    UPDATE:An employee at Geerts contacted us (Yes, I said they contacted us - stay with me it gets even better). There was some miscommunication as to what services were completed by their service tech so they adjusted the billed amount and then sent us a check refunding over half the amount we paid!Finding a company that is this honorable is rare to say the least - we will be using them again if we are ever in need and we will be recommending them to anyone that needs their services.Thank you for proving that great customer service and satisfaction is a top priority at Geerts Plumbing & Heating.On a side note - we replaced the sewer line that was broke and all has been fine since.Very Satisfied & Amazed Customers,Carey & JasonWe had an issue at our rental house and my husband and I were at the hospital in Rochester. The issue we explained to them entailed sewer coming up through the shower and water flowing into the basement anytime they ran water. We called Geerts and they came the same day, which was great; however, they were unable to fix the issue.They required payment at the time of service which was fine and they were willing to take a credit card over the phone once the work was completed since we did not think we would be back in time to give them a check. On our way back from Rochester we received a call from the Geerts employee stating that there was a broken sewer line and that was something they could not fix. Since we were almost back from Rochester we stopped at our rental to pay them. They were very friendly and called their office to get the total owed. When he told me it was $469.47, I was kind of shocked, but figured it was what it was so I paid them.About an hour or so later our renter sent me a text with pictures of all the standing water in the basement. I told her that it was not fixed and that she could not run water, take showers, or flush the toilet. She said yes I know, I was here when the plumber came. I asked, So why is there so much water in the basement? She said, The plumbers kept running water trying to figure out what was wrong. Needless to say I was not happy! We told them what happens when water is ran. So not only were they unable to fix it, they added to the issue by flooding the basement THEN charged us almost $500 for it, and left!Very disappointing - not that they could not fix it but the mess they left and the amount they charged to make it.

    This is not the first time Dwight as been to my home. Once again he provided exceptional and professional service. After assessing the issue, he explained what was needed and my options. We agreed on a plan and the young man went to work while I watched football. In a surprisingly short time he completed the service and left his work areas cleaner than when he arrived.     Our furnace was not working right and when we called Geerts Plumbing and Heating there was someone at our in less than 1 hour. Dwight called to let us know he was on his way. He looked over our furnace and it seemed to be working okay. We let it run for awhile and then he came back to follow up. Dwight was able to have our furnace working by the time he left.

    Jesse did a great job fixing an issue with a zone valve. Very friendly, didn’t take long to fix the issue always happy with his work. He leaves a detailed note to explain the issue if he didn’t have a chance to talk to me. Great young employee that Geerts Plumbing is fortunate to have on your team.

    We called on Friday and the technician was at our house promptly that same day. Dwight was attentive to our concerns and fixed our furnace quickly. Also did a yearly furnace inspection while he was here. Highly recommend their quick efficient work!

    In the last year we have replaced a Geo furnace, rebuilt an iron filter and Installed a floor heat boiler all work done by Geerts Plb.DJ was lead on most projects, Steve handled the Iron filter and Jesse, Justin and Dwight worked on new construction. This all happens because of Adam and Lisa.I would not have them here if I didn’t think the were the best! They are great people who care.

    New Furnance- Steve and his team did a nice job through the whole process. I received several bids and he provided me with the most information to help make my choice. Once the furnace arrived they did a great job with the installation and clean up. He also spent time explaining the features of the unit and what to expect.A few days after the install I received all of the information about rebates and notes on the steps I needed to take to obtain them. I will definitely be using Geerts for my futures needs.

DJ came to our home within 10-15 minutes and also notified Dan from Black Hills Energy, who responded promptly and did awesome as well! They searched for the source of carbon monoxide in our home and DJ & Avery had a new water heater replaced (after hours) in our home within 3 hrs after finding the source. These guys are true life savers and we so appreciate them all being on call 24 hrs a day 365 days a year to take care of us and our community!     DJ put in a mini split for us and did an excellent job. After he was complete, everything was cleaned up and everything worked great!!

    Called today because I had water in my basement. Justin and Avery came within a few hours. The were very thorough, taking the time to show me with a camera what they found.
