Kimbro HVAC came immediately after my first call. They did an assessment gave me a quote and they were back the next day for the installation of the unit. No issues at all, very happy with this company. My neighbors had a new HVAC installed last month by another company, and this company has been out 5X attempting to work out the bugs. Kimbro installed my unit in one day and that was it, no follow up calls from me required.

Two reasons I gave them 5 stars are first, in had a next day appointment and they accommodated my schedule. Secondly, was the technician Cody. He communicated with me prior to introduce himself and showed up on time. He was also very knowledgeable and did not jump to just replacing parts but corrected one of my issues with diagnosing the problem. On that he spent a fair amount of his time. Im good with it and would recommend them if someone asked.

Chris Brewer from Kimbro came out to do a cleaning and checkup on my unit, I really appreciated his knowledgeable, quick work and professionalism. This is the second time Ive dealt with Chris specifically and he has always kept the same high standard of service, as have all the technicians I have dealt with. Having used Kimbro many times in the past, including installing a brand new unit last year when my old one failed, I would certainly highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance, repair or installations you need. I plan to use their services for many years to come.

Very impressed with this company. Only been in my new house 6 weeks when the pipes froze in the attic. They were going to come back the next day, Christmas Eve to repair it, instead they came back the same night so we wouldn’t go without heat. Had some leaking due to silicone not drying fast enough. Was back out here within an hour to repair and told me they would fix any damage after it completely dries out! Love the customer service! It’s hard to find sometimes!

Chad informed us that he could be out to look and fix our systems within 2 days. Him and Storm were here to fix our HVACs and got them running quickly. They said the quotes we received from other companies were way overpriced and did it for almost HALF what the other companies were stating.We will definitely be using this company again when our HVAC needs a tune-up or has any issues and have sent them as a trusted recommendation to our Home Insurance and Home Warranty companies. So glad we found an honest HVAC company to help us.

We’ve been a Kimbro customer for 14 years and I will continue for the foreseeable future. Recently, I had a breakdown and my unit would not start! Overall they was able to respond within 12 hours, then they diagnosed the issue identified the the parts and went to pick them up before the biggest and coldest winter storm over the last few years. When I called the problem in they assured me it would be fixed if at all possible. The technician was on time and was able to fix my unit before dark and before the winter storm started. I couldn’t ask for anything more out of a company and the technician was the kind of technician I would want representing my company.

I called Kimbro today at 12:30 as my heating unit keeps shutting off. Cody from Kimbro arrived at 2pm today and diagnosed that I need a new blower. I was charged $140 for todays visit. Cody ordered a new blower and the additional cost will be around $1100. I trust Kimbro with the pricing. Cody said he will install it asap. I’m waiting on the installation (hopefully soon as I have no heat) but I was impressed with the quick response time and quick diagnosis.

Was having problem with our old unit. Kimbro dispatched Nathan after trying to repair old unit was unable to do so. He explained everything to my wife. The next day Charlie came out and priced a new unit. Again, everything was explained to us. Today 02/19/18, Jeremy and TC installed our new unit. Everyone we met and dealt with at Kimbro was polite, professional, and efficient. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with a company like Kimbro I would recommend them to anyone.

Woke up to no heat last week. called Kimbro and they removed our existing units and installed a complete new Daiken heat pump system in one day. Woke up to trucks in my driveway and 5 techs. They relocated the new system which gave us a lot more free space in our in house garage. We cannot believe the amount of work they did to insure we had heat before they left. I dont think anyone else would have committed the resources to get us warm so fast. We have been with Kimbro for 20 years and put several of their systems in other homes we owned. Very knowledgeable and most importantly...responsive service companies we have ever used anywhere. Good people...highly recommended.

Wow.. great customer service. I have the warranty plan (which I am usually skeptical of) but let me tell you they are the exception. Ive had to use it a couple of times over the past 2 years and there has been no issues with it.. they even came out the same day on both occasions and all costs where covered. I wish I had used them sooner all the other hvac people were nightmares. I had one unit that was only 2 months old and the installers still wouldnt do anything for me and spent lots of $$ in the process. Do yourself a favor.. if you are looking for an hvac you can spend a lot less money and frustration if you just choose kimbro from the beginning.

I cant tell you how grateful I am for the very professional, personable and knowledgeable technicians you have working for your Company, Kimbro Air. A few days ago (now, is 2/14/2020), your technician, Storm was out to my home for a service contract check on all 3 of my units. A Very Pleasant technician, who also give me info on a product to help me get rid of allergens, odors, specifically dog smells (as I have , 4 large rescue dogs and though I am nose blind to dog odor, I am keenly aware that it exists). Storm knows I have a great concern about buyers coming through the home, as I intend to sell my home this year, and worry, I will lose a sale because of the odor. So,... Storm told me about. Product by Active Plus, called Air scrubber by Aerus. From reviews online and Storms Personal experience, its top notch and will rid the home of all odors. I look forward to him coming back next week and installing it for me. Cant wait. Until he told me, I never knew of its existence. So, thank you so much Kimbro and your Technicia , Storm. Our heating unit went dead at 5pm during a freezing winter night. We called and they dispatched a technician to come repair the heater. A blown fuse caused by a frayed wire in the compressor was shorting out the system.He also informed us that our Freon pressure is about 27 PSI where it should be 125PSI. Weve since rescheduled another visit to repair the leak. Very happy with the service.

Kimbro Air came out to my home and found, as I suspected, that my entire split heat pump had seen its better days. All of their employees beginning with their receptionist, the service man, Austin, and their installers, Terry and Keith worked very diligently with a true concern for me and my heat pump. Chad, the estimator, offered very competitive prices on the new and BEST unit to meet my needs that included a FULL 12 YEAR WARRANTY! Terry and Keith made sure that the new unit was working as it should. I expected it would be an all day installation; but, the new unit was in place exactly four hours later and included taking my old unit away! If I EVER have any problems with HVAC I know I will call the caring people at Kimbro! I recommend Kimbro Air above all other HVAC companies in Hendersonville and the greater Nashville area. This is a company that TRULY CARES about the customer! If I could rate them at 10 stars or above, I would.

This company (Kimbro Air) installed a complete new system in our house in 2010, removing old unit completely and cleanly. This included ductwork, pad, unit, etc. All their personal treated us with utmost courtesy and professionalism ! Seven years passed without a single hiccup, and our power bill was the lowest ever. Then the winter of 2017 came our unit went on the fritz. One call said it all, with no heat there were no excuses given, a service engineer came straight out in 12°F weather at 9:00 am and at 12:30 we had heat. So the lowest upfront cost for new installation, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, service in adverse conditions when needed, who do you want? I use Kimbro Air!!!!!

Upstairs HVAC not producing cold air on a 100°F hot Sunday in July (inside temp 83°F). Called a dozen companies to respond on emergency basis on Sunday. Only one company was able to assist immediately. Kimpro Tech Chris responded right away and came over after finishing up another customer. He was very knowledgeable, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Chris located a failed component (capacitor) within the system, repaired and replaced it and had the system blowing cold air within 30 minutes. Kimpro is a hero and rescued us. Highly recommend.this contractor.

Our home was either hit by lightening or it hit very close by. Damaged and inoperable central air units units were made to run by Nathan and Austin, service technicians. A very difficult job to trace all the damage lightning can do to electronics, but we were up and running with our main dual fuel unit in a day. These guys work hard to get it fixed correctly and we are sure grateful for that.

When we first moved to Hendersonville we had a problem with our system and the first company we called on wanted to sell us a new system. We called Kimbro and they came over and found the problem was a simple switch and saved us thousands that year.
