We have used Cross Driven Construction a couple of times for small projects and have a great experience each time! We originally contacted Cross Driven for a small trim/paint project back in February. Bobby completely impressed us by how well of a job he did! He is very attentive to detail, and his jobs look perfect after he is finished. Because of how well he did, we decided to contact them again when a few issues popped up just recently. They were here today and we had another great experience! Dave did a fantastic job fixing our cabinet issue and Bobby did another fantastic job repairing a dry wall/paint issue. Cross Driven Construction was quick to provide a reasonable estimate for new gutters installation and repairing the posts on my front porch. The project leaders were knowledgeable and professional.I relied on their recommendations, and I was pleased with the outcome. The project was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint was there was some leftover construction materials left at the site. I would recommend using this company.

This is my third project I have had Brandon and Cross Driven work on for me. Every time it is a pleasure to work and deal with them. Any questions or concerns they are always quick to address them. This last time I had my whole kitchen remodeled, walls removed, wall built, new steps,new doors, pretty much a complete new upstairs. Every one who I came in contact with was more than professional and really helped with ideas and recommendations. I reached out to Cross Driven Construction after they had come highly recommended by a friend. Scott Hall was my contact person, and he was very polite and attentive. He thoroughly assessed different areas of work that I was looking into for my moms home. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed, but I never felt pressured. We are satisfied with the work that we had done, and Scott even went out of his way to come secure one of the tarps that had shifted on the the chimney after some high winds. This company may cost a little more than an average handy man, but I have confidence in their knowledge, their work and in them backing what they do. That peace of mind is invaluable.

Where to begin? We first used Cross Driven at our previous house in 2019 for a total kitchen renovation. We met with 5 companies and their professionalism was above and beyond. We were so pleased with their work and responsiveness the entire project and the result was a beautiful custom kitchen. We used them again in 2020 to redo our fireplace and install custom built-ins. Then again in 2021 to remodel our dining room. We planned to have them do more work on that house, but we found our dream house before we could. Leaving the projects we had done was hard because the work was incredible. We moved into our new house in May 2022 and by November 2022 we had them here working on 3 projects. They have helped us make our last 2 houses a home we can call our own. You will not find harder workers anywhere. They will not complete a project until your vision is 100% complete and I recommend them for any home needs you may have.

They began by creating a design using our input, then handled all of the details while keeping us well informed along the way. The final product exceeded our expectations, and we plan on using them again for our next project.

If you need Plumbing or electrical work Call Cross Driven and ask for Matt Shanes. He is amazing. He installed a gas cooktop that included taping in and running pipe for natural gas and the electrical work to convert from 220 to 120. It works great but also it looks great. They upgraded and remodeled one of our existing bathrooms and then built our Owners Suite bedroom/bathroom complete with a walk-in closet, a beautiful glass-enclosed shower and a gorgeous free-standing tub. They also repaired our existing second-floor deck so that it looks brand new; put a new coat of paint on the exterior of the house and added a new railing around the front steps. Their work is impeccable and their customer service is outstanding. They were always on time and did everything they said they would do. We had a lot of exterior work done on our home over several months. A deck repair became replacement of most of the deck as well as some of the infrastructure holding it up. We had the new deck stained and painted - then decided to paint the entire exterior (brick) white. While we were at it, had custom shutters built an installed by this group. Dustin was our Project Manager. He and all of his folks were great to work with, were ALWAYS on time and each person knew their stuff - which is a wonderful thing to behold, these days. We were so happy with the exterior work that we hired them, again to perform some major interior remodeling - but my wife will be posting about that. For weeks after the exterior was finished, people would stop and ask us who did this work?. Always happy to recommend them to anyone who asks. We came across Cross Driven Construction when we went to an outdoor barbecue and saw the great deck work they performed, there. When planning a major renovation, the builder of our custom home recommended Cross Driven for the job. After contacting several other contractors, we chose Cross Driven.We added about 540 sq. ft. to our home by completing our attic. Brandon provided excellent suggestions, scheduled sub-contractors who were skilled, on time and well-prepared, while keeping in close communication with us. He was patient when we made some changes and made sure all work was finished to our satisfaction before continuing. Joel and his Cross Driven crew were some of the highest caliber of craftsmen that we have come across, with the added bonus of character and integrity. Billy and the team he brought (Austin and Tyler) were at my house exactly when he said they would be. Billy explained what they would be doing in detail and kept me informed as the day went on. The work on the siding of my house looked as good as new and they cleaned up so well there was no trace of them when they left. They picked up materials and kept the site clean the entire time. They even found another possible siding issue, let me know where the problem area was and next thing I knew there was a guy up there fixing that too. They are top notch, professional, courteous, HIGHLY recommend.I developed some ceiling water damage in my living room so called Cross Driven for a house visit/inspection. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple days.When they showed up, he was very friendly and thoroughly looked over the ceiling damage, then went up on the roof. Within five minutes he had found the problem, one shingle had been damaged, and patched it up immediately for no charge.He even took a quick look at a couple other odds and ends outdoor issues I have on my house just to talk through some quick DIY fixes I was planning as it is not my expertise, and offered to give me a quote for fixing the ceiling damage inside.Couldnt be happier with the entire experience, and would highly recommend for any roof, siding, or outdoor maintenance issue with your house

Their office--specifically Scott Hall and Billy Fitzwilson--communicated consistently and helpfully with us (and our insurance company) before, during, and after the job. Their on-site crew, led by Sergio, worked two very long, hot days to get the job done, and they did excellent work, including cleaning up when finished. From start to end, the whole company was professional, respectful, and made the process as easy as we could have asked. I called Cross Driven Construction and had them scheduled to do some work on the interior of our home. When we noticed the roof was leaking we mentioned it to them and learned they actually had a roofing division. Who knew!?!?! Billy came out quickly, assessed the issue and was able to fix it same day. Fortunately, at least for now, we didnt need a new roof, just had a leaky vent. Thanks Billy!!!

I really cant put into words how truly amazing I think the team at Cross Driven Construction is. This is the second and largest project they have done for me. The team I worked with went above and beyond to make everything came together for our new back yard porch project. They showed up faithfully every day they said they would and worked so hard every single day! They made sure at the beginning of every week I knew when they would be here and what they would be doing. They communicated with me consistently throughout the project. The team consisted of an estimator, a project manager, a design consultant and various in house carpenters. If they contracted jobs out, the project manager made sure the subcontractors were here and did the job to their satisfaction! All of these people are truly special and go out of their way to make sure they have the highest quality of work. They put so much thought into every single detail and answered all of our questions patiently. Thank you Brandon, Brian, Karrie, Bruce, John, Triston, John Austin, Matt and Cory for making this the best project ever! I hope I am not forgetting anyone because everyone was just so respectful and wonderful. We spend more time outside than we do inside now! Its perfect and everything we always imagined it would be.

A little over a year ago, we selected Cross Driven to enclose a portion of our deck, The plan presented was excellent and then Stephen and his crew took over. We ended with a room in which we spend more time than we ever thought we would. If Stephen saw something he didnt like, it was corrected before we ever saw it. In addition, a window leak was repaired and windows of the house were resealed all for a fair price. We highly recommend Cross Driven. The build site clean-up was excellent. And yes, their Christian principles were in evidence.

Woke up to a water damage on my walls and ceiling. Reported immediately to my HOA and within an hour of reporting, Billy called me to assure me he had his team on the way. Was so professional and told me to call him with anything. Taylor and Austin called to confirm they were on their way and showed up promptly at the time they quoted. They thoroughly inspected in my attic and on my roof (in the cold and wet conditions) and they made temporary fixes where the roof was leaking. They explained everything very detailed and we’re patient with all my questions. They made me feel confident about the leaks and said they’d be back to make the permanent fixes once they report back to the HOA. Cross Driven was next door patching a roof after the 12/2023 tornado and they were willing to come and patch ours as well. From there we used them to replace the roof. They were very communicative and responses were very quick. After our insurance company issued the replacement check we were given samples to choose a new roof and placed on the wait list.The roofers were considerate of our outdoor landscaping and worked diligently to get the replacement completed 1 1/2 days. I recommend them and would use them again.

After a neighbors vehicle rolled into the front of our house, we had to collect quotes for repairs. We attempted to collect several quotes, but businesses today do not return calls or get back to you with the quote. Except Cross Driven. They immediately replied to my inquiry, showed for the estimate, & got the quote back to me! Although Cross Drivens quote was in line with another company, we chose to go with Cross Driven because of the response & service wed received. We worked with Cross Drivens Home Repair/Remodel division and our project manager was Scott. Our initial repair was done swiftly & ahead of time. Thankfully, Scotts trained & experienced eye spotted an unrelated water leak in the same room where the initial repair took place and saved us from making a costly mistake as we were scheduled to have hardwood floor laid. Although it was challenging to locate the source of the leak and took several visits to do so and fix it fully, Scotts team did solve the problem and complete the repair. Scott did an excellent job of always keeping us updated. There were some bumps and bruises along the way, but Scott and Cross Driven stepped up to make them right.
