The techs did a great job. They replaced my water heater, and also had to replace some of the flooring where the heater had leaked and damaged the sub floor. They also replaced a shut-off valve under my mobile home, and did a great job of cleaning up.

Extremely impressed with this company! Called them out for the business I work at (The Irrigator, Inc.) as our AC had stopped turning on. Kathy was by far the friendliest person I dealt with when calling around for estimates, they were the most reasonably priced by quite a bit, they were the only ones who could come out same day, and the technician Michael was friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend this company!

Very pleased with Sunrise. Made an appointment Friday for them to come out Tuesday to install a new air conditioner. They were prompt . Mike and Neil did an awesome job with the installation. Ran into some various issues as well as my HVAC and I normally don’t write reviews but felt it was necessary due to my experience. Had some miscommunication concerns and Senior Leadership was amazing with his response time, professionalism and communication. Responded within 15 minutes and addressed my concerns, even called me the next morning with a follow up. Techs arrived next day and they were absolutely amazing. Beyond kind, professional and HONEST which is all I wanted. Beyond grateful for these guys, I was appreciative of their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Thank you all for making it right. I have used Sunrise several times. I have been really pleased with them but today a guy named Christopher handled plumbing issue and it is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing issue. Guy could not have been nicer or more efficient, I also asked him to fix a problem that i forgot to tell office about and he jumped right on it. Will be using them from now on.

I had a valve give out between my wall and my shower unit causing a leak behind the wall, I called Sunrise and they were able to get someone out the same day. Christopher arrived on time and was extremely respectful of my home, laying cardboard down and cleaning up his mess after cutting a hole in my wall. Just cannot say enough great things about how good he was. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He even worked on my neighbors house the following day and took the time to stop and make sure the shower was working good, now that is how you treat your customers!! What awesome service! Sunrise is lucky to have him as part of their team. I highly recommend Sunrise and Christopher to be your call if you are in need.

A complicated issue and trying hard to find a gas leak didn’t stop Sunrise from tackling the job even if it meant crawling under a modular home covered with spray foam underneath. My 93-year-old father-in-law was so thankful for Sunrise to do the hard work during a winter storm. A+ in service, communication and solutions.
