    Adam Subervi with Heritage Home Service was excellent to work with!Phone technicians were fast, friendly, and professional. 10 minutes hadnt even passed when someone from the local office was calling me to set up a time frame for a technician and diagnostics.Adam showed up earlier than the initial time frame. (Not worried about him arriving earlier than anticipated, we were without heat.) I was sent a text to expect a technician in 30 minutes and a picture of who would be arriving. That is an important safety feature. Adam was quick with diagnostic, personable, professional, and well mannered.We are grateful for his knowledge of boilers!!     Heritageā€™s response to my lack of hot water on a holiday week was very quick. They sent a project manager Joshua out early in the day to asset what needed to be done. The option I chose was to replace the 12 year old system. He suggested I might want to consider a 40 gallon verses a 50gallon tank. This helped to save me some money. Josh was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend both him and Heritage. The new tank will be replaced either today or tomorrow. Excellent service.

    The gentlemen who came to my house (Salvatore and I canā€™t remember the other name) were excellent today. They came to assess two plumbing issues for me. They were punctual, knowledgeable, kept me informed every step of the way, and provided several options for each issue depending on what was more affordable for me. This was my first time having Heritage come to my house and I was very pleased. I look forward to having them back to complete the work!

    Had a new system installed 5 years ago from a contractor. Constant issues replacing pumps. They sent 3 of their top technical people to solve an ongoing issue and spent 3 hours reprogramming my boiler to fix the it. I would recommend Heritage to fix the problems of anyone else. Really appreciate the work they put in to make things work correctly.

    I called first thing in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day as I called to come give me a quote on 100 amp panel change out with meter and new wiring, the technician was very informative, and had very good suggestions on on what to do and what to make better for my current electrical situation, having water coming into my electrical panel and how to prevent it so itā€™ll never happen again in the future. The day of the work was being done both technicians answered all my questions, and while working diligently to accomplish 100 amp service change out, they didnā€™t just label the panel inside. They also labeled the wires going in to the panel numbered them so theyā€™ll be able to track anything outside the panel without having to take the cover off of and work that way which I was very impressed with that work. iā€™d highly recommend them to anyone on that needs to get electrical work done or any work done to their house. The pictures are after and before what my panel looked like I put the water coming into it and what heritage home services accomplished after the work was done.

He showed me a part that needed to be replaced and how I could keep the heat going if it stopped again. He was great and I was grateful! He even found something that was not directly related to this service call issue but something that also needs to be done to prevent damage to the combi unit and suggested and is going to the correction.     I recently had an air conditioner installed in my home and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The installation was completed just in time before my baby was due to come home from the hospital, and I couldnt be happier. Rich Carmichael walked us through all of our options and took the time to answer all of our questions.The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and efficient. The team arrived promptly on the scheduled day, bringing all the necessary equipment and materials. They were highly professional and respectful, taking utmost care in ensuring that the installation was done properly.Not only did they install the air conditioner quickly, they also took the time to explain its functions and provide some helpful tips for optimal usage.     We had a whole house filtration system installed by Heritage. Chris, our technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home. He was focused and creative while installing the system in a tight place. The finished install looks like a masterpiece! Our entire experience from the assessment/proposal with Josh through the install with Chris was stress-free as was our interaction with the front office. We now have great water. Thank you Heritage!11/29/2024, We had our gas furnace serviced for preventive maintenance by George from Heritage. He was neat, responsible and very knowledgeable. He explained how this particular furnace worked as he was servicing it. A good experience and we will definitely have them continue keeping our system in good shape.

    I was extremely impressed with Joshuaā€™s substantial people skills and self motivation. He diagnosed the issues with the hot water tank and had great follow through with scheduling the required repairs within 24 hours.     Had a rather complicated and mysterious issue with a mini split after installation. It took a lot of troubleshooting and visits but eventually we were able to solve the problem. While we ran down some rabbit holes that were dead ends the techs and staff at Heritage were reasonable, respectful, and responsive.Mistakes happen and sometimes a unit might be a lemon but response is what is important when these things happen. This experience confirmed for me that Heritage remains one of the best in the business and I will continue working with them.

    WOW ~ this company is ā€œamazingā€.From the moment I called , spoke to McKayla to book a cleaning I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. I had the appointment in less than a week.The Service Techs arrived and went into explicit detail of what they were going to do . Both Steve and Kevin are a great face to the customer for Heritage. So warm and friendly and their teamwork was greatly in sync.They completed the job and eliminated the problem. They took pictures and documented the work. They are truly professional in their appearance and presentation to the customer. Included email pdfs of future items to consider along s todays invoice copy.I do have a question on the 20 point inspection report sheet for my furnance. All greens but for item 10. Check return air filter.that was red. What does that mean? I need to have that looked into further?

    Heritage came through for me when I needed it and Jason is a Pro! They offered me same day service because I was without heat, although I opted for next day because I was out of town when I called. Jason is experienced and easy to talk to and he explained everything he was doing. I have a 30 year old McLain boiler and he picked up the parts right away and had it running again within a few hours. They took 10% off right away for their service program and I didnā€™t even flinch at the bill I was just glad it was taken care of so quickly! Iā€™ve had two other companies and multiple technicians look at this and none of them even came close to explaining what I needed clearly like Jason did. Hopefully I wonā€™t need any service again for a while but if I do it is definitely Heritage Iā€™m calling. Thanks very much, I am now ready for another winter!

    Just had a brand well pump, pressure tank and switch installed. Derek Schmidt did a fantastic job. Not only was he on time each day but he worked by himself on a two person job and still managed to get it done with an above and beyond work ethic, professionalism and integrity. 6 out of 5 stars given!!!!

    Jason the technician took the time to explain everything that was needed from my mother-in-lawā€˜s air conditioning units that stopped working when the parts came in. He showed up on a Friday and spent the entire day working on the units. It was well after 6 oā€™clock before he left he couldā€™ve left us high and dry for the weekend or hot and dry for the weekend, but stayed to make sure the units were working he worked neatly and was willing to take the time to explain things to me as he went while I found the people who answer the phone are problem solvers they work very hard at making sure everything is correct and if it isnā€™t they will fix it.The technicians are very polite, knowledgeable, and willing to put in the extra work to make sure things are working and youā€™re happy. Heritage home service is a service we will be using from now on you donā€™t have to worry about letting them into your home as a stay at home mom Jason made me feel safe and my concerns were heard. He did have more work to do when he finished fixing my mother-in-lawā€˜s air conditioning unit, but it was after six and I sent him home. He was willing to stay, but it was after six on a Friday night . I promise you, you will love the technicians

    Our service technician, Paul Verrill, arrived at the scheduled time to service our furnace and everything connected to it. He was on time, kind, respectful and explained what needed to be performed (and/or replaced) beforehand. Further, he explained about the levels of service, service with membership, etc. We have always had excellent service from Heritage technicians and Paul was OUTSTANDING! I hope they send him here next year for our next service.

I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good HVAC service technician.     The whole crew at Heritage was outstanding. They went out of their way to protect the wood floors and carpet from damage by placing tarps down. They explained in detail about the system and what to expect. They also went out of their way to make friends and calm our dogs who were a little upset that strangers were in their house. They all did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely use them again for future projects and recommend them highly to anyone who is having work done. They replaced our oil heater and brought everything up to current code.

    We needed a new furnace, hot water heater, and oil tank. We called Heritage when our regular servicing company couldnā€™t turn around a quote. I am so glad we called them, they had someone out to quote and the install done in about three weeks start to finish. Their communication was incredible and when they came across some unexpected issues with the radiant floor already installed in the house they handled it well and gave us options to resolve the issue and the costs right away. They even over delivered with some of the additional costs coming in lower than quoted. From the service center, to sales, service/install folks I only experienced great service with them.

    Chris Argue was absolutely fabulous! He took his time and figured out exactly what the problem was. He showed me exactly what he was going to do.     Very professional repair work. We had a blocked drain and they replaced about 25 ft of pipe without making any mess. Price was reasonable. The plumber who attended, Isles, explained everything very clearly before starting. Would definitely recommend.

    I had a home emergency as a new home owner and Heritage was the only business to live up to the name 24/7 service. I called multiple businesss with the 24/7 7 days a week claim only to be turned down Everytime, but not Heritage. They got a professional out to see me in less than an hour and the guy who they sent was incredible at his job. He was polite friendly and he helped teach me a couple things about my home while fixing my problem at the same time. His name is Isles and he is a great employee who knows what he is doing.     It was two hours from first call to fix! Tom was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He called to let us know when heā€™d arrive, and was here on time. He found the issue with our AC right away and finished the job in under an hour. Heritage will definitely be our go to for any issues in the future.

    The Team that installed my Mini split system were great. Personable, walked me through everything, respected my area and did a great job.I had 4 techs at my house and all of the mentioned they liked working for the company with no complaints. That tells you the higher ups make them feel appreciated which I respect.The Sales Pitch.Jonathan was great. He treated me well and was honest, told me the job would not be cheap, but he would do his best to get were I needed to be. He was not trying to force the most expensive products on to me like most. He took his time to listen to my needs and then went through everything he thought would be the best option.This is to customers. From what I see this company invest in their people. Do not be overwhelmed if you see 3 people come to your house to do a quote, some are learning just starting and others are watching to provide feedback. This is great. If your looking to get work done on your house these guys are great. Dont be a Karen and complain about every little thing.Some feedbackI would say respect the techs, they are working in the grind. If something may take them an extra 30 mins its probably because the customer is talking their ear off.One thing I noticed the techs ran into was not having all the correct parts on hand either, suppler did not give the correct items ordered. That added unexpected time to the job.Overall great experience.

    We needed to get our sump pit enlarged and deepened for our new sump pump system (primary and a batter backup pump). Somehow nobody would take the job due to our house having a radon system installed in the sump pit but Heritage was able to get it doneWe had the pleasure of having Isles M and Brendan P as our installer. They worked quickly and were very professional throughout the whole install. They wore their shoe covers when they came into the house, laid a dropcloths on my basement floor and kept everything clean and tidy during and after the install. They were such an awesome team. I was happy with the craftsmanship and could not recommend them enough. 10/10

Despite reaching out to multiple plumbing companies claiming to offer emergency service, Heritage was the only one who returned my call for help. Derek was in touch with us quickly and walked us through turning off the water via FaceTime. He then came out and fixed the problem within the hour so we had water back on that evening.     The technician, Ryan Boulanger, did a great job with the repair of our A/C unit. There is excellent communication regarding scheduling for service, Heritage sent a technician to our house within a day to determine the problem. Parts were ordered and repair was complete within a week and our A/C has never worked better. The technicians are very pleasant and answer all of our questions. Our only criticism is that services are expensive. We have used Heritage before to install a panel for our generator and again did an excellent job. I guess as long as the quality of the services remain excellent, it is worth the cost.

    Thursday was the hottest day since we had purchased our AC equipment from Heritage last year. We were happy that we had gone forward with adding the Ac , but as the day wore on, the AC didnt seem to be working. That was very disappointing considering the heat of the day. We called Heritage, and even though it was quite late in the day, you sent Jason Gilligan over to take a look. He inspected everything very carefully, and explained why we werent getting the comfort for which we were hoping. The problem was not with your equipment, but with the way in which we were using it. His explanation was very logical and clear, and we appreciated his patience with our many questions.. The only sceptic was me . I have no mechanical background, and I didnt trust what Jason was telling me. I challenged him in a less than polite manner. Nevertheless he was polite in answering all my concerns. Even though I was distrusting, I followed Jasons instructions., and sure enough I had a cool and restful sleep.     Ive been a customer @ 25 years and the PM call for heat and air turned into a unplanned disaster for me as the tech forgot to attach a wire on my AC unit and fried it.Since it was blowing hot air I called an an emergency tech responded but he created more issues and never diagnosed the unit was fried.I was told to wait til morning before I turned it on as it was overheated and when i did, hot air.The third tech, Ryan, was amazing. He immediately checked the fuses and found it was blown. He then noted the capacitor #2 tech installed was never connected. He then determined the unit WAS fried and would not cool off as tech #2 said.I had to purchase a new unit and Ryan ensured I was given some credits because of the error.After install I noted the unit was not blowing as cold as it should and there was a vibration.Ryan responded and found the unit was not level and more puron had to be added.Ryan is the janitor, cleaning up others messes! The initial issue was an accident which was compounded by tech #2 basically, blowing me off as it was obvious he didnt want to be fixing issues created by another.Ryan is an asset to Heritage . His knowledge, demeanor, professionalism,communication skills and personality are why I stay with Heritage.Tech #1 gets a 4Tech #2 gets a ZEROAnd Tech #3, Ryan, gets a 5.

    I had some water leaking from the emergency shutoff switch under my mini split, Daniel Murphy responded and diagnosed the issue and was able to make a repair to where the unit was safe to use. He explained that further work was needed and set me up with another appointment. This was all covered under my manufacturer warranty as I purchased my splits through Heritage. They took care of the paperwork and I was advised there was no charge. Love this company and Daniel was awesome.

    Itā€™s my first using Heritage. I was so impressed I bought their Home Advantage Membership for preventative maintenance reminders and discounts on future service. Jason asked all the right questions to fully understand my concerns. He thoroughly inspected each issue. While explaining his findings, he told me what was happening, why it was happening, and then provided easy to understand options to alleviate each problem. His follow-up was comprehensive, prompt and estimates were reasonable.     When my AC unit suddenly stopped working and itā€™s 100 degrees outside and itā€™s after normal working hoursā€¦ itā€™s great to be working with an HVAC company that cares. Heritageā€™s emergency response team really came through. Not only was the call center rep fantastic but having a technician call and show up at my house within a few hours was amazing. I canā€™t say enough good things about my technician Ryan Boulanger, not only was he determined to find and fix the root cause of the problem, but he worked in poor light, battling mosquitoes, explaining everything along the way, and keeping me from freaking out. This is why I will continue to use Heritage home services. What a great company, what great technicians. Thank you!!
