I needed a EV charger installed and I am so glad I found Moss Electric. Overall they are a great company. They are easy to work with and had excellent communication. Josh was the electrician from Moss Electric that came out and he is amazing! Kind words cannot do this young man justice. Josh is very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional. He is very timely and did an amazing job. Josh was an amazing ambassador for Moss Electric. If I had a company, I would hire him. Josh will be my go to if I have any needs in the future.

11/10 experience. Moss electric didn’t cover up the problem. They solved the problem and went beyond the bare minimum to make sure the house is safe. They never did any work without clearly explaining it (dumbing it down) and confirming it’s the route l’d like to take. They didn’t upcharge me with a ton of extra fees either. The actual bill was only 5% higher than the quote on a big job… when was the last time that ever happened to you? Moss Electric is now my go-to for any professional expertise. I had Joshua and Kenny and they did one heck of a job. Beyond grateful

We had our ceiling fan and a closet light fixture trouble shooter and replaced. Josh was excellent, great customer service, politely explained issues, fixed repairs and helped us going to home depot, purchasing replacing fixtures, and communicating with us via phone during the purchase process sharing pictures. He went over and beyond, and we appreciate him and the business for the help. His assistant Chris was great too, professional, helpful, double teaming with any tasks needed. Will be referred for sure.

I called them on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving because we were having issues with the plugs in two bedrooms. It was bad enough that I had to switch off all the bedroom plugs on our breaker. The next morning they had a technician out to the house and he tracked down and resolved the issue. It gave us tremendous peace of mind to know that was resolved before traveling for Thanksgiving.
