Excellent service from Kelly and the Phares Fry crew. We lost water to our house and since it wasnt an emergency, they were out the next day bright and early to assess the situation. I initially thought the well pump was bad. Upon further inspection, they saw the issue was faulty wiring. They replaced the wiring to my pump as well as running new hose. It turns out my pressure tank was also bad, and they had that replaced in what seemed like minutes. The techs who came out were extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Phares Fry to anyone who needs quailty work done quickly.

Nate and Mike were the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful men I’ve ever had do repairs at my home. They immediately knew what my problems were and quickly fixed them. Extremely impressed and would recommend to everyone!! AND they were here within a half hour of calling them!!! Mike taught me everything I need to know regarding my entire water system. Can’t review cost because I haven’t received a bill yet.

This company was nothing short of stellar! From the moment I called and spoke with Kelly in the office I felt well taken care of. We had no water coming into the house and she made sure a crew got here ASAP. They worked diligently to problem solve the issue and answer all of my many questions along the way. It turned out to be an issue on the well itself and would be a few days until they could get an excavator and team out to address it. They made sure we had water coming into the house by rerouting the pump through an outside faucet. When the team came to dig they found the issue at the well and repaired it, which led to the best water pressure we have ever had in the house! The teams that came to the house were wonderful and honest about the work that needed to be done and the prices were less than anticipated. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their service.

Well pump was shot, these guys went above and beyond. Helped me work with my home warranty, made the calls required. Came to my house next day and had me up and running in 3 hrs. Price was absolutely fair to. More stars if I could.Tremendous good work. You can tell why places like this are still in business after so many years

The short version: Phares Fry did excellent work for nearly $900 less than what a competitor quoted me. Read on if you would like more details.My well pump went bad, had another company out to do trouble shooting and give an estimate. Long story short, they did 5 minutes of troubleshooting, quoted me $2500 to replace the pump, and then charged me $150 when I said I wanted to take a day to get another estimate.Phares Fry was great. I got an estimate over the phone (since I knew my well depth [printed on inside of well cap] and horse power/GPM of current pump [listed on tank in basement]) for $1800 and was told that was on the high end. The guys came out the next day to do the work and spent more time troubleshooting than the guys I paid specifically to do that. The pump replacement went smoothly with no damage to my lawn and took less than 2 hours. When the bill came I was holding my breath since I wasnt sure if they would stick to their word on pricing. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the total was only $1630. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable and experienced employees. The crew sent to my house was communicative, patient and honest regarding all our questions and concerns. They made time to come help us on very short notice right before the holiday AND did everything they could to make sure our issue was fixed so that we wouldnt go without water for a long holiday weekend. This company genuinely cares about their customers! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again with any well needs in the future.

I have been in need of their services twice now. The first time was not an emergency and the second time was. The first time the techs came out and were very friendly and explained every step of the repairs. the second time my well pump went. I called them and they were at my house within two hours. It was the same techs. They were very friendly and again explained all aspects and options to me before they did the repairs. I had water running within a few hours. I really can not recommend this company more. Every person that I have dealt with has been exceptionally friendly, and responsive.
