Josh was the tech today and was absolutely fantastic. He quickly identified the problem and dealt with some subsequent challenges without difficulty. Yuri Akparshev was the technician today and is an amazing worker, very focused, careful, courteous and professional! His work is exceptional. He talked my fiancé through everything he was doing and reached out to his other coworkers when he had questions. I would love to give the biggest of recommendations and thank yous to Gary and Tomas for all of their work on my home recently. After moving to our home in August, we quickly found some pretty significant HVAC issues. Unfortunately, we didn’t know the extent. Gary and Tomas worked diligently for 3 days, were honest with their feedback, timely, and just overall so kind and compassionate for the situation we were in. The work they did was outstanding; there is already a clear difference in the airflow and comfort of our home. I am thankful these gentlemen were assigned to our project as it is clear they do great work. Highly recommend.

12/17/24. I am so happy to have the service plan with Corely! My garbage disposal sprang a leak right in the mist of Christmas baking season and Corely sent Andrew Smith out and he replaced it next day! He was personable and professional and I am happily back to baking!9/24/24. Cypress came tonight and fixed my AC so I could sleep comfortably. He was professional and efficient. I love having a company that I can count on to be there when I need them!9/9/24. Corely came for my electric yearly check. Glen was great! I mentioned I was having problems with my sprinkler system kept tripping each time it went off. He replaced the electrical and hopefully I won’t have the same issues. He also checked my smoke alarms! I really appreciate this service.1/16/24. I had Corley out to check my heat pump which had been working but then stopped. The issue was easily fixed. Jheremy had been at my house before and was familiar with my equipment and went straight to the problem. I am out of town so had my son meet him at my house. Corley verifiedit was my son and that I was okay with him acting in my stead. I really appreciate that about Corley10/6/23. I had Corley out today to install (replace) 2 light fixtures and an outdoor ceiling fan. Michael and his coworker first ensured all my electrical was in good shape and in the process noticed the ceiling light in my shower was not to code. They fixed that as well! The new ceiling fan that I purchased was defective so they retired it to the store and got a replacement. They installed it and did a great job! Thanks so much.9/6/23. Again excellent response from Corley. My AC went out again. Jheremy came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I now have ac! Thanks8/22/23. I got my new unit and 3 weeks later it quit working. I called and Corley sent someone the next day! The unit actually worked as it was supposed to - there was debris from all the wind that stopped up the drainage and it automatically cut off. Once that was cleared all is good.8/14/23. Jaime was great. He arrived on time and replaced my A/C unit. He and his partner both were very professional and respectful of my house and property. They cleaned up and hauled off the old unit.Daniel was fantastic! I had a light switch that would not turn off so called Corley first thing this morning. Daniel was here by 11 and while he was here I asked him if he could alsorelocated my chandelier so that it was centered over my table. He could, he did and it looks fantastic. Corley continues to be great to work with! I had my Plumbing Inspection today as part of my service plan and Ashley was fantastic! I appreciated how thorough he was and the time he took to explain things. I also appreciate getting estimates and understanding the benefits of potential work but not feeling pressured to act on the spot. I really like that both times Ive had technicians here for repair or inspection, the notes are detailed, and they show lots of pictures--so often with other companies you are just hoping they did the work but have no proof, so its an extra step that I think adds a lot of value.

I have a tankless water heater that is about 10 years old. Was installed by another company - the company that installed it was sold several years ago and now I refer to them as “0 stars” - anyway - the water heater was “kicking off” and would need to be reset. I called Corley, and they sent Perry Stokes out. Great guy. Great technician. He looked at the unit and thought it should still be under warranty. He took the time to track down the data, and got me a new “heat exchanger” from the manufacturer at no cost. Like I said -Corley did not install the unit - but Perry did the leg work to find out that it was still under warranty. Then worked with the manufacturer to get the bad part replaced. Saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Corley!

It was a big job and he did a great job. He was a very knowledgeable nice gentleman who gave me advice on other concerns I have on my farm. My 17 horses were happy to have water!

Yesterday , I had the pleasure of meeting with Stephen Burrel of Corley Plumbing. I had ask for a quote for a whole home generator by Generrac .One of the things most I liked and Im sure others feel the same about a hard sell. It was not like that at all. He made me feel he was there to answer all my questions that I wanted. This is a big investment in your home and he understood . I needed information so that when I made my decision Id make the right one. I have Solar Panels on my home now but without battery backup. Ive read that one Tesla battery is around $10,000.00 dollars. But I told Stephen that I was considering my options. He explained everything Corley would do for me and left with a quote thats good for 30 days. That you Stephen and thank you Corey Plumbing.

So Appreciative of Pat Parra coming to our rescue. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and caring for our needs. My 94 year old dad had a leak inside the wall of his townhome. We called Corley because my husband and I had used them before. I will be honest, the prices are high but the quality of work is top notch. Pat came at 6:30 pm and didn’t leave until 9:30 pm with the job completed. So thankful.

He was very courteous and explained in detail my tankless water tank issues and possible resolutions. During the visit he periodically would stop and explain what he was doing and why. When the hot water issue was resolved, he made sure I was shown what was done and why and that my lack of hot water issue was resolved. I would definitely refer Corley Plumbing.

On Thursday evening i discovered we had a major leak in our underground garage, that had flooded the basement too. Having to shut off the water main and be without water was a real pain. Early Friday morning i started calling plumbers. 2 of them never called me back.Corley was quick to respond and sent Kenny to the house to inspect the problem, within an hour and a half after initial contact. (Travel time) That afternoon they had dug up the yard at the exterior wall, fixed the line, and covered the hole back up.The price was reasonable and Kenny was our hero! Josh Perkins was so helpful and did a fantastic job of fixing my leaking sinks. Plumbing is not a DIY project .. water damage can ruin floors, cabinets and ceilings. Josh took the Dishwasher frame ooff the bottom to let air access under the sink to dry everything and stayed to make sure the washing machine was not leaking anything either. He will always be our true hero. He thoroughly checked all the plumbing throughout our entire house. We will definitely request him when needed in the future. He took pictures of things to show us as he explained things that were in good shape and up to code as well as how to improve and make things safer and more efficient! He gave us options and recommendations where needed. We have had problems with power surges knocking out our air and heating. He discussed how this could be corrected. He gave us options. We made a decision of what we would like done and he was able to install what was necessary to fix the problem right away. I had a kitchen pee trap anomaly that has been tripping me up ever since I replaced my double sink with a signal bowl sink. I did the work of installing a new garbage disposal and new pee trap connections. However, these connections have been slipping off and causing water leakage under the cabinets. We had Corley install a new ac unit back in May. After the hurricane are crawl space flooded and had a bad pipe. They sent a guy out right away, and this morning I can use my washer. This young man was beyond knowledgeable about plumbing but also advised and put in to help address the flooding. And he was a breath of fresh air. This company in my 63 years are undoubtedly the most caring and they back their work.

As a preferred customer, we have an inspection of our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical each year.For our most recent inspection, Cypress came out to inspect the HVAC system.He arrived at the scheduled time, was polite, professional, and thorough. He cleaned and tested the whole system, walked me through each step, and offered a couple of suggestions for improving the efficiency of the unit.I would highly recommend Corley and Cypress to anyone!!!
