Jacob at Granite has helped me with everything in my home from gas lines to a custom in floor radiant boiler system. The air conditioner installed over the summer was an instant relief from the summer heat. They installed an Aprilaire air filter and an ultra Violet air purifier, new water lines and a power vented water heater. Highly recommend Granite for any HVAC maintenance, installations or repairs.

We have an older boiler that we just cant afford to upgrade yet. That being said, it has required some serious maintenance.Upon contact, Jacob DuBois assisted us (a number of times) in a timely manner, during some of the coldest WNY weather, with complete professionalism.Just as important, Jacob not only assisted us in getting our boiler back in working order - but he also explained the process of the work he was completing each time, helping us better understand our product and how it all works - also providing us with tips that could help save us money. We felt comfortable asking questions rather than belittled as he was friendly and happy to answer or look further into something. He is also a dog person which is important to my family.Its clear that Jacob is highly trained and has years of experience in this field.

Our furnace wasnt working properly and I made a phone call, within a couple hours not only did they return my phone call...they showed up and did the repairs in no time. Excellent service and Jake was awesome. Thank you, highly recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
