    I had trouble with a sluggish kitchen drain. As often is the case with older homes, turned into a slightly bigger project. 716 Plumbing was up to the task. Not only fixed the problem, but improved the overall state of the sink! And it was done professionally, efficiently, and at a fair price. I found them to be polite and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

    716Plumbing installed a hot water tank and replaced antiquated hot and cold water bales when installing a new washing machine. The service was quick, clean and professional. The lines are levels and esthetically appealing to the eye. They left the area clean as well.

    Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

    I was visiting my 91 y/o m-I-L in Buffalo when we discovered a clogged stationary tub and didn’t know who to call. I read all different reviews and 716 had the best so I called them. I spoke to Rick and explained the issue and within 30 minutes Cameron was at the house and there was a clog from the basement to the side walk. After 3 hrs everything was done and he walked us through what he did and why as well as showed us how well it worked after. He made suggestions on what we could do to help with this issue in the future.The bill was less than expected and the service above expectation. We could not be more pleased. This is our go to from now on. Thank you so much for being such a quality company in a time where you see that less and less.God Bless you.

    I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didnt try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation.
