    Your technician arrived right on time with all the necessary materials, got straight to work and finished early. He clearly explained what he was doing and why, answered my questions, and was friendly and courteous at all times. The work he performed (installing a new dryer vent) was difficult due to a tight crawl space, but he worked quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied and highly impressed.

    I called this past Friday with an active leak and my water shut off valve broke. The customer service girl I spoke with was amazing. She did everything she could to help me and went above and beyond to be empathetic, kind, and helpful. I wish I got her name. She needs recognition. Josh H., my tech, was awesome and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He worked hard and helped me understand my options. Im a new home owner and finding someone that doesnt rip you off, is refreshing.

    We hired Lee Company for a master bathroom remodel and the Team did an amazing job. The Lee Team took care of demo of the old tub, coordinated with the tile installers, and then installed all new plumbing valves, fixtures, and new tub. We will be installing a shower enclosure next.     The service technician was so polite, so nice, and so qualified. He came when the customer service tech told me he would. He called before he came. He knew exactly what to do. He finished quickly, gave advice, and continued on what was a series of very long, hard 12-hour repair days. Again, knew what he was doing and was, to an old lady, a very nice young man.

    They showed up and got the job done in one day very friendly hard workers. We had the pleasure of Manny and his partner coming out and installing electric in our maintenance shed. These two men worked very hard and got the job done just like they said they was going to. I would highly recommend them.

    Great service. They are quick to respond to my call. The technician is very knowledgeable and explains everything that is going on during the repair. I really appreciate the information I get in explaining what is the issue for my needing to call a repairman.     Lee company did an amazing job on our AC unit. When we first moved in we had another company come out and they were quoting us very high for some simple things we called Lee Company to get a second opinion and the customer service and pricing knocked it out of the park. We waited to do the replacement until after the winter I called in to talk with the sales person who we spoke with and they had the record and Harrison came out that day. We signed some paperwork and the next day our new ac was installed! I highly recommend Lee company for your residential AC needs.

    My bathroom sink faucet kept leaking when the water was shut off at the undercabinet valve. Called Lee Company and Allen Wade came here within 2 hours. He identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. Allen was very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Lee Company!

    Brittney called me at 11 o’clock at night returning a 630 call. She was wonderful took care of the problem and sent Ben out the next morning. Ben knew his stuff and within an hour my air conditioning unit was working again. It was only 60 days old, but there was a small problem and he fixed it immediately. Good job Ben good job Brittney.

    Lee Company offers a great year round inspection service that I’m glad we subscribe to. The inspection was for our cooling systems. The technician was very thorough and when you get your follow up email. They attached pictures that you can refer to and visually see what they are describing. I would tell you to seriously consider this service. It’s worth the money and you are assured your cooling system is ready for the spring/summer.

    I cant gush enough about the service I received from Shawn Nelson at Lee Company. Shawn discovered not only that I had a frozen pipe that broke, but there was extensive damage in my guest room that I hadnt even noticed because I use that room rarely. He immediately got his contact on the phone from Serv Pro and help was on the way within hours! After the drying out process was completed, Shawn came back as promised and fixed the broken pipe within 30 minutes and left some good recommendations for prevention of this same issue in the future. I will definitely use Lee again and will recommend to all of my neighbors and friends.

    I just wanted to say that we have always had great service with Lee Company. Jared worked on our water heater and also put on a hot water booster a couple of weeks ago, which works really well. He is so nice and is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing and how it works. He has been on 2 occasions and is efficient and definitely knows what he is doing. We have been completely satisfied with his work and with him as a person. He is a valuable asset to your company. We know we can depend on Lee Company and they will be the one we call when we have a need. Just hope its not real soon!!!

    I was having a pressure issue in my house and called the Lee Co. to come out and investigate. Dan Healy and Zak Keene came and began to search for the problem. They systematically checked and eliminated each possibility until they reached the actual problem. I have had low water pressure since I moved into the house in 2017, but now have steady great pressure throughout the house. These guys are great and I thank them for all the work they did inside and out during a very hot and humid day. Dan was here before and helped me eliminate a leak in my crawlspace and the hot water heater.     Lee company had a cancelation and came out early the next morning to unclog a drain from my hvac that had put my unit on stand by.. they fixed the fail safe that had failed and caused the overflow pan to fill and shut the unit off. Excellent service as usual.

    Very impressed. They were available for next day service. The tech showed on time and spent the time diagnosing the issue and providing an accurate quote to fix. While waiting for the fix appointment, another Lee tech was at our neighbors and concerned with how our system sounded. He took the ti e to contact us and when we told him another Lee tech was coming the next day he called that tech to make sure we were getting all the service we needed. Unbelievable! Wasn’t expecting this great service from one of the bigger providers but pretty impressed!

    One day not long ago I opened my refrigerator and realized it was not working. I had just moved here and knew no one to call for help. Truthfully, I didn’t want to call a refrigerator repairman because this was a very old fridge and I knew from previous kitchen machinery mishaps that a by the time the repairman finished writing up his bill, I could have purchased a new refrigerator. So I called the Lee Company, a company that had helped me with an HVAC when I had just moved in to my new condo. They told me that they did not normally do refrigerators. It was early evening and I called many repairers. All turned me down even though it was early evening saying it was too late. Maybe tomorrow they could come and take a look. I told them I had just gone grocery shopping and I purchased a ton of frozen food!!In desperation I called the Lee Co back and told him all the rejections I had received. To make a long story short, at 6:30pm the Lee Company sent a very helpful and courteous serviceman who within four minutes found and repaired the problem. The Lee Company was simply WONDERFUL!!! I wanted to pass this on to the rest of you who are looking for a reputable, courteous, and just a very good company - call the Lee Co. They’re the BEST!!!!

    I called the Lee Company because when I was in college one student had told the class that the Lee Company was the only place hed ever go back to because it was such a great place to work. I called for a toilet issue. The knowledgeable technician came out and tried to save us money by attempting to fix it. I had a suspicion that it probably needed to be replaced. The toilet did in fact need to be replaced. The fee we paid was deducted from the service call and I have a new toilet that works great. I highly recommend this company. The technician worked very hard to save us the most money.

    We purchased an AC unit in 2019 from Lee company. last month it leaked and the ceiling collapsed in the bedroom below the unit. lee company came out THAT NIGHT to assess the issue. The supervisor came out Monday morning and took complete responsibility for everything. The install was not done correctly in 2019, so they not only RE installed and replaced the drip pan with the proper size (along with a few other fixes), but also worked around our schedules to come back and fix the ceiling.     Lee Company always comes through for us! This time our A/C went out in the middle of a hot humid spell but they were able to fit us in at the end of the workday. Our certified technician was prompt and personable and very knowledgeable. He had one of the parts we needed in his truck and was able to rig the system to operate without the second part until he could get back with it the next day, so we were cool and comfortable again by the first evening.     Very positive experience. After returning from a week long vacation to discover that our A/C was not cooling on a very hot and humid day, a distress call to Lee Company got the wheels turning to a solution. They sent a technician, Todd, who diagnosed a major problem with the compressor that they had been monitoring for a year. He serviced the system with coolant as a temporary fix and said that we would need to replace the unit as a permanent solution. He contacted a sales rep, Jeremy, who came to the house within 1/2 hour and presented options for a new unit. After making the selection and finalizing paperwork, the installation was scheduled for 2 days later. Doesn’t get much easier or better than that. Thanks Lee Company with kudos to Todd and Jeremy.

    Thank goodness for a reputable, honest, and professional company. We had an HVAC contractor come out off the Networkx app and he told us the AC blower, circuit board and capacitor was burnt up. Quoted us $520 to repair. Lee Company offered us a free second opinion, and since the other contractor needed to order parts, we said sure. THANK Goodness we did. Dillon from Lee Company was incredible. Within 10 minutes of arriving he had shown us the blower and capacitor was fully functional and just needed a circuit board. He rushed to contact their local vendor for the part at 4:55 (they closed at 5) and went through great links to get them to provide the part after hours. We were up and running and my child in a safe temperature within the hour! OH, and they did all of this for a total of $140.00.Saved $400 because of professionalism and honesty. That is why I will entrust Lee Company with any and all service in the future. Thank you Dillon and Lee Company!

    On a very hot Friday Right before the 4th of July, our air conditioning stopped working. We called Lee Co. They sent a technician out the same day. Ethan diagnosed the problem and ordered a new motor for our unit, checking the warranty which was still in force. The part would not be delivered for a day or so, but Ethan did not leave us that day until he had temporarily fixed the system so that it would provide us with cooling through the long weekend. Ethan returned after the holiday, and repaired it fully, putting in the part. He was responsive and efficient. He wore his mask to protect us, as well as his shoe covers to protect our carpet.We were so very impressed with this young technician! Lee has some fine people working for their company.we have always been very happy with their service.

A couple glitches, so thats why I knocked off one star, but overall a great experience, especially over a holiday weekend.     Plumbing inspection was done by Brad. When he walked in I just assumed he’d try and up sell me on products. Instead, he showed me step by step why the equipment in our nine-year old home was fine as is. I told him the outside faucet needed to be replaced. He looked at it and said you’re fine, no need to replace, just need a new rubber washer, went to his truck, showed me how to turn the water off at the street while I replace that washer. We talked about his background a little. At only 25-years old he has real world experience. He uses his excellent customer service skills to help people get what they want without waiting for the other shoe to drop, or “catch”. I’m 61 years old and felt like I talked with a close member of my family. Well done!

    I feel like we are frequent flyers! Another great service call from LEE Company yesterday. They worked us in when our air went out, identified the problem quickly and had us back up and going. In my opinion, a very well run, customer, friendly company.
