Quick, professional, and very friendly. They provide fair estimates and do outstanding work. Ive used them for HVAC and plumbing services. I will absolutely go to them for my HVAC and plumbing needs.So the pros at Atlantic plumbing, heating and air conditioning replaced a toilet and redid the washing machine hookups for me. I am completely amazed at how clean and professional their work was. They took a sketchy and dated setup and completely revamped everything to comply with modern day regulations. This house was built in the 60s and they absolutely nailed it with their professionalism and ruthless efficiency in completing both tasks. They were on site for less than 4 hours. During the 4 hours, they replaced a toilet and redid all the lines for the washing machine hook up. All I can think of is ruthless efficiency. I am beyond impressed and I wholeheartedly recommend Atlantic to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing resources. Ive attached before and after pictures highlighting the dismal state of my washing machine hookup and the toilet compared to what they installed. I am absolutely amazed at the professional installation and phenomenal execution.

They are the only ones I will call for plumbing work. Fast, reasonable and top notch quality work. I recommend them to everyone. A+Update: The house we bought had some severe piping issues and we needed to have all of the original cast iron piping gutted and replaced with PVC. Josh and Shorty were A+! It was a huge job that took 5 days to complete. The work was well explained, thoughtfully executed and we were never without a bathroom to use during the process. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly after each work day, even mopping the floors. They stayed on budget and did phenomenal work. I cannot say enough good things about them. The service managers were good to work with as well.

My parents have used Atlantic for years, and have always been satisfied. Based on that I contacted them this past Saturday when I discovered my water heater was leaking. I was very concerned, since my water heater is located in my attic and any water damage coming from the attic could potentially cause major damage to my ceilings, drywall, etc. Trevor came out and determined there was a leak at the top, where the pipe connects to the heater, and that the drainpipe was disconnected, which was causing the water to go outside the drain pan. He was able to stabilize the problem until a new heater could be ordered and installed. Josh and Junior came today to install the heater. They asked about coming a little earlier than scheduled, which was great. With it being summer time and them having to work in the attic I was glad they could start as early in the day as possible. Having to hoist a water heater into the attic (on the third floor no less) can’t be an easy job. Nevertheless, they were both very professional, pleasant and friendly. I’m satisfied with the work done, and now have the peace of mind of having a new water heater. I’ll definitely contact Atlantic with any HVAC/plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

After experiencing moisture damage to our ceilings during a recent hot spell, we contacted the company that installed our A/C 14 years ago (NOT ATLANTIC!), which was unable to tell us why our ductwork was soaked. We called Atlantic P&H to see if we could get a diagnosis. They were able to respond within 2 days! Atlantics tech Terry was at our home for more than 3 hours and was very knowledgeable and found that our current unit was improperly installed 14 years ago. Long story short, our A/C has to be replaced and we have to have ceilings in 3 rooms repaired/replaced. Having used Atlantic for 2 recent jobs on other properties and been very satisfied, they are doing this work as well. They are prompt, experienced professionals who stand behind their work. Kudos to Terry for saving us from what would have been a recurring issue with moisture damage!

Ultimately, we did not fix the problem, as breaking the drywall would be necessary for that. Joe explained that if we go this route, we should get a contractor to open and close the wall, while Atlantic would address the plumbing issue when pipes are visible.

Updated Review-After miscommunication about what exactly a free estimate we received an apology. It was appreciated. So our A/C unit was pretty old and we could have did a quick fix for about 800 bucks but we decide to just replace everything. They worked fast and professionally. Had an excellent first experience with Atlantic Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.! The company came as a recommendation from a friend. My AC unit quit cooling Tuesday June 25th, 2024. They fixed it the next day! From the first call this morning, I felt like I was going to have my problem taken care of quickly and efficiently. Time slot was 9am-12pm. They showed up at 10:30am. Diagnosed the issue and had it cooling quickly. I also, at that time, and with speaking to the tech, decided to join the Discount Club and get the unit serviced today in addition to the repair. That gave me a 20% discount overall and I will look forward to them servicing it in the fall. First on my list of recommendations if anyone asks for HAVC service! Thanks!

11/3/2024: I had another great experience using Atlantic Plumbing HVAC this week. I contacted Atlantic Plumbing about a week ago after I had discovered a crack starting in the copper sewer drain pipe under the crawl space of my home. I made an appointment to have it looked at to see what my options might be. I could have had just a small section of the copper pipe removed and repaired, but decided since our brick rancher was built in 1964, that all of my copper drain pipes had seen their better days and selected to have them all changed out with PVC pipe. The cost to have what was needed to be done was $8,750, and it was worth every penny. Heres a few photos, showing some of the copper drain pipes that were removed, and the new PVC drains installed.The Atlantic Plumbing HVAC workers that came out to our home were Josh P. and Junior A. They did a great job. They changed out all my copper drain lines running between my washing machine, my kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower and toilet. Its a lot of work to under a crawl space for two days, lying on your side as you remove old plumbing and install all new stuff. They both worked non-stop and earned every dollar for the work they did. This was my first time meeting Josh and Junior and I found them both friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also answered the many questions I had and explained the process that this type of job required. After the job was done, they removed all the old copper piping and left no mess. I enjoyed talking to both of them and hope I deal with them again. Our little Yorkie, Tiger, usually barks at anyone who walks down the sidewalk in front of our house, and goes even crazier if they get close to our gate or front door. But this time Tiger did real good and didnt make a sound the whole time Josh and Junior worked in our home. I think dogs have a good sense of ones character which says something to me about these two guy the way he behaved. My wife and I were a little concerned how Tiger would be for the couple of days they were here, but it all worked out good and we were able to relax even better then we had expected. Thanks again guys for helping make one of my long time dreams come true while you were here.This is my 3rd time this year using Atlantic Plumbing at my home. The first time was back in March when I had a new 40 gallon Bradford White water heater installed. The 2nd time was for yearly scheduled maintenance on our HVAC gas pack, and this week having all the copper drain pipes replaced under the house. Each time, my wife and I have been 100% satisfied with the work performed. If I had to use one word to describe the quality of work that Atlantic Plumbing performs it would have to be Outstanding. From the girls who take the phone calls for service and do the scheduling, to the workers who perform the various jobs, this company is top notch. I have dealt with a lot of home improvement and repair companies over my 41 years as a homeowner and my experience with dealing with Atlantic Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been the best. Trevor has extensive knowledge in HVAC and electrical systems and with his military experience was able to connect with me on a personal level (Im an Army vet now working for USAF). AC went out at our rental property and after getting blown off by the home warranty company technicians that kept canceling appointments for over 2 weeks and finally came out to diagnose and still require another appointment to repair the issue and rather than the 8th bandaid, decided to replace the whole system. Initially almost went with the company home warranty sent out, but after little research, I couldnt find many reviews on that company, and the ones I did were not good, not to mention they were not accredited with the BBB. So I decided to get a quote with Atlantic. I definitely paid more, but I got items that were not going be replaced by the other company and a unit appropriate for the house. After making the call to Atlantic, I was quickly connected with Tom the owner and had nothing but professional and expeditious service. I live out of state and feel very comfortable with choosing Atlantic for replacing my HVAC, knowing they stand behind their quality. Its only been 1 day, tenant says system is working great. So there is definitely time to pass to see overall, but even then I still feel great knowing Atlantic will be there to stand behind the products. They also did my hot water heater in like 2016. I will continue to reach out to Atlantic For my plumbing and HVAC issues.

I had Atlantic Plumbing replace my old Central Air unit with a 14 Seer HVAC Package. I was very pleased with the work and impressed by the sheet metal work at the base giving it a very clean look. I had some questions about the installation. They sent a technician out the next day and now all is well.

Got our heat pack checked for the upcoming winter. Technicians arrived on time, checked and cleaned our system (its outside and leaves will collect inside) and spent the time to discuss any potential problems that might appear in the future. I would recommend Atlantic to everyone.

I messaged the company on a Sunday night about a leak in my laundry (on 2nd floor) and One of the assistance message me back in 10 minutes seeing if it was an emergency or if you could wait till the morning I said I could wait to the morning and they would call me at 8 AM. Unfortunately he copied my number down wrong so I didn’t get a phone call but when I called him at nine they were very apologetic and said they would have somebody out today. Dave and Jordan arrived And were extremely polite and got right to inspecting for location of the leak. Leak was isolated and all repairs made in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Price for repairs was very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to any friends in the area.

We contacted them for a possible leaking pipe. The plumber came out in a timely manner, however, after cutting 4 holes in the wall was unable to locate the leak. He said the washer was leaking which ended up not being the case. We called for him to return and was told they didnt have anything for 2 day which I didnt understand because they advertise 24/7 service and obviously obviously missed something the first time. We ended up calling a different plumbing company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The pipe that was leaking was going into the floor so there was no need to have cut the wall and exposed the pipes which will be an additional expense to fix. Poor customer service.Jordan reached out to me and quickly resolved the situation by offering a refund of the diagnostic charge which was satisfactory to me. I appreciate his follow up and willingness to resolve the issue.
