*Updated*After calling for an update we were scheduled to have our toilet top fixed. We were told they couldn’t order just the top so our entire toilet had to be replaced. Everyone I had talked to was super nice and helpful. Thomas was our tech and he did a great job. This is how you handle customer service properly, I really do appreciate the efforts to fix mistakes and own up to them as well. Just based on the customer service alone I’d recommend this company.Do not schedule them for anything. It cost us $500 for a clogged system and we had nothing fixed and our toilet head is cracked. They didn’t tell us so now we’re down more money. Literally go anywhere else.

I had my annual HVAC inspection and Michael and Son sent out a great tech named Jeremy G. He took his time and went over things that we need to keep our unit running longer. We called today and they sent a tech today. You would have thought Jeremy knew he was scheduled for us because he was not upset that we took more of his time today. He could have checked the unit and went on but he cared. It was up to us to get it done and when we said go ahead, he kept a smile on his face.😊It is nice to receive great customer service. These days, that is hard to get. We were truly blessed today. Had a few laughs too. Can you send him every time? I know that can’t happen but wouldn’t mind if it did. Thanks, Jeremy and thanks Michael and Son for your service. Michael and Son, he is a keeper!!!

Jeremy was amazing and went above and beyond, conferencing my husband and I in on the phone to let us know what the issue was. Ultimately, the unit was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. We received excellent service and Jeremy was one of the most pleasant and professional people Ive ever dealt with. Excellent customer service provided by the technician, Dominique. Called and got a same day appointment which speaks volume in todays world. He arrived on time and accessed what needed to be done with the electrical shortage that needed repairing. He came back on the scheduled day and time and took his time to complete the job. I called in to the office to inquire about the receipt and spoke with a supervisor and he explained the charges and the warranty. This was my sisters house and I just needed to understand and make sure what services she paid was completed and the price was correct. They gave a senior citizen discount which helped and I would gladly recommend Michael and Sons to others.

Originally I left a one star review but Andrew reached out to me today and explained everything to me, came to my house to remove the staples left and the plastic sheeting that was left.They honestly were great except in the end. But I was told the guy who came was newer and it was his first job alone without training. Which explains the concerns I had. Everyone has to learn and start somewhere.The company was great and fixed our issue with our leaking toilet. They came out after another company canceled on us because we missed a call by 2 minutes. They came out a couple days after our call, got us a plumbing quote from Seth who was great. Then we had mitigation done with them and Andrew was so helpful in explaining the process, helping start an insurance claim& answering my million questions.I definitely recommend using the company for any hvac needs.

They didnt show up at the two hour time frame that we agreed on. The contractors really do take pride in their work though. I called to get my heat repaired and I was having issues with my circuit breaker constantly tripping. Leon, Matt and Ryan were great! They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.-Matt was my HVAC technician. He fixed my furnace in a matter of ten to fifteen minutes! Which was amazing after not having heat last winter because another company red taped it saying I needed a new furnace which was not the case at all.-Leon was my electrician. He quickly found my circuit breaker needed to be upgraded because it was too small for the house. He also found my switches and outlets were originally put in with a cut corner method of back poking. He taught me about why that could be hazardous and I had them all redone to have it done correctly. Leon and Ryan had the whole house done in a day! Thank God I did, with a baby girl on the way I wanted a safe home. He pulled two switches that were melted from arching trying to make a connection, which could have started a fire.Thank you all, I am very happy with everything you have done. No issues since! I will call Michael and sons when I plan on getting some plumbing issues fixed.

Had to have my A.C. lookes at because it is only June and I am melting in my home. Vinny informed me and showed that the cost to repair my unit would be more than the units worth. He also went over all my options with me and when I informed him of my situation he helped me find the best option to fit my budget. They provide a same as cash financing program so it all worked out and they provided me a window unit to use until they can come install my new unit in two days. (Pretty good turn around.) Ask for Vinny for A.C. and Grant for plumbing. They helped me and were both knowledgeable, understanding, and professional.

I bought my first house recently. Unfortunately it came with a nonopperable AC unit that was 20 years old. I called Micheal & Son back in February to get it fixed so I can get ahead of the summer rush. They booked me the next day at a time convenient to my schedule and showed up on time with no wait! The technician Vinnie was clean and professional. After diagnosing what was wrong with my system, he explained it in terms I could understand and let me know I would need a new system. That same day the Hampton manager Curry personally came to my house to do the estimate on my system and climbed into my 20 degree attic to evaluate the situation. He let me know I would need a new system as soon as possible and gave me finance options so I wouldnt have to pay for it all upfront!!! I cant thank them enough for how timely and proffesional they all were. I now only recommend Michael & Son to my friends, family, and co-workers! It is now June and my AC unit is running strong on these 100 degree days , and this is coming from a person who keeps their home like Antarctica!
