does quality work at fair prices.

Our HVAC Condensation Pump at our house quit and Splawn Electric & Heating was referred to us. They were professional and quick to be on site to make repairs. We will be contracting with Splawn to service our system at regular intervals. All being said, Splawn Electric & Heating couldn’t have pleased us more and we will continue doing business with them.
