I had an issue with my outside plumbing line that cracked right at the outside of the foundation wall. I called Schaibles and they were able to come out the next day and inspect the line. They found the cracked pipe. I dug up the line myself to save $$ (they have excavators if needed). They were able come out a few days later and take out the old line and install new plumbing. The staff was exceptional!! Mitch and his crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves! I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. They explained what they were doing, the work was up to code and got me up and running. I’m having them come out to service my water treatment system as well. The office staff is equally as friendly and helpful. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Posted pics of before and after.

Our house needed a major furnace upgrade. We reached out to several local plumbing companies around, and after having initial conversation and estimate, Schaibles became our choice. And it was the RIGHT one!!! The technicians were terrific- Pablo and Eric are truly the best, and Dane (who came to see our old system at the first place) is such a professional and great guy.Our project was really challenging one - some of the people we contacted didn’t get back to us with that reason - but Schaibles took the job and made a ‘night-and-day’ difference. We now know where the best service and technicians are for plumbing and heating!!

Schaible’s performed plumbing work in our home for about 6 times in 2023 and 2024. They are very good at providing emergency support and doing their planned plumbing work. They also provide excellent water treatment work during their annual contract. However, they almost doubled the charges for their most recent annual water treatment contract and we declined it as too much; this is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Had an issue with our hot water heater, the tech Javier arrived well in the window time frame. Once arrived, he was transparent and provided details of the work to be done in a manner that made it easy to understand since Im not too knowledgeable when it comes to major plumbing work. Once the work was completed he gave excellent information on what work was involved, and gave direction on what to look for in the future to mitigate further issues in the long term. From the time that Adam arrived out our home he carried himself very professionally and was extremely nice. He explained in detail how he was going to install what we had requested. During the day Adam would keep me updated on what he was doing and would answer any questions that myself for my husband had. His work was very neat and clean. I hired Schaibles when I was converting from oil to gas. The women in the office were possibly the most helpful people Ive ever dealt with in my life, and the service technicians were all extremely professional and thorough. They even fixed my messed-up garden hose pipe while they were at my house, which wasnt part of the job they were there to do, but they wanted to use it to clean up after they were done working. Highly, highly recommend.

Our entire experience with Schaible’s from start to finish was a positive one. I called to get a dripping shower repaired and the office staff was pleasant and got us on the schedule quickly. The technicians were promptly on time. After examining the shower, everything seemed to be in good shape. Tim realized it could be a problem with our water pressure and he was spot on. Turns out the pressure regulator was broken and our water pressure was extremely high. He installed a new regulator and a new overflow tank on the hot water heater which was also broken. Tim was polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and did an excellent job. We are very pleased and will continue to call Schaible’s for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

We are very pleased with our new Trane central air. Brian from Schaibles expertly installed the unit, explained everything and was so helpful answering our questions. Schaibles price was reasonable and we felt it was fair, considering the parts and labor required. When work was complete the workspace was clean. Not a spec of debris left behind. Kat at the office was terrific, scheduling appointments and keeping us informed. Schaibles took care of our towns permit process, and we passed plumbing and electrical inspection without any issues. Ive already recommended Schaibles to family and friends. I would not hesitate to hire Schaibles again.

Our house was left immaculate inside and out when all the work was completed. You would not have known my front yard was dug up. If you are wondering what to expect if you call here, Ill tell you.Techs Ryan from this company, show up on time, are polite & friendly. During a Service on our boiler they noticed the settings were wrong.They diagnosed everything & simply explained what was the issue. No gimmicks, no pie charts, no soapbox. Clear answers with excellent results. What could have been an absolute nightmare calling other companies, ( who never show up) I believe Ill stick with Schaibles. They are not full of Doo Doo & prices are reasonable & fair. Tell em Jedi Sent ya.

We couldn’t have been happier with the professionalism and knowledge of this company. We have been needing a service and was having a hard time getting anyone out - my husband called them on a Friday and the appointment was set for Monday. The gentlemen that came (especially Tim) were great - walked us through everything (as it turned out we needed more than just a cleaning). They put mats down throughout the house and kept us informed of both price and things they were doing. They were prepared to fix just about anything with the parts already in the van (no waiting for them to order something).I would recommend this company 100%!!!

Our natural gas water heater failed recently and we reached out to a number of contractors for proposals / quotes - but we decided to go with Schaible’s Plumbing and Heating - for the following reasons:1 - GM Klaus was very responsive to all of my questions and provided a detailed proposal / cost estimate in a timely manner.2 - Overall cost was very competitive - when compared to other quotes.3 - Following the acceptance of quote - the hot water tank replacement was scheduled / performed the following day.4 - The two installation technicians (Dan Alpaugh and Kevin Veliz) worked well together, they answered all my questions, and the final installation was completed in a professional manner.In summary, I would recommend Schaible’s Plumbing and Heating for your natural gas water heater replacement!!!

Schaibles Plumbing and Heating sent several very talented, people to help us regarding a drain-fly infestation-which-turned-into-a-sewer-line-break problem at my home. As the on-site team, Fedi, Tim and Brandon were great. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and considerate throughout the entire HVAC cleaning and sewer line and water line repairs, and did their work quickly and efficiently, all while handling my many questions. They all cleaned up after completing their work better than any other contractor that Ive ever had come to my home. The folks from Schaibles that I did not meet- Klaus, Jamie, Amanda and Laura, among others, did their very best to advise and get us help sooner than I ever expected would be possible.I shall not be using my previous all-in-one, overpriced hvac-electric-plumbing company anymore as they simply do not compare to Schaibles. Youve got my business for good. Cant say enough great things about the services that I have used Schaibles for.Recently moved into a house where maintenance was not a priority for the previous owner.The first service provided was to get our oil fired heating system serviced. Ryan did an amazing job cleaning and tuning up our system. He has been back annually to continue the maintenance.Another call to Schaible’s for a leaking well tank. It needed an immediate replacement since we were going to be without water. Schaibles was able to provide a same day service to replace the well tank and get water flowing again.I will continue to use them for future work and ongoing maintenance.

I was getting quotes for a water main repair and the ones that I was getting where extremely expensive because they all quoted a brand new water main. They all quoted a new line since nobody knew where the leak was because there was no water puddling on the surface. Dane from Schaibles came to my house and surveyed the job and said he would prepare an estimate. The next day Dane called me because he was torn between giving a quote to replace the line or one to just repair the line. Problem was that no one knew where the leak was. Dane suggested I contact Troy from GPR One Call who are underground location experts to see if they may be able to locate it. I spoke with Troy and after speaking with him I contracted him for a small nominal fee to came to the house see if he could locate the underground leak. Troy used an extremely sensitive acoustic listening device that he placed on the ground and listened for sound activity. In about 1/2 hour he was able to localize a place where the leak may be because there was quite a bit of noise underground in one specific area. The area was also right in line with the water main to the house so I figured heres a good place to start. A re-contacted Dane who gave me a single estimate for excavating and a line fix which was 1/3 the price of the all other estimate I had gotten. When the digging started everyone was skeptical that we would find anything. As they slowly dug deeper, Eureka, water started bubbling up! Everyone was amazed that the line leak was exactly where Troy had pinpointed it. It was pretty amazing not to mention VERY cost effective. Troy did an excellent job localizing the leak. Dane did an excellent job coordinating the work and the Schaibles crew did an excellent job digging down to the leak and repairing it. I would recommend them to anyone who has a similar water main issue, or for any plumbing issue for that matter. And if Dane never recommended Troy (at no fee by the way), I probably would have been paying through the nose for an entirely new water main.

Recently had Ryan in to service our Navien boiler. Cant say enough great things about him! He was able to fix what others could not even diagnose. Came prepared with parts, was prompt, efficient, friendly, got right to work, and explained everything to us (not only what he did, but what service would be needed in the future). We are really pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him. Hes just the best!! UPDATE: Ryan came back today to replace a part that had been on order. Came on time and got the job done quickly. Seriously, if your furnace or boiler or whatever needs service, just call Schaibles and ask them to send Ryan. He has years of experience and really knows what hes doing. Hes the best. Added bonus: hes a really nice guy.

Definitely recommended for those looking for either a new installation, replacement, or maintenance with existing.

I had Bryce come to my home due to a Water Heating Issue. I can say i was very happy with his professionalism and his service. My problem was that i didnt have any hot water and i installed a new water heater 2 years ago. My own plumber recommended me to Schaibles since they are great with HVAC work themselves.Bryce came in, got right to work and found out that something must have tripped the Water Heater shutting it off. No idea newer heaters have a reset button. Im glad this was the only thing wrong. Without Bryce diagnosing this issue, i would have probably paid more if I went anywhere else. It was worth it to pay the diagnostic fee. Without that , i would have never known. Def recommend them.Also kudos to the reps there. It was quick and easy to book an appointment. They were extremely polite and willing to help . All around great service!

Water conditioner service. They installed the system 5 years ago, so I have them do the service. Theyre familiar with the equipment, they take the moving parts apart and clean them, refill and reset everything and test the water. They dont just refill the media and leave. So, while not exactly cheap, they do good work, made an appointment on short notice and they did a nice job with friendly technician. You could put the media in yourself, but youre not going to take all the moving parts apart and clean everything. The system wasnt cheap, so I look at it as protecting my investment, and I do all my maintenance in the fall so I dont have trouble in the winter, plus everyone has service specials in August. I also had them do a little plumbing while they were here (a pipe drip) which they took care of easily. Nice people.

If you are considering calling other other companies, I would not bother, call Schaibles and save yourself time & stress. They are AMAZING!!! I cant say enough good things about their team and service.Our boiler went out and we called numerous companies because we were initially told it was going to be 5-10 weeks for a part and/or new boiler to be delivered. At the end only Schaibles was able to deliver, I called 5 different companies and spent hundreds of $ just getting them to spend a few minutes looking at my boiler to tell me it was broke. One company (Reliable Plumbing and Heating, Staten Island - not so reliable but expensive rip off!!) actually charge for an estimate. He told me he was coming to give me an estimate on the heater, tapped my unit with his phone a few times, gave me an estimate that was significantly higher then Schaibles for a full replacement and then had the nerve to charge me $250 for the estimate. Didnt even walk in with tools or attempt to fix anything, literally banged on my boiler with his phone.I spoke to Tiffany who was AMAZING, she was on the phone with the manufactures to get delivery information, worked with our township to get the emergency permits. She called me when she said she would and worked her magic behind the scenes. I also cant thank Vincent, the service manager who ended up personally coming out to do the install because we were such a quick turn around. No heat or hot water for a week situation! After determining they could help, they got my order in on fri and installed on Monday! New boiler delivered and permits secured on a friday afternoon over the holidays. Unheard of!! This team is compassionate, hard working and efficient. They are my go to people and they should be yours. They saved me lots of therapy and gray hair, thank you thank you to this amazing team of people!

We highly recommend Schaibles. When our old boiler failed Schaibles helped us choose a replacement that we could later convert from oil to gas. They were consultative and not sales driven. We chose an Energy Kinetics System 2000 boiler. We contacted 5 companies and Schaibles was the most through and reasonably priced. (The county permit to run the gas took 6 months to get, which is why we had to buy an oil burning boiler and convert later). I visited the companys facility to drop off the deposit check and was impressed with what I saw there. We especially liked the fact that Schaibles had so many technicians available. The installation of the boiler went extremely smoothly and was completed in one day. The later conversion to gas was more complicated and involved getting a permit and multiple visits by the gas company, township inspectors and of course Schaibles technicians. Schaibles guided us through every step of the process. Every employee was professional, thorough and reliable. We are very happy with our decision to choose Schaibles and Energy Kinetics. We would recommend both to our friends.

We had purchased a new fancy Thermidorian professional stove. Didn’t realize that the new pro stoves have a specific clearance in the back for the gas line. If its too high out of the floor, the stove wont be able to be pushed back against the wall. That was the situation with ours. The gas line needed to be reduced. We have relied on Schlage for out heating and air in the past and decided to give them a call. To gentlemen came out, they were on time, polite, they immediately put on booties before entering the house. They assessed the situation and recommended a fix that would cost less than was estimated. They were very meticulous with their work, put blankets down, cleaned up the pipe from any residual paste, checked for leaks, picked up any debris on the floor, checked all of the gas connections/pilot lights through out the house (since they turned off the gas to work on the pipe) too ensure they were all working. They were very careful with our new stove as well. I cant speak highly enough about these folks. I highly recommend them and will have them back for more work in the future.

Schaibles Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job on our whole plumbing system replacement. Our house is older, and we knew the time would come when all the plumbing would need to be replaced. Schaibles came in, quoted us and got the job done. They were extremely punctual (several appointments due to the size of the job, each one here exactly on time) and professional. They managed to figure out a plumbing issue we had with an upstairs shower that eluded several other plumbing companies, and did it without tearing up walls and making us redo the bathroom. They cleaned up when they were done and I couldnt be happier with the results.

On March 21, 2023, had to replace a very old bathroom 2-valves shower handle, shower arm and shower head, which required access through a wooden wall panel that was glued to the sheetrock.The scout Technician was very personable, prompt, and professional. He measured and scoped-out the job and called the second Technician who came with the new 1-valve shower handle and replacement parts.The second Technician made a very neat, clean cut through the glued wooden panel and sheetrock to gain access to the pipes. The pipes were cut, old fixture was removed and replaced, and the wooden panel was put back in place. It was not an easy job, the job consisted of paneling and plumbing.The second Technician was also very professional, personable and has a passion for his profession.I will gladly use their services again.

There are not enough categories!......Our most recent encounter was to repair a burst pipe and replace some valves. We have used Schiables for many years....at least 20. They have never disappointed with their response, knowledge, courtesy and can do attitude. They obviously are well trained professionals led by people who care about their customers.....Now time for Jane Andresens two cents! I would never call anyone else but Claus/Schiables. Thanks to Claus charm I was able to convince my husband to have him install an all house generator after Hurricane Sandy....something I had asked for many times in the past...to no avail.... and which gives us great comfort. You have so many wonderful service people who weve gotten to know and love. You have all been so nice to us. They all seem happy to come here. Claus will always be our guardian angel....He has never failed to make things happen for us....even on short notice. He is kind, caring and feisty....just like me!....That is why I love him! When I turned my air conditioner on for the first time this year, I found that the compressor was not running and it did not cool my house. I have always used Schaibles for my HVAC and water conditioner servicing, and I immediately gave them a call. After all, they had installed all of my equipment when my home was built in 2000, and they had always done outstanding work. Fearing that I would need to replace my 15 year old A/C, I let their technician, Rob Price, into my home. Within minutes, Rob told me the compressor was good, I had no leaks, and that he suspected a broken wire in my furnace where the A/C controls were located. He removed the access door to the furnace and there it was, a very thin wire hanging loose from its connector. In less than 10 minutes, Rob had diagnosed my problem and had my air conditioner running like new. Schaibles is a very ethical company with top notch technicians and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service.

Ryan found the underlying issue with our system in 15 minutes, that other companies failed to find after years of servicing our cooling system. He was able to solve the problem that same night.
