We had a Reimer service our furnace/AC. Will was so nice and very polite. When he was done he explained everything to us. Thanks Will!! On the same day we had Chris from the plumbing department come out because our water tank had quit on us just a day before. He was very helpful in giving us a quote and setting up our finance to get a new one installed.....which was extremely quick. No long wait time at all! Cody and his partner were out the very next day and installed our new tankless water heater. They were amazing and after they completed the work they walked us through changing the temperature if we needed to and how to shut off the unit. Reimer as always did an amazing job!

I called Reimer looking to have my heating and air conditioning regulated between the upstairs and downstairs in my home. I spoke with Brett about having someone come take a look at the issue, and within 4 hours Greg showed up. Greg was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining how my system works and what it is capable of. He spent an hour at my home looking over the furnace and duct work seeking the cheapest and most reliable options in solving this issue. I would highly recommend Reimers quick assistance and customer service, and give Greg 5 stars for his communication, honesty, and professionalism.

Very happy with services. Came out fast when I called. Gave a great estimate and had work done in a timely matter.. cody showed me all the brand new water shutoff valves that where installed and how to use them. Will definitely use again in the future. Very happy.

We just had our furnace and water heater replaced by Reimer and could not be happier! We had them look at our furnace Wednesday where they discovered a critical fault and were able to install a new unit Friday morning. The new trane unit seems to be running just fine so far as well as the new water heater. Chad, Josh, and Jamison all worked like mules and were in and out in a few hours. Reimer management needs to give them a raise and Christmas bonus! ( not a jelly of the month club subscription) Losing heat this time of year is very distressing given the risk of pipes freezing so we are extremely grateful for how quick they responded to our issue. Lastly, the price for what we got I felt was very affordable given how fast the prices of everything has gone up in recent years. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. Our furnace was making some loud noises so we called Excellent Air, weve used them for years and found out Reimer had bought them out. We didnt know anything about Reimer living in Rochester, so we hoped for the best. Communication was great from initial call to keeping us informed about technicians arrival! Chris Sposito arrived and couldnt have been nicer; explained everything and was very professional. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our technician, Derrick, was a real professional! He spent time diagnosing the problem with our furnace. He had to climb through the crawl space under our house to unclog a drain down there!! Evan Birkemeier is a credit to Reimar. He came to do an annual Reimer plumbing inspection. He identified a major issue with my 18-year-old hot water tank that looked like new from the outside. He showed me the anode rod that was so caked with debris and only about 1/8 inch thick in certain areas... ready to break. A similar issue existed with the internal part of the pressure relief valve. My hot water tank was replaced the next morning by Evan.Evan is a true professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just a top representative for Reimer.

Reimer was my grandfather’s company of choice, and when I bought my grandparent’s house, I’ve been happily using their services for about 10 years.They aren’t the cheapest, but they are the best: every bit of work they’ve done has been excellent.They maintained my equipment for as long as they could…The equipment finally gave out, and I had my boiler, hot water heater, and sump pump replaced. Today , I dealt with mainly with David,the parts manager. Due to an issue on an original diagnostic visit ,a separate visit was scheduled with David . David is a seasoned technician , return visit with James and asked if a trainee Ed could join .There was specific direction and coaching given by David , with he and two techs looking on and rediagnosing each of the furnace components to identify the correct failing part with certainty today.Things were clearly walked through and explained step by step by David to me and the two techs.David stepped away from the two techs for them to do the things he instructed in getting the furnace back up in running condition.He took me upstairs to speak to me away from the group and listen to my disappointment and wanted to understand where I , as the customer , was coming from.I have to say , even as I seemed frustrated or aggravated in my voice with the original misdiagnosis , he held steady.David listened intently and was deliberate in his response. He was not defensive in the least in response to my clear discontent with all that transpired the previous two days. He repeated my concern out load and sincerely understood where I was coming from . He communicated clearly and calmly throughout the entire visit. We both agreed the situation and delays were unacceptable . We also both agreed we needed to find a compromise and consensus before signing off on my job. We came to a fair agreement in the end.Coming from a management coaching background myself , I was impressed with Davids demeanor , professionalism , and approach to solving the problem and most important , leaving me ,the customer , feeling satisfied. His management of the whole situation was impressive .I hope Dave is recognized for this visit and hope he will advance with the company . He is a real asset , and was able to consistently lead by example . The trainee Ed seemed to feel at ease in learning on the job today. David left a great impression and deserves to be considered for advancement in the company if an upper level position ever comes available.I rarely write reviews but I felt this visit and experience was one that needed to be told.

I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I’ve owned my home that I’ve required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

I worked with Chris, Cody, and Todd on a few different duplex plumbing issues. The first issue was a couple of clogged drains, one shower, one sink, and then a basement washer drainage pipe. I feel like they listed to my concerns, educated me, and seemed very knowledgeable on each topic. I really felt like they took their time fixing things and making sure I wasnt going to have future problems which was extremely important to me. Its hard to tell when people are cutting corners to get the job done, but I dont think any corners were cut with them. I was also very worried I was going to have a huge bill at the end of the visit as well, but everything was quoted out in the beginning and I was able to figure out systematically which problems to fix now and which could wait for a future visit. Overall, I will continue to use Reimer for my future needs, its amazing that they have expanded out and are becoming a centralized one stop shop. Its tiresome vetting companies and having to risk each new name you work with. Thank you Reimer and thank you Chris, Cody, and Todd!

Scott came over and fixed my furnace that had failed and been shut off all night. He came out on a busy Friday when the weather was extremely cold causing delays at many other companies. Scott found the problem and it was a relatively harmless issue but he took the time to explain the cause and what measures I could take to prevent it from happening again. This was extremely helpful as a first time home owner of 3 months the furnace breaking down was a huge scare. He set me up on an affordable maintenance schedule that provided value and was not pushed on me simply a suggestion and the added value it would give me. Will definitely be using Duffet again because of the great customer service from phone to technician. Scott will hopefully be my guy in future visits.

They replaced my old furnace with the high efficiency furnaces and for good measure switched out my hot water tank with a tankless water heater (the combination heater). They came in the morning, worked all day, retrofitted the duct work to accommodate the low temperature/ high moisture exhaust, set up the furnace, replaced the thermostats, and had the machine humming. No issues. Job done very well. They are responsive. I had one question a few days later and they responded with an answer in less than 20 minutes. Quite happy.

The first never responded with an estimate, second was checking with his supplier (two months ago, still no response). We had Mitch here on a Thurs, flushing out hotwater tank- Blake here on Fri- installed a faucet , Blake came back on Mon with Mike? to install a hot water tank- that Mitch talked us into- (probably a good idea- old tank was 18yrs old) - all the guys are very personable, knowledgeable and explained what was being done ect- I/we would recommend them. Technician Scott arrived the same day and after diagnosing the issues with my old furnace, gave me several options in getting heat back into my home, once again. Because of the age and major issues with my furnace, I decided to replace the unit with a 97% efficiency furnace. Scott set up the replacement right away.Dean and Adam arrived to install my new furnace on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. They insured that the new furnace was running in optinum efficiency, and did so in a timely fashion. We bought our house in 2020 and boy is it a fixer upper. Its 120 years old and out in a rural community so youd think that would be a factor. But I was dead wrong. These guys are amazing. There is zero complaints with the couple times theyve come out. This time in particular though is what Im putting down because theyre work was an art. Blake and Mike were the names of the gentlemen who came to our home at 830 am. Prompt as ever since the job was supposed to start at 9am. Im pretty sure these guys were based out of Hamburg so I mean it was a 25 minute drive just to start and they still were here well before the time they needed to be. They had to update a couple of pipes and do a tankless water heater. They worked nonstop with maybe a small lunch break till 430 to get this job done and not only was it well priced, but these guys were just the best. I have a 4 year old who I know firsthand can be a handful when youre trying to do anything. But everytime she approached these guys they were super friendly towards my kiddo and very patient despite her being a little in the way. My dog is pretty much the same way and again they just were so patient and nice and just I dont know how to put it. Maybe kind? Approachable? Friendly? I dont know, but regardless I will appreciate everything they did cause they didnt just do it the best way but the most fair and overall great way. I will recommend them time and time again and for the two guys who came I hope you guys continue what you are doing and continue the best work Ive seen from really any service like this. I think I found the word for you guys. Exemplary. Thank you for everything youve done and everything well need you for in the future. I hope this comment really helps but I can see you guys have a phenomenal track record!
