Had a gas boiler/heat problem on a Sunday morning. The HVAC specialist was prompt, efficient and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem, got the system up and running in no time and ordered the new parts to install the next day. Love them!

If I could give APH 10 stars, I would! Brian and Todd are great, they were extremely courteous and accommodating. And Alex was awesome!! He replaced and installed my new ptac unit. He was extremely professional, efficient, detailed, and thorough. He really did an amazing job, and I am so impressed and appreciative of his workmanship. I could not be any happier right now, thank you APH and Alex!!!

Phenomenal customer service! My family has used APH for years and I can’t praise this team enough. Over the weekend I had an issue with my water heater; Rob was very informative and gave exceptional customer service experience on a day off. Nate was extremely thorough with his work and made sure any other needs were met while completing maintenance. The team was responsive and very professional. As always I will keep referring to this company.

Nate came to check out a central AC unit that was not working properly for 4 years. I rent a townhouse and the landlord had other well known HVAC companies come - and go - they never properly assessed the unit or fixed it. First time Nate walks in, hears our concerns and history of the unit and who tried to fix it - he was patient and listened throughly. He had the knowledge and integrity to say the unit was obsolete and could not be fixed, etc. Finally someone was going to do the right thing and it was Nate! He came another time to install the new unit. He was knowledgeable, clean, respectful, transparent/honest, pleasant, reliable - I cannot say enough positive things. And the unit runs smoothly, strong, consistent, quietly and is the most comfortable cool air supply we have experienced. We are grateful!

Great service and fair pricing. Our water heater died on Sunday, I spoke with Todd at APH that afternoon and sent him some pictures of the broken unit. He had a crew out Tuesday morning and they got the replacement done in about two hours. The crew was friendly and answered all my questions, they also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend APH.
