Out 8 year old 11KW Generac ran great for 12 solid days during and after Hurricane Helene. But after the power came on, I noticed it was not performing the weekly maintenance runs. One set of rockers was toast.Appreciate so much Stuller getting our new generator installed so quickly, especially during these trying times following Helenes devastation. Jeremy, Jason, and Greg did a very thorough and outstanding job replacing the old 11KW with the new 14KW unit. Love the Wifi feature!Big shout out to Brian and his crew!Jim Aldrich in Beaumont

I cant speak (yet) to the longevity of the system nor its reliability. What I can speak to is that working with Stuller Power Solutions has been an absolute pleasure from the first meeting with Brian, the owner, to dealing with the office staff, and to the techs that came out to my home to install and get the system up and running. (Which it is as of this afternoon.)Every single person was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, on-time and fastidious about their work (as well as cleanup).The price laid out in the proposal was the exact price paid upon finishing the job. Not a penny different.It gives one a good feeling to work with, and spend their hard earned money with good, honest professionals who do what they say they will.And so I came here to share my experience. I dont give it lightly.(Ill report back again if and when applicable.)

Recently purchase a replacement Generac generator from Stuller. We cant say enough good things about their professional staff & willingness to go the extra mile when unexpected challenges appear. Jeremy provided an estimate & explained all the questions I had. I spoke a number of times with Dawn the officer mgr. You can feel her smile over the phone, and she knows the business. Their price was much better than other quotes I obtained. Phone calls were returned promptly and they arrived when they said they would. Unfortunately thats the exception rather than the norm for many business Ive had to deal with recently. Theyre a full service business whove earned my trust and confidence right out of the gate.

After many years of dealing with power outages I decided to explore installing a generator.As a gas and plumbing contractor for over 30 years I’m extremely familiar with the process of professionalism and great customer service!The owner of the company showed up when he was supposed to be here on time and was very professional providing a quote on everything involved from the location, the KW, my budget etc.From the installers to the office staff especially Dom! Everybody did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it exactly the way they said they were going to do it and actually even a little better.My calls were always answered returned and I was treated with respect throughout the entire process.I do not easily commit to significant investments regardless of how much I want them if the professionalism of the company does not match the level of my expectations.I know a thing or two about customer service as said and this is a five-star company! Do not hire anybody else to install your generator is my personal and professional recommendation.We subcontract of the gas piping out to our gas supplier Blossman who also did a great job.Add a great equity to my house, gave me a piece of mine when the power fails and it’s also really cool to look at lol but I am a technician so there’s that.Great job team! You will be my only referral for anybody interested in installing a generator and he will be my electrician going forward indefinitely.Keep up the good work!Regards, Georg Efird

We purchased a home in NC with a 10 year old generator that had been serviced by Stuller Power. Fast forward to 3 months into home ownership and the electricity goes out due winds from Zeta at about 8am on Thursday. When the generator did not come on a call to Stuller revealed the last inspection revealed to prior homeowner the generator battery needed to be replaced. Stuller came out ASAP and replaced the generator battery and our home functioned with generator until Duke Energy got electricity restored on Sunday evening. So thankful that Stuller was willing to make an emergency service trip to replace the battery. Without electricity, which is an inconvenience, but we have NO water due to well. No water for 4 days would have been miserable. Again very thankful for Stullers help.

We have been very pleased with Stuller Power Solutions customer service. Our house is in an area that frequently loses electricity during storms, and the Generac generator that we purchased from them has worked well! The service guys that installed it were very friendly, informative, and efficient. This purchase has given us peace of mind, knowing that even in a bad storm, our well (run by electricity) will continue to pump water, our refrigerator will stay cold, and our heat and air conditioning will continue to keep our house comfortable. We love that the generator is connected to WIFI, and we receive emails telling us when it has turned on or is running a testing cycle. There is an app that we can use or we can access our account through a website in order to see the generator history. Stull Power Solutions has been wonderful to us!

They take care of all the permitting, inspections, and 3rd party contractors (if needed). Stuller Power Solutions installed my home generator system three months ago. I live in the mountains and, due to winter storm activity, there have been two power outages since the installation. As soon as the outages occurred, the generator system kicked in smoothly and operated flawlessly for both outages. During the installation of the generator system, Jeremy and Kyle (the installation crew from Stuller) were friendly, professional and customer oriented in every sense of the word. They carefully explained the system to me and gladly answered every question I asked. It was also a pleasure to deal with Brian Stuller and the office manager, Dawn Boyle, as well. First rate organization all around; They delivered what they promised and they delivered it professionally.

I had a natural gas standby generator installed for my house a month ago. After getting proposals from several different companies, I decided on Stuller because of their presentation, prior reviews, and competitive price. Brian took me through the process step by step, helped me decide how large a unit would serve my needs, and explained the options for locating the unit. He was heavily booked but gave me an installation date about 2 months away. They began work one day after the date he had given me. Every member of his crew was helpful in answering any questions I had, and in explaining any options that were available. Everyone I dealt with from Brian, Jeff (startup guru), and Mitch (Pinnacle Plumbing gas line installation) was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to reach any of them and the office staff every time I had a question. I give them my strongest recommendation.
