Returned from a Thanksgiving getaway, within an hour of returning, my water-heater blew. Tejas Plumbing was the only company offering emergency service. The crew at Tejas Plumbing was sensitive to my personal circumstances, including having an autistic son who expected a hot shower before bed tonight. Colby was extremely reassuring when he called to say he was on the way and would get things taken care of. The crew was extremely professional and respectful, and had the job done in about an hour! The water is heating as I type and my son’s routine won’t be interrupted. This is a great company with very competent, respectful and empathetic employees. Highly recommend! My MIL recently replaced hot water heaters in two properties and she was charged more on a none- holiday weekend than I was today.

Adrian from Tejas Plumbing was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and showed me the completed work when he was done. I was also impressed because he was able to come out the same day I called which was very appreciated because I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink until he repaired the pipe we broke inside the wall while installing a new disposal. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. He also added an access panel so it will be easier to do repairs in the future.

We called for a blockage to our plumbing after heavy rains. Oscar & Jaeden called to let us know when they would arrive and showed up right on time. They cleared the blockage and tested the drainage. Everything was tip-top and running perfectly in twenty minutes. They were friendly , courteous, and completely professional. Definitely a great crew!

I had a leak in the outside pipes and called Tejas Plumbing which was first on the list when I googled plumbers in my area. Their star rating was very good.Adrian and another young man came to see what the problem was , did not charge me for the trip out here to check out the problem and were very courteous young men. That was on Thurs. I had to get the money together so they didnt come back until today .. Monday.They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price plus a year warranty. Im happy with the company and should I need a plumber again , i will definitely be calling Tejas Plumbing again.

Twice now I’ve had these guys out and Oscar specifically has been on both calls. Could not be more pleased with his work. Tejas as a company is quick to dispatch techs and the techs (Oscar and Ryan) were absolute pros. I had a prv installed this time house pressure off the city line was killing appliances and doubling water bill. These guys were done in no time. Now I’ll save everything I spent in the install on water bills and skipped future repairs.Ask for Ryan and Oscar crew you’ll thank me.

Holidays and Home Hazards seem to happen all the time. We got our turn this weekend and of course we had company visiting. I called Tejas. They were so nice and sincerely listened to our issue. Tejas plumbing has an after hours service and returned our call within seconds. They had their team come to our home as soon as another job was completed.Oscar and Jaeden let us know when to expect their arrival and they assessed the damage. They went over what needed to be done and the cost to repair the broken pipe. They did a great job and were very professional.

I called Tejas, and Adrian and Jesus came out and looked at it, and said the only thing that needed replacement was the main line. I had a cleanout in my front yard leaking sewer water into my yard. I messaged them on Wednesday evening and got a call from their company within about 15 minutes. They offered to do an after hours call that night, but it wasnt an emergency, so i told them it could wait until the next day. They called the next morning and let me know when they would be there and arrived by around 9 (which was great). They looked at the issue and determined (as we also suspected) that the problem was on the city side. So they gave me the option of them fixing it and running a camera to double check the issue (for what i felt was a reasonable price) or to call the city and have them do it for free. We opted to have the city do it because the clog causing the backup could be caused by more serious city issues based on other work ive seen done in the neighborhood. But Oscar & Jaeden were very professional, very friendly and i will definitely call them (Tejas) again if/when i have future issues.

These guys don’t mess around and they stand by their work.I had a minor issue with an install and the owner himself comes out A DAY LATER and fixes it personally in less than an hour at no charge!With so many companies and service providers doing sub par work in the East Texas area (because of the lack of competition), Tejas Plumbing was a breath of fresh air.They aren’t the cheapest, but they also aren’t the most expensive - but for the quality of service and customer care it is worth every penny. If you are looking for a reliable plumbing company that stands by their work, I would recommend Tejas.They do the job right, and in the rare occurrence something minor goes wrong with your install related to their work - they will actually come back and fix it to make it right.

WOW this company has excellent customerservice!!! When I called to get service Haley was so nice and caring, she made me feel at ease. Dustin arrived and was equally as nice and caring. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was very willing to do whatever it took to fix my problem. It was 103 degrees outside and they had to dig a hole to access the pipes under the house. Also there was so much water from the broken pipe so he hadto crawl under the house that was flooded and it was in the pike of the day so it was very hot. They never complained and never said that they could not fix it and the price was good. I am a customer for life. These guys are excellent at what they do!!!!!!!!!

Tejas Plumbing is top notch all the way around! We had a pipe burst in the wall and flooded our house. Adrian came out first thing on Christmas Eve morning and got us up and running in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the work that needed to be done and gave me an up front price right away. He completed the work quickly and then showed me everything he had done and answered all of my questions.Later in the week we found that our main line have busted from the freeze. We once again contacted Tejas and in no time Adrian and Dustin were on site ready to help us out. In no time at all we were back to running.I am definitely glad that Tejas was recommended to us and we were able to use them. They go above and beyond and make you feel more like a friend than just another customer. I had Nick come out to my house to unclog a drain in my septic system. My pipes had been clogged since Sunday, October 29th. I had septic folks come out, they couldnt fix. I had another plumber come out who could not fix. But they worked hard. Nick came out yesterday, October 31st, but had to come the next day with a hydro jet cleaner. It worked, they were quick. They didnt try to sell a dig out, and replace my pipes. Tejas Plumbing did a great job! They were, Nick, very professional, curious, and trusting. Thank you Nick & Tejas Plumbing!

You want outstanding customer service???Call Emilia at Tejas Plumbing and ask for Dustin Deweese. We first went through our home insurance which turned out to be a joke. They sent out a company I’m not naming who was going to charge us 6 times more than what Tejas Plumbing ended up charging us. I found Tejas Plumbing on Angie’s list. I read all the reviews on Google and they were all 5 ⭐️. We had a young man named Dustin come out immediately. He gave my husband all the options available including the estimates. He got his tools out and started to work. His #1 priority was to get us up and running without us having to take out a loan for the repair. 🤣 He was honest and sincere y’all! They ran a large sewer cable to clear the line then ran a camera to find out what was causing the problem. I had some broken cast iron pipe that needed to be repaired.
