    The gentleman from Cellino Plumbing came to find out the cause of a leak to a pipe. Since I live in a mobile home, he had to crawl underneath to determine the cause of the leak. He did, and fixed it to my satisfaction and gave me the bad pipe to show proof to the insurance adjusters. I am going to schedule another appointment soon to fix a bathroom fixture and toilet pipe. Great service!

    I switched out wash tubs I had and the piping I had was customed to the old tub...he put new piping in to connect to the new wash tub hooked it up for me and my washer and put new on off handle for my washer a++++++ job and clean up ....communicated with what he was doing through the whole job....highly recommend

    I needed to get a check up for my father’s air conditioning so I chose Cellino based all the good things I heard from friends. Joella was our technician and she was wonderful and super knowledgeable! She instructed us on things we could do to keep things functioning well throughout the year. We ended up scheduling Joella again for our furnace check up! So I guess you could say we are officially customers of Joella and Cellino!!

    Cellino is the best!Our heat stopped working so we called a company whose sticker was on our boiler. Within 20 minutes of the technicians arrival, he tells me our boiler is unfixable; that the part it needed replaced (an inducer motor) has been discontinued and was no longer available. He billed me $230 and had a salesman come out to quote us a new boiler. My husband, convinced our boiler had plenty of life left in it, then called Cellino. Troy came out and had our heat working again in no time. He replaced the faulty pressure switch and quoted me on a new inducer motor for when that part does eventually fail (which it had not yet). Troy also quoted us on three new boilers should we wish to look at those options. Im not even sure why we tried that other company in the first place since Cellino had already been to our home earlier this year to replace our AC unit and I was incredibly impressed with them at that time. Thank you Troy and the whole Cellino family!

    Upon purchasing a new home we quickly realized some plumbing issues which werent discovered during the home inspection. As we had previously used Celino plumbing we were quick to call. An appointment was made and service was scheduled immediately. The service technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and made quick work of a few issues.     Adam had been out and July 23 to fix a plugged running toilet. Yesterday the toilet started running again even more severely. I called Cellino and they got him back out here early this morning and he took care of the problem at no charge. He was courteous and efficient.

    Main house drain to septic was clogged, backing up into sink in basement. Used website to request service; they called back very quickly to get details, were friendly and efficient. Chaz arrived within four hours. I had tried to clear the snow and ice from our driveway, which is 250 feet long and on a hill, but he couldnt get the heavy truck up the hill. Rather than leaving and having someone else come back later, Chaz lugged all his equipment up the snowy hill and got to work. Did exactly what was needed, finished within an hour, cleaned up after himself. Thanks, Chaz!

    We had Cellino Olumbing and HVAC run down what we thought was a slow leak, as indicated by our Flo leak control device. Ed Rigano took the time to explain all the steps he took to run it down. Check sinks, showers and laundry hook ups. Then he put dye in the toilet tanks of our 3 toilets. Nothing. The he asked when the alert started on the Flo. Turns out it was humidifier attached to our furnace. I had turned it on in early November. The humidifier use a small amount of water every time the furnace is on in the winter, to keep the humidity up. He tested it by turning off the humidifier, and running up the furnace, no leak. He turned the humidifier back on and instantly them leak sensor went off. Probably solved. Great work by Ed.

    1st time homeowner here:Our hot water tank was on the fritz during the coldest week of the year, so far. We called Cellino and they replaced our hot water tank within 48 hours and only took a few hours to get the old one out and the new one in! Patrick showed me what he did and answered all my questions! We will be using Cellino, and Cellino only going forward!

He was very friendly, explained a few things to be done, with no pressure. Just another great experience as usual. I just had my furnace cleaned (1/9/25) and boy was it dirty. Took about two hours and now its super clean. Great service as usual, along with being very knowledgeable.

    Cellino has always been good to us. We’ve never had issues with their work or their employees and any concerns or follow-up that have been required after initial work have always been handled promptly, effectively and promptly.Point in fact: I had a leak under my sink repaired two days ago. Ryan came out and got it done quickly. Polite, friendly and helpful throughout. The next day, however, I noticed some additional leakage near but not directly connected to where he had worked. I didn’t blame him at all. Just figured something I had missed previously. I called Cellino and asked for another service call and explained i didn’t think it was related to their previous work at all and planned to pay for the additional service without question. They were very helpful making an appointment which worked with my schedule. Today, Ryan came back and quickly replaced a part and stopped the leak. He stated that he probably bumped it and caused the leak. I’m not so sure that true. I suspected I just missed it previously but, regardless, Ryan did not charge me a cent. It showed a commitment to quality service and customer care as well integrity. I will continue with Cellino into the future.
